Hi All,
I want to check when does the BADI gets triggered CRM_MKTTG_SEG_MEM_EX , i have implemented this BADI and put up a break point but didnt actually start when i did Right click on target group -> target group follow up proc. -> Export in File.
Any one worked on the similar lines?

Perhaps the SAP help is wrong. The underlying function module to export a target group is:
CRM_MKTTGGRP_SEND_TO_CHANNEL. If you see this BADI called in this function module then you can use it, otherwise try using the other BADI that I have mentioned before.
I don't know know what to tell you at this point. The cod for this looks pretty simple. the method IF_EX_CRM_MKTTG_SEG_MEMBER_EX~GET_TG_MEMBER_STRUCTURE .
looks like:
   check flt_val eq '05'.
   ev_members_structure = 'ZSMS_MKT_BUPA'.
   ev_members_field_guid = 'PARTNER'.
As far as the other method SELECT_TG_MEMBER_DETAILS I just coded routines to fill in the data into the field for the structure.

HR triggers in GRC CUP.. How and when does this work

Dear Experts,
I would really appreciate if some one could shed some light on how HR triggers work in GRC CUP ?
When does this get triggered ?
Is it when the the user master record is saved or when the Info type 105 is linked ? Are there any pre-requisities that should be taken care from the Hr perspective so that I can set the expectations accordignly with HR team ?

I configured HR trigger rule for infotype 0000 & subtype Z1,field MASSN with value equal to 01 to trigger new hire...i don't see any data being populated into table /VIRSA/INT_TRIG & ?VIRSA/DATA.
I could see the rule in table /VIRSA/RULEATTR.
Any help would be appreciated.

When does delivery gets created?

Hello,
I've a issue in generating deliveries for certain kind of sub-contracting materials. We were not able to generate deliveries for those materials no more.
It was working fine till now. Recently we have upgraded our system and this problem is occuring after that is what I heard from Functional but I seriously don't trust that statement because if that is case it should stop delivering every materials of that kind but that is not the case.
When does delivery gets created via FM GN_DELIVERY_CREATE.
At what point it create the delivery?
If any had experienced the similar kind of issue earlier please suggest me the solution.

Hi,
The SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC error is not bothering me much.
My worry is once "Enter batch" error message comes, I am not interested to create the delivery any more.
So I come out of the transaction by pressing return key.
Now when I press return key, system gives me the delivery number, this should not be the case as message given was an error message.
If I go to the SE16N, I could see the delivery number in database.
Also system prompts me to save the delivery which I am not interested to do, just I want to come out after error message.
What could be the reason, I don't know. Ever after error message system gives you the delivery.
Which is very strange.

You do realise that wiping the disk means that everything on the disk is erased. Everything. Photos, music, emails, ...
So the first piece of advice is to make sure you have a back up of everything.
You need the OS disk to reintsall the operating system. You will use that disk first to erase the drive, then to reinstall the OS.

As for MS Office, you will need the original disk that it came on to reinstall it.

Well, I got very tired of waiting for Adobe to support my Nikons so I use a Camranger, their computer and tablet app and tether wirelessly to LR. Yes, there is a bit of a delay amounting to a few seconds but in practice my customers love it and have not complained. I use the few seconds to better connect with them, answer questions, etc. Being wireless gives me more range of movement and I have one less cord. The Camranger goes in an old phone holster that clips to my shirt or pants pocket, connected by a 3 ft cord.
You need to enable auto import in LR and point it to the folder that Camranger saves the files to. Since it is an import you can use presets if you wish. I've not seen a downside yet and Camranger has support for new cameras very quick like. An added plus is having full wireless functionality for your camera via the Camranger apps. You can change any setting, focus, use live view, etc.. using a phone, tablet or laptop.

Muse Swipe not working on chrome. When is this getting fixed?

So it took me some hunting around but looks like there is either a bug in Adobe Muse or Google Chrome. Neither wants to do Thumb Swipes.... and i thought this was going to be fixed with the July 18th updated... but not yet. When is this going to be done, and who is going to fix it?
by the way... it appears to be an issue on some windows phones also, but Android brows works.

This is an issue that Adobe needs to fix ASAP. The only way I can get this fixed is to have a web developer take the exported code from Muse and implement the fix by hand-coding. This is not a suitable method for the long-term as I will have to redo the fix any time I make changes to the Muse file and export the source code. Adobe should be up-to-date with all of the browsers.

I find it extremely stupid that i Can not open a lot of services because Apple does not allow Adobe flashplayer, when Will this be possible ?

Adobe was unsuccessful in developing a version of Flash for iOS. Adobe is now abandoning Flash on all mobile device platforms. This is a long dead issue, move on, there is nothing to discuss.

I am writing an applet based text editor, based on RTF Editorkit, i have got this pecular error when doing executing this statement.
rtf.read(fileInputStream1,ep.getDocument(),0)
Where rtf is my RTFEditorKit instance.
ep is my JTextPane
and fileInputStream1 is the fileInputStream which i am using
The above line of code threw me an IOException saying the below
'Too many close-groups in RTF text'
I am unable to understand what could be the source of this error, or may be what will trigger this particular error.

This appears to be great news for us that just to pure AS3
development as I don't use the charts and such. The memory and

for the same $250....Just a thought. Would be great for people like
me...and for those that just want a better AS editor for CS3.
So this says that Flex 2 pricing will be effected Nov 1, I'm
assuming that this beta will run for 30 days and then I could by
flex builder 2 for $250 and then enter that serial number and run
until flex builder 3 is released, at which point I'd need to buy a

I've read all this info in a couple of places. The fact
remains, here on November 2nd, that when I go to the adobe web
site, to purchase my copy, the price is still $499 for the standard
version of 2, and $299 to add charting. my boss is ready, willing,
and able over here to buy Flex2, with I guess the "support" package
to allow getting flex3 when it ships. But, why spend $499 for a
product that is supposed to have dropped about in half? Where is
the magic place to go to get the new pricing?

I've been with BT for a number of years and had Broadband with them too. But I have never had a decent connection. I can't even watch YouTube because the connection is so poor. I've tried various things after getting in touch with BT and nothing ever changes.
The last time I spoke to someone I was told my service would improve once the local exchange upgrades to fribre optics. That was supposed to happen over 6 months ago and still nothing has changed. What's the point of paying for Broadband when I'm obviously not getting what I pay for.
I find it difficult to make a call to BT with this problem because there is always communication problems between me and the operater and normally these conversations can go on for an hour or more. I'm willing to pay for an engineer to come out and have a look but I can't find on the website how to do that. I can't even find an email address to send this request. Which is why I'm on this forum.
I wonder if this will ever get sorted out.

When does pages get smart art? Discouragement and Disappointment Thread

Recently I had to acquire the Microsoft Office because iWork and especially pages does not offer Smart-art. I love working with iWork and in my opinion the UI is way better than the Microsoft Office.
But, being a poor student I had to pay a whopping 139 euros for Microsoft Office package and which I am only going to use the word part (lets face it, who uses outlook lol). I think it is absolutely ridiculous that Pages doesn't offer Smart-art.
Before buying Word, I went by the Apple Store Amsterdam to ask for a app recommendation (which app I should download for pages to expand templates and charts). Trying to ask a blue shirt but everyone is busy and so I decided to wait and observe. I noticed that only a few blue shirts were working, actually assisting costumers. The rest were socializing with each other and often with the backs against the costumers and when a costumer asks a question, the costumer is frowned upon for disrupting the -essential and very much needed but also necesary future space exploration on other planets- conversation.
After a -national geographic observation- I spotted a blue shirt alone leaning against the wall and when she noticed I wanted to ask her something she immediately stood up. -felt like a general-
Greeted, and I asked my question: I'm having trouble creating organizational charts, hierarchal lines etc.. and it takes allot of time, I wondered if pages has a similar program like Smart-Art, so I browsed and I noticed hundreds upon hundreds of downloadable programs, I want to ask you which program do you recommend?
The blue shirt told me I should use Numbers and to her I replied: Yes, but the whole reason behind my decision to download a program is to assist me in creating these things that take allot of time, time that could have spent on typing or doing other things. She replied: you should sign in for the workshop. I asked if she has iWork and of course she does. Never mind.... I am dissapointed in the service and it was not what I expected from Apple.
I remember a time when Apple blue shirts did their utmost best to help and assist you in anyway and their care made sure that you could trust Apple. But, now they are either too busy or they cannot help you and refer you to their site's forum. Make an appointment and during your appointment you should make another appointment because the blue shirt helping you cant assist you and your problem belongs to another "department" annnnnnnd two weeks fly by for a basic hardware issue that can be solved within 10 minutes with a screwdriver. Their are a few bad Apples but unfortunately they overshadow the good ones in the Store.
But yes, I'm a student who thinks twice about expenditure and recently had to buy a €139 software, disappointed, I shed tears whenever I use her smart-art to only copy-past into Pages. The only thing missing is a electrical shock strapped around my neck when ever I do this, reflecting the punishment I must suffer to open Word and Pages next to each other ....
..I don't want my money back, I want to share my experience, a simple action reaction that has lead me to purchase a competing product, all avoidable, had the service been just right..

As a student do you do your homework and look past just the immediate "solution"?
There is a wide range of choice available on the Mac not just Pages, which could easily have done what you want with the free ArtText 2 as Peggy suggested.
LibreOffice is free for a start and there are many other free or cheaper alternatives than MsOffice.

btw Pages can do organisational charts, not as well as Word but it exists.
Select 2 objects (eg Textboxes) > Insert > Lines > choose from various connecting lines

just like my lab, i use loopback int 0 of R2 and loopback int 0 of R3 to establish neighbor. then i should configure an IGP protocol or static route for TCP connection, or 2.2.2.2 can not reach 3.3.3.3. and now i was confused that why CISCO officail file suggest us to do like this and not use connected interfaces.
when we use loopback interface between two AS(s), we must add cmd: neighbor x.x.x.x ebgp-multihop 0~255, which specify the least hops before destination. so message from R1 can reach R2 successfully. but why could we never use this cmd when we establish neighbor between R2 and R3 even we use loopback interface, three shake-hands also can be done.

we use the loopback interface because they are very much reliable.loopback comes up as soon as device starts there are no chance like loose cable problem so its good to form neighborship with the help of loopback in case we have redundant links, if we form neighborship with the help of the physical interface then if one of the redendant interface which is used to form neighborship goes down it means neighbor ship goes down but the neighbor is still reachable with another interface.

The ebgp-multihop command is used to disable the connect check mechansim and this can be used when we form the neighborship with the help of loopback or when we are no able to form the neighborship with the help of directly connected interface.
