Where do I find the digital signature toggle in mail
I saw this post in one of the threads, but for some reason it wouldn't let me post a question....
"Did you maybe accidentally click on the little toolbar icon to digitally sign the email message in the New Message window in Mail?
I did, and the keychain that had the certificate used for signing was in the System keychain - which isn't unlocked like my login keychain usually is - so that's why it was prompting whenever I sent an email (each subsequent email attempts to digitally sign until you've untoggled that again)."
How do I find this toggle? my mail asks me to enter my password every time I use a particular account.
Duh,,,, thank you

Where do I find the digital UPC of the album I am looking at?
As the question states, where do I find the digital UPC of the album I want?
What do you mean by "Digital UPC"? The tracks are linked to your iTunes account, which acts as "proof of purchase"

I sent e-mail photos from iPhoto using my @me account but I do not find the history of sent e-mails in my new iCloud account. Where can I find the history of sent e-mails?
Using iPhoto as the email client in iPhoto does not creatge a sent copy. iPhoto indicates in the Info drawer if a photo was emailed by iPhoto (under the Sharing section):
There's no easy way to search for photos that have been emailed. Each photo has to be inspected via the Info tray.
One could add a keyword to emailed photos which would let a smart album keep track of those photos.
A better solution, IMO, is to set Mail as the email client (in iPhoto's General preference pane) and use it. That will give you an sent copy, better access to your contacts and, if you want a theme, numerous photo themes under the Stationary section of Mail.

Where could I find the file been download from mail?
Where could I find the file been download from mail?
Unless you've got an app that supports the file type, and you've used Mail's 'open in' function (by holding the attachment and selecting where to store/copy the file), then the file/attachment will only be attached to the email itself in the Mail app.

Where can I find the shortcut for windows live mail on FireFox browser?
Where can I find the shortcut (icon) for WINDOWS LIVE MAIL on the FireFox web browser or how could I set-up a shortcut to open Windows Live Mail (my default) from FireFox?
first you make a bookmark for WINDOWS LIFE MAIL:
https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/how-do-i-use-bookmarks#w_how-do-i-create-a-bookmark
then you can make a shortcut of it(drag it) where you want it:
https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Sorting%20bookmarks#w_rearranging-manually
add bookmark to toolbar:
http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Bookmarks%20Toolbar#w_add-bookmarks-to-the-bookmarks-toolbar
thank you

Where can i find the trash bin for my mail?
Where is my trash bin to delete my mail?
Generally speaking it's at the bottom center of the full email message display.
Typically, folks who do not have a trash bin there have archiving set on. Look at Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > [your email account] and turn "Archive Messages" to "Off". -
Acrobat 9 Standard and the Digital Signature usage right
Acrobat 9 Standard is apparently able to apply certain usage rights to a document. I am trying to confirm whether or not the digital signature usage right is included. The
Acrobat 9 product comparison seems to indicate it is not, but the online help implies that it is.
Can someone with Acrobat 9 Standard confirm this for me by testing a document that you've enabled for use with Reader by attempting to sign a digital signature field with Reader?
GeorgeIn the office area, the Pro version might be good to have for the forms and other features. For the general library, Reader is probably adequate. Actually allowing PDF creation on public machines can be an issue. In a small libary system, Acrobat might be reasonable where you do not have to deal with a large, diverse population. However, for basic PDF creation, only Std is needed. Having both AA8 and AA9 on the same machine can lead to problems. However, if you remove one, you will likely have to repair the other.
The problem with older versions is that they may not properly read some of the newer PDFs that might be downloaded. For the latter, you could install the latest version of Reader, but you need to be aware that you may have to deal with issues of right clicking (windows) on a file and selecting which application to open a PDF with. For forms and some editing, the Pro version would be good to have. You also have PDF Optimize and PreFlight with the Pro version that generally are not including in the Std version.
To help compatibility with the files you create, you can select Start>Printers>Adobe PDF preferences (right click on printer). In the settings tab>Default settings> select at least Std or better Press or Print and then push edit. Under the general tab select the compatibility and set it to AA8 so that every thing is compatibile with the oldest version of Acrobat you have.
If you have more than one computer in the office, you might consider having AA8 on one and AA9 on the other. Do check and be sure you have licenses for whatever you have and that someone has not come in and installed a pirated version. Also be sure you keep the original CDs and licenses (or if they were downloaded, burn the downloaded version to a CD as an archive and write the SN on the label).
Now that I have confused you, are there more questions? -
Is it possible to sign a MS Word doc with the digital signature froma Military issued CAC card? It is easily done in Adobe but, I cannot find any guidance for MS Word docs.
According to this thread in Microsoft's forums:

this is not possible with Word for Mac.

Where can i find the resolution of a photo? I need to change it to 102
where can i find the resolution of a photo in iphoto? How can I change it to 102? I see is the pixel width and height, along with the mb/kb size for photo info; I need to change the resolution and size for submission.
Short answer: the dpi (or resolution) is set when you decide what size you're printing at.
Long Answer: Dpi means nothing in the digital world of your computer. There are no "inches" to have "dots per..." Size is measured in pixels. That's the same on your camera. It doesn't take 10 x 8 or 6 x 4 shots. It takes shots measured in megapixels. For instance 4,000 x 3,000 is a 12 megapixel camera.
Using that example, that shot from that camera has 12 million pixels. So that's how many "Dots" there are. To decide the ratio of dots per inch, you now need to decide the "inches" part. And that's printing. Print at 10 x 8 and the dpi will be 4,000/10 or about 400 dpi. At 6 x 4 then it's 4,000/6 or 660 dpi. Work the other way: Print at 300 dpi and the resulting image will be about 13 inches on the longer side.
So, your photo as a fixed number of pixels. Changing the dimensions of the print will vary the dpi, changing the dpi will vary the dimensions of the print.

The following errors occur by correspondence check (WinVerify Trust) of the signature when Windows Installer with the digital signature is executed.
"Error 1330. A file that is required cannot be installed because the cabinet file C:\<tool>\Data1.cab has an invalid digital signature. This may indicate that the cabinet file is corrupt. Error 8230 was returned by WinVerifyTrust."
Please teach the following of Error 8230.
1) Occurrence condition.
2)Approach to avoiding. So I found my own answer to the issue. The error was being caused by an the following xml in the assertion:
<ds:Reference URI="">
The value of URI attribute must have a '#' followed by the same value of the ID attribute in the parent 'Assertion' element (in our case a random string):
<saml:Assertion xmlns:saml="urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:assertion" ID="a5k42vnhsywezqzyufq15c4bb9xuzeozrmbppj38xe" IssueInstant="2012-03-12T14:33:25.986Z" Version="2.0">

How this is related to the digital signature is beyond me, though I admit I'm very new to saml and digital signing. However I spent a great deal of time investigating my certs and how I was creating the signature, which it seems is unrelated to the actual issue. I also wasn't able to find any docs specifying that this attribute was required, though I might have just missed it. -
Acrobat Standard 8 - why is the digital signature not responding?
Using Acrobat version 8 and it is fully updated.
When I try to insert a digital signature, it freezes and when I eventually close the digital signature window, it says it is not responding and the program shuts down.
This is using a document that I use frequently and only recently started having problems with the digital signature.
Why is this happening and how can I fix it?
Thank you!Hi,
I'd like to clarify some points. You use a digital ID to create a digital signature, not unlike how you use a pen to create (what we refer to as) a wet ink signature. When it comes to applying a digital signature to a document, you can sign just about any blob of electronic data. You can sign your e-mail or a MS Word document as well as a PDF file. The signature itself lives either in the document (that's how Acrobat does it when signing a PDF file), or it can be an external attachment (that's what the smime.p7s file is you might see attached to some e-mail messages).
Here is where I'm a bit confused. How many digital IDs do you have access to? If you only have one, does it cause Acrobat to lock up when signing a specific PDF file or when you try to sign any PDF file? Same question if you have more than one digital ID available to sign with, they all cause Acrobat to lock you when signing just one specifc file or any file? When you try to sign, are you signing an existing signature field, or are you creating a signature on the fly, be it either visible or invisible? If it is just one file that is causing the problems then that file is probably corrupt. If it's any file then it is a more systemic problem and I don't have an off the shelf answer for you.

I found the main Windows 7 key sticker under the battery. Where do I find the rest, such as the activation code that I'll need for clean reinstallation?
Sorry, I don't understand your question.
I've been able to activate clean Win 7 installs by using the CoA sticker key. Activation will fail and offer phone activation. That leads to an automated procedure where Windows provides a set of digits that one enters, and then the phone robot offers a string of digits that activates.
What do you mean by activation code?
