I purchased a used iMac and it apparently did not come with it. I am willing to purcahse it, but I cant figure out where one would buy it and what version I am looking for.

UPDATE: I am going on day 3 and have yet to receive my code! Seriosuly... a NUMBER that they send via email. DAY 3??? Because it take this long to "process"??? You have got to be "F'ING" Kindding me! Customer service is key and Apple USE...USE!.. to be king. I actually waited on the phone for 25 minute just to be told I had to wait for GOD KNOWS WHEN (ie. maybe 3 days) for the order to be processed.
As an investor ($90k deep)) i think i will be droppign about half+ my positions tomorrow. It's always good to test those you invest ;-)

Where Can I download another copy of Logic Pro 9 for reinstallation?

Where can I download a copy of Logic Pro 9 so that I can reinstall it. I'm having so many problems with Logic I can not use it since I loaded Maverick. I tried to go to the App Store and then to Purchases and download it from there, but the message I got back was: "This Product is not available in US store."
Is there something that I am doing wrong?

You must sign in to the App Store application using the same Apple ID you used to purchase the AppStore version of Logic Pro 9 in the first place.
Then go to the Purchase tab and you will find it there.....
If you get such a message, when you click the download/install button on the far right of the LP9 entry under the purchase tab... sign out of the App Store within the Mac App Store aplication.. and sign back in again.. You probably missed signing one of the new Terms and Coditions... or you need to sign into a different server which happens automatically once you sign out and sign in again, from the App Store...

There are legally NO FREE DownLoad of iDVD - at all.
If there is no iDVD on Your Mac (and it's not on newer Macs as Apple discarded it) then You need a program that can do this.
Your Mac can burn CDs and DVDs - BUT DVD as Data-DVDs not as Video-DVDs - they need a program to be encoded and STRUCTURED as such.
iDVD is part of the boxed version of iLife'11 and can only be bought outside Apple as on Amazon and e-bay
DVD Studio pro - Part of FinalCut Studio Pro bundle - this to has expired and can only be bought second handed. (High price and tough learning Curve - but best ever done.)
Roxio Toast™ - Not as elegant as iDVD - but has many other positive additions (I like it as 10-Pro incl BD-component) (now version 11)
FinalCut Pro-X which also can burn to DVD but without any nice themes.

- The 2G iPod can only go as high as iOS 4.2.1. It does not have the hardware to support a higher iOS version.
- Your only way is if you have the version that was compatible on your computer such as in the recycle bin/trash or in a computer file backup. In that case delete the current version that is in your iTunes App library and replace it with the older version. Then sync.
- You can only download the current version from the App store.

Unhelpfully, if you want the last version for PPC Macs, you need to go here: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/142/tn_14266.html and scroll down to 'Archived Versions/Older Archives'. The first one on the list, Flash Player 10.1 is the one you download. More information here: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/838/cpsid_83808.html
You should first uninstall any previous version of Flash Player, using the uninstaller from here (make sure you use the correct one!):

and also that you follow the instructions closely, such as closing ALL applications first before installing. You must also carry out a permission repair after installing anything from Adobe.

I purchased OS X Mountain Lion on the Apple website. It instructed me to wait three days for delivery via Email. Lol? I then received a license and instructions to download Mountain Lion from the App store. I do not see it in the App store, or online. Help!

The best solution for additional GarageBand loops would be to get the JamPacks, i.e. JamPack "Remix Tools" and "Rhythm Section". These will give you plenty of drum beats and grooves.
The Jam Packs have been discontinued, but you get them all, when you buy Mainstage 2 at the AppStore for a moderate fee. Mainstage 2 will install all Jam Packs and additional instruments in the same place where GarageBand and Logic loops and instruments are installed, so you can use them seemlessly from GarageBand as well. And the price for MainStage 2 with all JamPacks included is as far less than the price for a single JamPack used to be.

Where can I download fcp rescue for 4.5 or need help with crashing

I'm still running 4.5 and haven't had a lot of problems with it in the past 2 years. I can't get the program to open today however. It keeps getting stuck on "profiling for rt extreme". I've trashed all the preferences, rebooted, and searched this forum for answers, but am still having problems.
In one post I found a link for fcp rescue, but it looks like they've taken off old versions of the program. I can only download for fcp 5.
Does anyone know where I could still download this program from FCP 4.5? or Can anyone suggest trying something other than trashing preferences or reinstalling?

FCP Rescue for Four and 4.5 are the same program.
As to your issue, I'd make sure you don't have any errant USB/FW devices plugged in. And I believe you get the Profiling for RT Extreme when there are no preferences, so it would seem that you've done that part right...

(The 90 days should only happen if you use iTunes Match, family sharing, automatic downloads or redownloading past purchases, downloading the iBooks on his account will be a new 'purchase' so shouldn't result in the 90 days.)

There are bad reviews of every single major and minor update OS release Apple has ever created. I switched from Mavericks to Yosemite as soon as 10.10.2 was released, which fixed a good number of minor bugs. It's stable and faster than any version of OS X I've ever used.
Do not for a moment even consider getting Mavericks from any third party source. Not for $10, not for free. There's no way of knowing what malware may have been added to the installer.

I did an "upgrade" to the obviously beta version of iTunes 11, which when attempting to sync an iPhone with Ms.Outlook, displays the message, "iTunes could not sync calendars ..."
Only iTunes changed - nothing else, so it seems pretty obvious that the defect is in iTunes 11.
I hope that returning to a fully functional version of iTunes (that is, 10.7) will restore sync capability.
Does anyone know of a cache location or someone who could e-mail me a copy?

I had the exact same thing. Apple level 2 senior tech advisors and senior engineers apparently clueless about this. I spent over 7 hours last week with Apple tech support and they still have not gotten back to me with any info. I generated and sent them all my logs, etc. What a waste -- they should know about this. This is what I did, and it works:

    1.Click on Start button.
    2.Type Cmd in the Start Search box.
    3. right-click cmd.exe, click Run as administrator, and then press Continue.
    4. Type netsh winsock reset and then press the Enter.
    5. Restart the computer.
