When I try to make a rectangle, I get a error and it EA crashes...
I don't seen a way around this, as I need a rectangle and it crashes and says it has a C++ error, and I have to quit every time and try to redo it. How can I uninstall this version and reload the previous version? Thanks for your help.

Can you be a bit more specific about the issue? Does it happen for any specific composition, if yes please share with us that composition in zipped file. I assume you are using 2014.1 version. You can have both both the versions of Edge older as well as the latest, go to this page HTML animation | Download free Adobe Edge Animate CC trial and select the version Animate CC (2014) from the dropdown version list and download & install it.

If you end up having to remove and reinstall iTunes and AMDS, make sure to follow the steps closely, including the order in which you uninstall.

I registered my iTunes gift card on my friend's computer and when I try to purchase on iPod, I get an error. It says, "your card has expired. To download from the store, you must update your payment information. Your account has been accessed from a new computer or device, and you must verify your payment information before you can make purchases.

Windows cannot find 'C:\Windows\Program Files\\Common Files\Adobe\ARM\1.0|AdobeARM.exe'. Make sure you types the name correctly, and then try again.
_ I've try to re-install Adobe Reader => same issue
_ I've deleted the AdobeARM.exe and did a repair => same issue.

Exact same thing is happening to me. Couldn't find where to view the Itunes version number after a quick look. I hate the "simplified" interface by the way. On windows 8.1. Really starting to hate itunes, very buggy, and apple device locked down content (I'm looking at you TV shows and Movies) make it a pain to use.

I have been using Elements 12 without a problem for 9 months. Now when I try to open the program, I get an error message "Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 quit unexpectedly" and it will not open at all. What can I do to open the program?
Thank you for responding. Nothing actually worked! After reading the posts online, I called Apple. They indicated they have seen problems with some software after their upgrades. The technician was able to fix the problem on my computer remotely, but I have no clue what he did! But, it was definitely related to their recent upgrade to my computer.

Seems like the downloaded file was corrupt that could be because of either network restriction or the anti virus might have blocked it. My suggestion would be to try and download the product either by turning off the Antivirus or try a different network.

When I try to purchase Mountain Lion i get an error message: "We could not complete your purchase. The product distribution file could not be verified. It may be damaged or was not signed."
I can purchase other apps, why not Mountain Lion. I get the same message on my wife's IMAC.The only thing that worked for me was to boot in safe mode.
Power down. Then press power button and hold 'shift' key until grey screen with progress bar appears... Once booted and logged in just open safari and browse to applestore.
No trouble at all once I did this.

Just in case the component being referenced is not part of iTunes but is rather part of one of the other related programs, it might be worth trying a complete uninstall/reinstall of iTunes and related componentry, as per the following troubleshooting document:

When I try to play a movie I get an error message saying the computer is not authorized to play the movie.
When I go to my account to authorize the computer it says this is already authorized.Try deauthorizing the computer, logging out of the iTunes store, rebooting your PC, logging back into the iTunes store, and reauthorizing your computer.

The specific text of the error message is very important here — I'm not sure exactly you're encountering here.
If you're able to connect to your email server and are able send email to other email addresses and if the failures are specific to one email recipient address, then please contact the intended recipient of the failing email, and confirm their address is valid. (This is the way I'm reading your question.)
If you are unable to send any email to any other email addresses and this is specific to your email address, then try the web mail client interface (if one is available) to verify your login user and password, and check with your email ISP for assistance. If your email password works via web mail, follow this Apple troubleshooting guide, then — if everything else fails — I'd probably then entirely remove the email account from Mail.app and re-add it per your email ISP's particular setup requirements. (Some issue with the setup or maybe a corrupt setting in OS X or a problem at the mail ISP servers is a common problem, but this effects attempts to send to all email addresses via that account.)
An email account setup is specific to an email provider, unfortunately. If you're using one of the more common email ISPs, then there are usually setup guides and frequently-asked questions posted online.
