As Rick says, you apply an animation preset, not import it.
Since you're new to After Effects, I recommend starting here and working your way through the basic learning materials. Doing so will prevent much frustration.

Have you also used Address Book>Card>Make This My Card?
If you have, you could also quit iCal, find the com.apple.ical.plist file in your Macintosh HD/Users/yourusername/Library/Preferences folder and drag it to the Desktop. Then log out/in or restart and check if your card is recognized.

Here is the solution that I received from the chat line.
When you update applications like Pages it usually keeps both versions on the computer. So what most likely happened is it didn’t put the new version on your dock. So to fix this, open a finder window. And go into applications which should be listed on the left. Scroll down and you will see Pages listed in here. And the icon should look different. You can drag that icon down onto your dock.Open that and you then can access your documents

I found a solution! (at least, for my platform; Windows XP Home SP3, Firefox 4.0.1) =) Go to http://labs.adobe.com and download the Release Candidate 1 version of Adobe Flash 10.3.181.5. I swear, the Second I installed this, it worked INSTANTLY xD. Best of luck to you! (and anyone else who sees this =)

Taken at face value, you're having trouble with a QuickTime program file there.
Let's try something relatively simple first. Restart the PC. Now head into your Uninstall a program control panel, select "QuickTime" and then click "Repair".
Does the repair go through okay? If so, are you able to launch iTunes and/or Safari now?

first, you just asked me to use MS file Explorer to see what the properties were.,..and to ask what happened. Yes - that's on my hard drive. The problem I have is opening word files in a DB that is web enabled.....I've used Firefox browser for that, and everything else , for years...... A typical reason for this error is using a wrong panel handle in SetCtrlVal: check that the handle passed to the function effectively is the one returned from LoadPanel or NewPanel function.
Another common issue it trying to address a control on a tab page using the handle of the panel that holds the tab control: you must consider that each tab page has its own panel handle as it were a separate panel; you can retrieve the handle associated with tab pages with GetPanelhandleFromTabPage () command.
