Where is Check number stored in Fusion Payroll

Hello All,
I am working on an Positive Pay file that is sent to the Bank after the payroll process and I need the check number details, but not sue where it is stored.
Can some one let me know where is the Check Number stored in the HCM tables.
In EBS
Check Numbers are in the field SERIAL_NUMBER on the PAY_ASSIGNMENT_ACTIONS table.
Serial Number in Pay_Assignment_Actions is where the check numbers are held. When Check Writer is run, the process requests STARTING and ENDING Check Numbers (Ending Check Number can be left blank).
But I am able to find the serial number in PAY_PAYROLL_REL_ACTIONS which is the payment reference and doesn't match the Check numbers that are generated.
Can any one please let me know where to find this information.
Appreciate all your inputs

I'm not sure if this gets stored in some database tables, I believe that this information is evaluated in the runtime(i.e., when accessed from 'PA20') using the wage type characteristics(v_t511).
The function module 'RP_FILL_WAGE_TYPE_TABLE' returns the values of indirectly evaluated wage types also.
The  (indirect)evaluations of the wage types take place in the subroutine 'EVALUATE_INDEV_TAB' of the function group 'RPIB'. (Include program : LRPIBFXX)

  • MIR7 Park Invoice - where is PO number stored?

    Hi all,
When registering an invoice in transaction MIR7, I can enter one or more PO numbers in the field "Purchase Order/Scheduling Agreement" on the "PO Reference" tab. If I temporary save the invoice, then in which table is the link between the Invoice No. and the PO numbmer stored?
All invoices appear in table RBKP, but not always in table RSEG (which contains the PO number).
Same goes for EKBE, it contains quite a few of the invoices, but not all of them.
    Your help is much appreciated!
    Kind regards,
    Bas

    Bas,
You should find the PO numbers for the parked invoices in table RBSELBEST or RSEG. If the invoice is for a service entry sheet, you can can the SES number from table RBSELERFB and then subsequently get the PO number from table ESSR.
You will not have entries in RSEG only if you park the invoice without any item reference. In this case, you will not have a PO number associated with the invoice.
    Hope this helps.

  • Where is version number stored?

I am using Adobe Director 11 to build an application which contains PDFs published by our company. I am using an XTRA to determine which version of Adobe Reader is installed on the end-users computer- our PDFs require version 7 or higher. My question is- where does Adobe store the version of Adobe Reader? In the registry? If so where? Is this consistent with all versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader?

    Matt
vlan database mode used to be the way to configure vlan/vtp information in IOS based switches. Then Cisco added the ability to use config mode to configure vlans.  Some old switches like the 3524xl only support vlan database mode. Most newer switches support both but give you a warning message if you try to use vlan database about it being depreciated and to use config mode instead.

  • Sending PI message in case of Payment Cancellation and Check Number Voided

    Hi ..
I've a requirement to send a message to PI wth the required invoice header fields whenver any payment document number is cancelled or check number is voided. I know we can cancel the payment or check payment through tcode FCH8 and the module program for this is SAPMFCHK.
I have no idea where would i put my custom code in the check payment cancellation wherein i can put my invoice fields and the proxy code so that I can send a message whenever any check payment or payment is cancelled.
Please help me if you have come with the similar requirement. I think i need to create an enhancement and put my codes inside that but not sure how do to this.

    Hi
I guess You need to create substitution for this purpose. In your case reversal document get created for your original FI document.
    Go through http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/ERPFI/Creatinguserexitsforsubstitutions
First check GCX2 transaction if there is already any Z Program attached for your application area. If yes check if it is active in SPRO
    Special Purpose LedgerTools-Maintain Validation/Substitution/Rules---Maintain Substitution
You can create substitution ZTEST under
Financial Accounting----Document header for field "reversal Indicator" and if you do F4 in field "Exit" you will see the exit created by you as per wiki.
I think you can create substitution on field "reversal Indicator" but its your choice. Check if your exit gets trigger.
Try creating a event to trigger proxy or submit program etc...
    Hope this helps.

  • Invoice and Invoice amount in FI/CO When enter check number

    Hi  All,
I have a requirement like this. We have custom t-code ZF04 ( FAST CASH ) to post payments to customer accounts. In this t-code, we have one field for Check#.  When they enter Check# number and click on 'SEARCH' icon i need to display list of invoices and amounts with in a check.
I have no idea about tables,. Where to look? What tables do i need to look when enter check number, which returns invoice details.
    Please let me know ASAP....
    I appreciate your help!
    Thanks,
    Suneetha

    Hi,
One question - Are you getting customer payment trrough <b>LOCKBOX</b>? If yes, then following are the tables
Check tables <b>FEBKO</b> and <b>FEBEP.</b> The field is <b>FEBEP-CHECT</b> for check number. For this check number take <b>FEBEP-KUKEY</b>. With this KUKEY read table FEBRE. <b>FEBRE-VWEZW is the invoice number</b>.
    So, sequence is
    1. Put Check# --> FEBEP-CHECT  and get FEBEP-KUKEY
    2. Put FEBEP-KUKEY into --> FEBRE-KUKEY
    3. FEBRE-VWEZW is invoice no.
If you are not using LOCKBOX, How are you getting customer payment? Let me know so i can give you exact answer.
    Regards,
    RS

  • Check number not filled into FPAYHX-CHECK

    Hi
I am trying to use a DMEE based format for check payments. When executing the payment run, however, the field FPAYHX-CHECK is not populated.
    What have Idone:
    1) I have defined an payment method where we have set the indicator that a check will be created using this payment method. This payment method uses the a payment medium workbench format. In the DMEE I have mapped the field FPAYHX-CHECK to the field check number.
    2) I entered a vendor invoice with t-code FB60 with the payment method defined in step 1
    3) I executed the proposal, the payment and the payment medium creation with F110
    4) The payment file does say it is a check, the field check number, however, is empty
I have found out that the field FPAYHX-XSCHK is populated with 'X', the field FPAYHX-CHECK is empty.
Am I forgetting a step? What went wrong? I'd be glad for some help.

  • Check number skipped

    Hi Everyone,
When we run F110 payment program. The system will print all the checks included in the  payment run but skipping a number and marking that number as void.i.e: If system prints check no.300156, it skips the 300157 number and marking this as a void (page overflow) and replacing this check info to next number 300158.So we will have all the checks but not in sequence. Is there any are where I need to llo0k at ? Thanks
    Iqtidar

    Hi,
Kindly check on the variant you created in F110 Printout/data medium tab, make sure that on the output control,  field "Do not void any Checks" should be ticked so that it will continuously run the check number in sequence.
    Hope this helps you.
    Thanks,
    Rod

  • Check Number

    Dear Experts
I  have  created one FMS for payment means check Number has to come in incoming  payment reference colomn.  the FMS is SELECT T0.CheckNum FROM RCT1 T0 WHERE T0.CheckNum = ${28.5.0} . But the value is not come. what i have to change.
    regards

    Hi,
if i understand you correct, you want to pick up a screen value ${28.5.0} from a non active window. Thats not possible. If you pick up from an active window, you need to use other brackets like :
    $[$28.5.0]

  • Check number field coming in blank

I am new to this forum, and I am searching but canu2019t find a solution.
I have a database, which contains a field called u201CCheck Nou201D, which contains the check numbers as well as type of payment received from a contributor.
So, if the contributor paid which a check, then the check number is there, but if they paid by money order, pay pal or cash, then those terms are there.
The problems is when I bring the data into CR, it is only bringing over the check numbers, as number.
Now, I wrote a formula to convert the numbers to text, but it still is not reading the literal data, u201Cmoney order, pay pal or cashu201D.
The formula that I wrote is:
    If {2009.CHECK_NO} = 0.00 Then
    "*CASH*"
    Else
    ToText ({2009.CHECK_NO},0,"")
and believe, it or it works, u2018cause the check numbers come in great.
I called tech support up and they told me something about marking the field as u201Calphanumericu201D, and to look to the forum for a solution, or else pay $195 per incident for tech support.
I figure this must be a common occurrence, u2018cause all organizations maintain some type of check register, and there are times, now a days when pays with something other than a check, e.g. wire transfer, debit card, etc.., and if that literal text is in the check number field, Iu2019d like to bring it over as such.
Thx in advance for answering my question.

Here is the formula I have in my CR report:
    ToText ({Sheet1_.F3},0,"")
and here is the result I get:
    Check No
    4204
    6008
    448
    2079
    13495
    1216
    369
    320
    2227
    231
    139
    351
    524
    1562
    402
    5098
    1109
    2240
    922
Where the blank lines are records containing text entries in that field, such as "cash, credit card, paypal".
My problem is that no matter what I'm trying, the numbers come across fine, but now the literal text isn't.
I've tried some variation of the formula as follows:
    If IsNull({Sheet1_.F3}) then "" ELSE
    if not(Isnumeric({Sheet1_.F3}))  then ({Sheet1_.F3}) else 1
As a suggestion from the board, but when I check for errors, I get various errors such as  "string needed" or something else.
    I'm getting lost on this.
And, I'm sure it is something simple, but I just can't grasp it from the manual or help screen.
    Please help!!
