When i try to download something that uses adobe to read it it says i need a plug in but then it says there are none

What is listed for Capacity ??GB
What is listed for Available ??GB
The Available is how much free space you have.
The GB size of the download file is the compressed size (like .zip or .dmg). When the file is installed/uncompressed it can be 2-3 times larger.
How much space is Other using? You may be able to reduce.

You can remove the storage-hogging application and all of its data directly from this screen, or manually remove the data by opening the app. Some applications, especially those designed by Apple, will allow you to remove stored data by swiping from left to right on the item to reveal a Delete button.

I changed my ID Apple with another email, i received the confirmation, i changed my password and also received the confirmation but when i try to download something on my iPhone it still shows me my old email and nothing works ! ahhhhh what and how do i solve this ?
On your iPhone go to Settings > Store.
Select the Apple ID at the bottom.
Select Sign Out at the menu selection provided.
Follow this by signing in with your new Apple ID/iTunes store account.
All apps - all paid and free apps include DRM protection which is tied to the iTunes account that was used to download the apps. In order to install an app update for the apps downloaded with your previous Apple ID/iTunes account, you will need to use that account and password. -
My ipad2 says it can't connect to iTunes Store when I try to download something. I could do this a few days ago but not now. Anyone tell me why?

I take it that this is on an Ipad. I had just about the same problem, you could reset your password, but then again, you must apply the new password in the ITune's Store. Tap settings, "about" to check your firmware. Also to set the new password for the Store, tap Settings, Store, then tap Apple ID: a small pop up will show, here tap View Apple ID and input your new password.

Why is my apple id not showing when I try to download something?
whenever I try to download something to my iPad, it shows up with a different apple id and password. Granted, the ids are in the same house, but there are two different devices with different apple ids. the ipod has one and my ipad has the same apple id and password, which is not mine. is there any way to fix this other than to restore it to the last iOS?
BTW, don't know if this helps, but it happened only after updating to iOS6

I use Safari 4.1.3 and whenever I go to download something, a new tab comes up with a grey screen. It doesn't load anything, it just stays there. How do I fix this? And when I go to Activity, it says in red letters plug-in cancelled? Please help?
Hi,
Quit Safari.
Open a Finder window. Select your Home folder in the Sidebar on the left then open the Library folder then the Safari folder.
Move the Downloads.plist file from the Safari folder to the Trash.
Relaunch Safari. See if that made a difference.

Whether pictures, or executable files, will download into the download box that pops up. When the file is done downloaded, when I attempt to either left click or right click on the file in the download box, it will not allow me to open that file
Do you owe money from these previous purchases? If so, you will not be able to download anything further from the iTunes Store until you provide a payment method, either a credit card or a prepaid iTunes card, to clear that balance.

I had firefox but uninstalled it because of problems with add on Recipefox. Now when I try to reinstall it I get and error message "cannot open output file". I really liked firefox, How do I get it back?
When you click the download link on [http://getfirefox.com GetFirefox.com], you should be asked if you wish to Run or Save the file. If the described situation happens when trying to Run the download, try instead to Save it and put the file on your Desktop or a similar place where you are certain that you can find it again.
When the download is complete, try double-clicking the downloaded file in the normal Windows Explorer (browse your way to the file from My Computer). This should start the installation.
If you notice in the Explorer window that the file seems to be lacking the Firefox orange/blue icon, rightclick the file and select Properties. The picture should look somewhat like the attached picture (except that mine's in danish, but that is irrelevant) if saved correctly - if it does NOT look like this, please describe the contents or attach a screenshot of the box. Especially what it says under "File type" - it should be "Program"; if it's not, we'll have to look into what the problem could be here.
Slightly off-topic, your Internet Explorer seems to be quite a bit out of date (IE 6, where current version is IE 8), so I would strongly recommend that you try to run Windows Update to get your system updated. If this is a company system (like a Terminal Server thin client machine), this may not be possible, and your system administrator will most likely have to help you. -

You posted in the iPod Shuffle forum; it might be best to post in the iPad forum, as I was a bit confused at first. Anyway,
It doesn't need a SIM to download apps if you have Wi-Fi. Can you describe this box a little more, or better yet, screenshot it?
