Go to settings, iTunes & App Store, tap on your ID, sign out, then sign in with your new information. You cannot delete an old ID, you just stop using it.

Where IS the App Store, I can't find it anymore?
Where did the Apple App Store get to? I used to have an App that took me there, no sweat, now I can't find it, even on the wwweb!
If you are referring to the Mac App Store, you can find it on the Dock, next to iTunes. If you don't find it here, open Finder (the icon at the left of the Dock), select "Applications" in the sidebar and open "App Store". If you want, you can drag it to the Dock.
If you don't see it, reinstall OS X. Hold Command and R keys while your computer is starting and reinstall OS X -
I don't know if I should ask for money back or just ask for the app I paid for.
if you want the app back then you can probably get it back in itunes... just go to the app store on your computer and click the purchased folder on the right.. you can probably find it in there.

My daughter has tried to download paid apps, she is three so is forgiven but I don't want them and certainly don't want charging for them.

Your only other option would be to contact the iTunes Store, explain the problem, and ask if they'll cancel that 99-cent purchase. There's no way of knowing if they will since the terms of sale state that all sales are final, but you can ask. Go here:

Hi I'm new to this so hope I'm doing it right. I've been trying to cancell a subscription to a magazine from the AppStore but can't seem to find any email address to contact them. I can't even find my account. I've been billed thru iTunes, but can't find contact details for them either. I thought that I had cancelled it at one address but was billed for the next issue today so obviously I got that wrong. I'm in Australia, if that makes a difference. I'll write here too as this is the first time I've done this too. I'm new to ipad and I'm having trouble with icons appearing on my ipad after I have downloaded them. These are all tv based -sky go app, iplayers and on demand. I have installed them previously but since then there are no icons on my ipad to select. I have my new HD in a USB enclosure connected to my MacBook Pro and I want to put a fresh copy of Mountain Lion on it. I'm told that I need to boot from the Installation Disk to start. But I do not have an install DVD as I got ML as a download from the App Store. Can I download ML from the App Store again, but this time directly to my new HD?
