When I try to download a book from IBooks I get the message "your PUrchase Could Not be Completed" I've gotten books downloaded before, but not since the most recent OS upgrade to 7.0.4

Set up iMovie Theater and iCloud

Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, and click iCloud.
Make sure you’re signed in, and then select the Documents & Data checkbox.
Click the Options button next to Documents & Data.
Make sure the iMovie checkbox is selected.

Select the “Automatically upload content to iCloud” checkbox.

I am trying to download the apps for Netflix, hbo go, pandora radio and xfinity tv. When I click on any of these links I get the message, "your request Could not be completed."

I can't even find the hbo go or Netflix app on ITunes or the App store. When I go directly to the hbo go website or Netflix website and try to download the apps directly I keep getting the message, "your request Could not be completed." after the message pops up I am then bumped to the App store. Does anyone have a solution?

Log out of iTunes from Settings, power down and restart the iPad, log back into iTunes. Your download should play now.

Did you follow the instructions in the message and contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support. If Apple have asked you to contact them, then the issue can only be resolved by them.
