When i try to instal the up date it always tell me i have another copy opened of firefox even after resterting the computer
lately when new update appeard on my computer for firefox
when i try to activate firefox message appears try to download the new up date when finishing a new message appears telling me that there is another copy of firefox is still running and the update failed to instal the message tels me to close all fire fox coppies and try to reinstal the update again i restarted my computer but the same problim exists.
All keys reset... quite a job... there is a lot of them!!!
But nope, Firefox still forbids to install any add-ons at all.
I am quite at a lost here. It just happened overnight probably following an update or something 'cause it was working fine and I had no trouble installing anything. Then one day, all my add-ons were gone and I cannot install back any of them.
It's a shame because the strength of Firefox is actually the possibility to customize it with add-ons... If a solution is not found, I will have no choice but to pick another browser, I guess.

It is a problem if you can;t download/install apps. If you are sure that the card data is correct and the card is valid I would contact the itunes store. I would go here and select iTunes Store Account and Billing.

Hey I finally got an older vesion of itunes to work!!! 10.7 x64 for windows 7
After uninstalling all apple products even quicktime
I had to delete everything from (program files, and program files x64, program data,)
And all downloads from apple, and I went in to search deleted other stuff from apple, and itunes
But definently not my itunes library and Playlist
Down loaded 10.7 x64 for windows 7, but checked (do not start when done)
Then I emptied my recycling bin and restarted my PC
I ran geek tech tool box same as reg cure pro, also PC Tools registry cleaner, and CC Cleaner
Then I emptied my recycling bin and restarted my PC
And wallah... It finally works, and I Love the older version anyways.

My mac has OSX version 10.8.2 and I'm try to install an aiport express base station which requires 10.5.7 or later. Yet when I try to install the software it says the base station is not compatible with my mac version - how do I resolve?
You already have the software installed that you need if you have 10.8.2.
If AirPort Utility cannot find the Express, that is another matter. More software is not needed. More troublehooting is needed.
Power up the Express for a full minute
Hold in the reset button on the Express for 7-8 seconds and release
Allow a full minute for the Express to restart
Click the AirPort icon at the top of the Mac's screen
Look for a heading of New AirPort Base Station
Just below that, click on AirPort Express

I am facing the problem on downloading apps from Mac App Store, when I try to install the application from App store, I am getting an error message "Status_Code_Error" while click on "Login"

It seems to be a problem with logging in App Store in the Mac (Yosemite 10.10.2).

I am trying to attach an Ipod touch to an older Power Book G4.

I am running OSX 10.6.8 and when I try to install the latest security update there is an unknown error and the update cannot be implemented. I still have to restart my computer each time I try. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
I tried using the downloaded update. It still didn't work but at least I did not have to restart my computer. The message was a little different too: "The installation failed. The Installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance."Run through this list of fixes, either something is corrupted or you have malware that's blocking the update.

Make sure to backup your users files to a external storage drive first (not only TimeMachine as it may fail to restore) and disconnect, because if' it's a drive corruption/failing then the entire thing will either have to be replaced or a wipe and install done.

Adobe installer claims my Apple ID is incorrect when I try to install the new Flash Player. iMac + OS Mavericks. I have tried it many times. Same ID works on two iPads, iTunes, etc. and on the iMac whenever it is asked for, other than with Flash Player installer. Aggro+++++++
OK, thanks for answering, but after reading all the instructions and help on Adobe website, it was clear that it was my OS user ID that was wanted, but that kept being rejected, too. So today I contacted Apple support and it took a half hour to correct the problem, which was with the original ID——everything had to be reset, e.g. new ID, keychain reset, etc. and then I was able to get the new Flash Player. It is still STRANGE to me that nowhere else did I have a problem, but it seems it was a glitch with Mavericks and my computer.
Good to know it was not Adobe…….

What's the precise text of that error message, please? (There's a few different ones I can think of that you might be getting.)

If you are using a Mac machine, its the Mac OS which is asking for password and not the Adobe Flash Player. Please follow What userid & password do I need to install Flash Player?

What didn't work? Removing everything or just the older version of Bonjour? Did you follow the instructions in the link I provided above to walk you through the process?
Perhaps it would be a better idea to post this in the iTunes forums, since it is an issue with iTunes and your iPod Shuffle.
