When Making a new play list, the play list was on the right of the screen and this allowed you to drag your music onto the playlist, my setup has changed to the left of the screen which does not allow you to drag your music across, how do I reset?

In the top corner of iTunes is a small icon with a down arrow, click on that and choose 'show menu bar'.
Then on the view menu which now appears choose 'show sidebar'

In most cases, you can't use a Debit card anymore. So, either redeem an iTunes gift card or use a credit card.

There are apps that will do handwriting recognition, such as Writepad HD. However, I suspec that such an app would be even more of a challenge to an older person than trying to use a keyboard.

OK, we've got it!
What is happening is that when you use Microsoft's save as PDF in Word, the font isn't embedded even though the font is tagged to allow embedding. Furthermore, Microsoft doesn't properly put the font name into the PDF file such that Acrobat or Reader can readily find the font installed on your system such that the text can be properly displayed and/or printed. Acrobat and Reader attempt to display and/or print the text using a “substitution font” and of course, as they say, YMMV (“your mileage may vary”)!
I personally submitted the report of this problem (both the embedding and the font name problem) to Microsoft. They acknowledge the bug, tried a fix and provided me a build with it, but it wasn't right. Maybe they will ultimately fix it, maybe they won't. We don't know yet. We do know that if it is fixed, it will be fixed only for Office 2013 (problem occurs with all Office applications since they use the same PDF generation code) and thus such a fix won't help you.
Adobe Acrobat Standard and Acrobat Pro both provide an Adobe PDFMaker plug-in to Office applications (including full support for Office 2010) that adds an Acrobat Toolbar as well as a Save as Adobe PDF menu item. The resultant PDF file fully supports embedding of OpenType CFF, TrueType, and Type 1 fonts and in many other ways produces much superior PDF with a full range of PDF generation options not available with the Microsoft PDF. (Note that beginning with Office 2013, Microsoft does not support Type 1 fonts in Office documents at all, even for existing documents!) The Acrobat Office functions are widely used and respected in the end user community and whatever “issues” there are (all software has “issues” of some type - it is a matter of how many and how severe), you should be in much better shape for PDF production that with what you currently are using.

The iTunes stores in different countries are entirely separate. You can only use an iTunes store credit in the country in with it was created and purchased content cannot be shared across countries. Family sharing groups must be country-specific, using iTunes store credits for purchases only within that country, and sharing purchases that were made in that country. are both places where screen size may change inadvertantly. Use higher resolutions, but lower screen zoom.

Have you tried to force quit the app? Double tap the home button. Scroll sideways if needed to see the icon and preview for the camera app. Flip that app up and off the screen to close it then single tap on the home screen preview or single tap the home button to exit the mode.
Try your camera app again and see if you can switch modes.
When you switch modes, you do have to drag the words, not just tap on the video word, if that makes any sense. When you try to go from video to photo, do you try to drag the photo word to the front?

First off, I do not have the screen shown in introduction. Next, any web site I try to open losses all formating or does not open such as hotmail

I have been getting a screen to update Firefox for the last two months but every-time I tired to update it went into a lop. This morning i noticed that while Hotmail came up and none of the selection except new Email worked. I could not open mail, delete or move. Then I noticed other web sites came up unformated, and now Hotmail will not come up at all. Just a blank screen. these sites work in Internet Explorer.

In normal view, half the page disappears off right of screen. in full screen this does not happen. what can be done to correct the screen ratio for normal screen?

version 5 loaded on windows 7. all went well for a while. one day while using, ratio of normal screen doubled in width; i.e. half the page disappears off the screen to the right (on a wide screen). when full screen mode applied, ratio is fine. it only happens in normal view, which is the usually prefered option. I cannot determine any means within the program to resize the normal screen. nothing else is affected, only mozilla firefox in normal view. not that when program is opened from keyboard the page is correct for a moment, then enlarges the width with 1/2 page dissappearing.
