Whenever i purchase movies and they are stored in the cloud and i want to download them to my computer it gives me a connection issue, error 43. i have not had this problem in the past and the only recent change is my internet provider.

I had deleted some Apps on my iPhone and iPad, but they are still in the Cloud. My First iPhone was a 2, my Second a 4S and now I use a 5. With the 2 I had used a different Apple-ID, but I put some Apps via Backup from one Apple-ID to another. As I get a Message by furtherly Backups, that some Apps are not can be saved because the Apple-ID is no longer on that PC registred, I had deleted this Apps to get they new for the actually Apple-ID. But I'm not shure, when I install them now, that they are working under the correct Apple-ID.
Any Ideas to solve the Probs ?

Anything Downloaded with a Particular Apple ID is tied to that Apple ID and Cannot be Merged or Transferred to a Different Apple ID

By default, Acrobat DC for iOS displays recently viewed files. You need to switch to other file location (such as Local, Document Cloud, Creative Cloud) to delete, rename, move, or duplicate files.
You can switch to Local, if you would like to see the files and folders that are locally stored on your iPad.

It's possible that the DRM (digital rights management) disallows you to port those movies onto a TV. What app are you using? Some apps are 'ipad only' and will not push out to another screen.

Restore from previous backup, be sure use the same iTunes and account you used to store your stuff into your device.

The Photos app doesn't currently support subfolders, it only has the one level of folder/album. You will either need to change your folder structure on your computer to be just one level, see if there is a third-party photo app in the store that copes with subfolders, or just make do. The " glass" front of your iMac is really not glass, at all, but an optically clear polycarbonite (plastic) that a black border painted or possibly "printed" on the backside (to hide the strong magnets that hold this cover on) that has a metal frame glued to the back to which this frame is held in place with very strong magnets.
You use one or two small suction cups or a suction cup from a windshield mounted mobile GPS mount or purchase a small commercial glass cup, that is used to handle bare glass, to get the polycarbonite frame off.
The reason I mention the material is polycarbonite is that you should NOT be using ANY type of retail/commercial window glass cleaners on this front glass or on the LCD screen.
Polycarbonite easily scratches and clouds when using ANY conventional glass cleaning solutions.
You need to use a lint-free, microfiber style cloth dampened in warm water (completely wring the water out of the microfiber cloth to the point cloth is just warm and damp with NO water dripping at all from the cloth) and use this to get the screen and glass don't screen clean.

Apps are forever tied to the AppleID used to download them.
You can download the missing apps under your own AppleID;
if they are not free apps, you will have to pay for them.

This is normal under iOS 7. The App Store app shows all apps you have updated and are displayed in an "updated" list. The apps will drop off of the list in a few weeks or so. If they show as being updated, then they have in fact been updated. They will remain in the "updated" list until they are dropped off after a time.
