Where are Cost Codes attached to a Project Number in Financials?
Don't know where to start looking in the documentation..
I need to know where I can add GL Cost Codes to a particular Project number for our testing of i-Expenses.
anybody know?
many thanks,
Steven

Well, not sure what you mean by "cost codes". Normally when I see that wording I think of work breakdowns within a project. I don't think of cost codes as being general ledger numbers. But maybe you are meaning to say general ledger number? I see "Project Number" though, which makes me think you are talking about project accounting. You set up your projects in project accounting and create what Oracle calls Tasks (I like to them of them as cost codes) that you can assign to your projects. So this would all be in Project Accounting. You may want to download the various user guides for Oracle Projects to start learning about this application. You must be running project accounting, correct? So maybe you need to find the person in your company who knows this application and start to get educated on it. There is a separate forum for Projects where this may be a better place to ask this question. You may need to provide more detail on what you are trying to do if you are not involved with project accounting.

  • Where are stored the data settings of Project Pro for Office 365?

    Hi,
I'm using Project Pro for Office 365 connected to Project Online. Where are stored the settings we saved in
File / Options (Project Pro). I'm thinking of roaming users.
    Thanks

I believe it is stored in the registry setting:

  • Where are sample code sets

I've been trying to find the complete set of source files etc. for each of the samples in the Ifs Developer's Guide. In particular, I'm interested in the full Vcard sample with parser, PurchaseOrder sample, and Render sample.
Does anyone know where they can be found?

Unfortunately i'm in the same boat.... I did
however get Agents going as well since it is
the only one with code that seems to have
been compiled before and tested. The rest of
the code seems like it has been cut and pasted and is plagued with various typos and
omissions such as package name with objects
    not capitalized ie. java.util.date instead
of Date. Is there somewhere , someone that knows where some sample code, preferably complete compiling running examples is
    available ????
    Thanks

Does anyone at Oracle know where I can find the complete source for the samples in the ifsdevkit Developer's Guide? I'm assuming they must be somewhere on this site, but I have been unable to find them.
I've tried to piece together all the xml and java snippets from the dev guide, but the samples don't work. The only one that seems to work is the agent sample. The others seem to be missing sufficient code and instruction to get it all working.
Has anyone out there been able to get either a parser, override or renderer to work?
I would appreciate any help getting samples that actually work.<HR></BLOCKQUOTE>

  • Where are apple mail attachment files stored in OS 10.9

I am trying to locate an attachment file from a recently deleted message.  The message is no longer in my trash, so I can't access the file through Mail.  In the past, there was usually an archived copy somewhere on my hard drive, but it seems to have moved in my most recent update of Mac OSX.  It used to be in the Library folder in my user folder, but now there is no Library folder in that location.  Where do I find these files?

Go to Finder and select your user/home folder. With that Finder window as the front window, either select Finder/View/Show View options or go command - J.  When the View options opens, check ’Show Library Folder’. That should make your user library folder visible in your user/home folder. Check the Mail folder/V2.

I want to create some user-defined functions to meet some sepecial requirements. Before this job, I really like to see the codes which support the system functions such as "@Idescendants". where can i find the .class files or .jar files which the system functions used to perform calculation at background? consider the user-defined function usually have one.

  • Where are cost adjustment accounts in tables?

Where can I find the adjustment accounts in the back end? I would like to find material_accounts, material_overhead_account, resource_account,outside_processing_account, overhead_accounts for the purpose of inserting them into the mtl_transactions_interface table.
Is there a table that maps suppliers, vendors etc. to these accounts?

    HI there,
I just wonder if you can access the information you are looking for from Forms interface?
If you can, then switch on 10046 trace and repeat the action.
You can find whatever you want in the trace file generated on DB server.

  • Copy Material Codes, Costs, and Cost Code Distribution

Has any one come up with way to copy material codes with their unit prices and cost code distributions from one project(or template) to another? When a user has a large inventory of material codes, it would be helpful to be able to copy, or import these to a new project.
    Thanks for any help.

Forgot to mention that CMPlus will copy Materials from one project to another with the unit pricing of the current project HOWEVER, the cost distribution is tied to the contract that the material is associated with. If you are using materials with Daily Reports to track material not related to a contract then this will be all you need. IF you are using Materials in association with line items on a contract/PO then it will populate the selection list but you will need to perform more data entry to properly link to the contract.
By performing this copy from one project to the other the capability to "Generate" materials from a contract or PO is no longer functional because the Material already exists as far a Contract Manager is concerned
One more item to think about - materials can only be associated with one contract - that does not mean that a material can not be used on more than one contract.
I am assuming that since you are asking this question that you have been using materials on your projects and understand the nuances and issues with the way CM handles Materials.

  • Please Please Help with Projectile Project Here are the Codes

    I've got three(3) classes a Model, a view, and a controller.
This is a project about projectiles.it is an animation of a cannonball being fired from a cannon and travelling under the effect of gravity.A cannon fired at angle 'a' to the horizontal and with an initial speed 's', will have an initial velocity given by:

    Extra Notes.
    1) The acceleration due to gravity is 9.8m/s to the (power of (2) eg s2.
    2) The distance travelled in time t by a body with initial velocity v under constant acceleration a is:
    v * t + a * t.pow(2) div 2;
The velocity at the end of time t will be v + a * t.
Distance is measure in pixels rather than meter so for simplicity we use 1 pixel per meter

  • Library only showing one project.  ALL others are gone.  I exported one folder to external drive and now ALL projects are gone from Aperture library.  WHERE ARE THEY?  TIA

I exported one folder to an external drive.  Now ALL my projects in Aperture are gone!  WHERE ARE THEY?  I've tried to rebuild and repair database.  It only shows the one project I had exported because I opened it in Finder back into Aperture.  HELP PLEASE!

I found them.  Sorry, don't know how to delete post.

  • I just upgraded to the new Photo and find a few things missing. May find more later. My Events are gone. Also, the Albums and Projects that I created that were on the left side tab of iPhoto are now gone. Where are they?

Where are my Events from the old iPhoto? Also, where are the albums and projects I created that were on the left side tab in my old iPhoto?

After importing my iPhoto Library no Events became Albums. Some of my Albums are still Albums, but many are missing from the Albums tab and Sidebar. One of the Albums listed has no photos when it should have 142. Another is missing nearly all of its photos. I found some missing Albums by name via the search window. Yet they remain missing from the Albums tab. Very strange indeed. This is one big mess right now! Thank goodness iPhoto still works.
Yes, it's a mess for sure, and I've lost confidence in it for now.  First attempt, 5 photos came up missing.  Delete and start over, then after second attempt 18 photos go missing.  Even one single missing photo is a real confidence breaker for me.
After conversion, and activation of the sidebar, all of my Events were migrated into a single "Photos" Album called "iPhoto Events".  Why would I want "legacy" Events segregated into one big Album?  What the heck am I supposed to do with that?  That's useless if new photos are going to be organized in some other way moving forward.  I cannot imagine new photos automatically putting themselves into a new Event inside of the "iPhoto Events" Album... because they won't.  I'll be stuck with my old iPhoto Events in this one Album, and the new stuff organized as per Photos.  Weird, just weird.
Also, in the "all photos" view, there are dates that are just blank.  I think I know why.  In iPhoto, I merged various photos into single Events.  For whatever reason, within the Library, this left empty folders behind.  iPhoto's fault, not mine... I simply dragged & dropped photos to combine Events.   Then during Photos import/conversion these empty folders got converted into "blank" days within Photos... this is simply ridiculous.  When programming for an import, you'd want to ignore a folder if there are no files inside of it, not convert it into a block of photos that contain no photos.  It's nonsensical... you cannot have an iPhoto Event with zero photos, yet that's what was converted over.  LOL.
I'm certainly not going to invest the time into cleaning up and moving hundreds of Events and 18,000 photos if Photos can't even do a simple library conversion.  Heck, what about the dozens of photos that my iPhone 5S fails to geotag for whatever reason?  Can't edit geotags.  Can't bulk edit meta data.  These are pretty basic functions.  Total fail.
I'm going back to iPhoto for a while, hoping Apple eventually cleans up this mess into something usable.

  • Why aren't titles saved with the project? Where are they?

    cs5  PC.
Why aren't titles saved with the project? Where are they? Can I get them to be saved with the project?

they aren't able to be exported as an entire bin folder ready for importing into another if needed.
Oh, but they are! You can select multiple titles, or even a bin containing multiple titles, and use the same File > Export > Title command. Premiere Pro will ask you where you want to save the first (and change the name, but it will default to the name given in the project), and then will automatically export all selected titles without further user intervention. You can import them en masse or in a folder (to create a bin automatically) into another project.
