In which SAP table does the GUI statuses gets stored ?

All the Statuses will be stored in EUDB table it is cluster so you cannot see them directly either you have to use the Import
or you can use the Function
RS_CUA_STATUS
Check this function you will get clear idea .

Where is loop status stored during runtime using "loop on selected steps"

I am trying to write a custom report that allow a technician to loop on an arbitrary set of steps and receive the results in a csv file or equivalent (without having the techs trying to change parts of the sequence, since that would violate quality controls on manufacturing testers).
I was hoping to be able to read a variable in the poststepcallback that shows whether the step was tested using "loop on selected steps" and having a custom output for that case. If anyone knows how I can detect looping I would appreciate the help.

Hey s.cooper,
This may be a bit more tricky than it seems. Only because the reporting, as you are aware, is, or at least should be, taken care of by the process model. Therefore you cannot use the default reporting because you have your own process model. Since the default reporting is part of the Sequential, Batch or Parallel process models that ship with TS then you would have to use one of those process models to get the default reporting.
Concerning the looping-
Will the ops and techs be selecting to loop on a particular set of steps interactively (i.e. Execute>>Loop on selected steps)? If you used the default sequential model you'll notice that you can Loop on Selected Steps Using the SinglePass entry point. This does use the process model to loop on the selected steps a certain number of times. However, Execute>>Loop On Selected Steps... does not use the process model and just loops on the selected steps. If you did write your own process model then you can select your entry point to Allow Interactive Execution of Entry Point. This option is in the entry point sequence properties. Right click the entry point and select properties. On the Model tab you will see that option.

Will the ops and techs have the option set forth by your process model to select which steps to loop on? If so then how would you loop on those steps? Have a GoTo step that loops back to the beginning? Have something that sets each step to loop a fixed number of loops? There is a Step.LoopType API property that returns the Looping property for a given step as a string. NoLooping means that the step has no looping properties set for it. This could be used somewhere in a condition to determine which type of reporting to do.

I need to create a query of all Prod Orders Not delivered and Partially delivered.
Where are these status stored in the AUFK . The AUFK-ASTNR does not have DLV or PDLV status.Thanks

You use table AUFK to get OBJNR.
With that OBJNR go to table JEST and get field STAT.
with JEST.STAT go to table TJ30T, which has all statuses.

I need to find out the Quotes which have open and completed system status.
Once I find these orders I need the check the validity dates of the Quotes.

Kindly execute the report CRM_ORDER_READ.
This is a report for executing the FM CRM_ORDER_READ.
provide the transaction ID or guid as teh input.
Check the ET_STATUS and ET_APPOINTMENT tables which contain the details required.
In the table ET_STATUS search with the header GUID.
The values with I are the system status and the value with E is the user status.
Explore the result of this report to get more detail.

Goto Your GUI status.click on your MENU bar.
under the menu bar you will have your own menu items.
where ever you want separator line do the following way.
you will have 2 columns under menu bar
1) code
2) text.
under code dont put anything.
but under text column you put dashes and enter or select right click there and choose separator line.
you will get separator line.
activate and run the ztcode.you will get .

How to translate function codes from GUI-status into other language ?

Hello experts,
I've a programm called mrs - multi resource scheduling.
This programm has texts in english and german.
Now I want to translate the text also in italian.
When I opne the programm in se80, in path GUI-status
there are the ui-elements (Function codes).
When I open them in english, I get the texts in english, when
I open them in german , I get the texts in german.
Openeing in italian shows me the english texts.
Changing them into italian I get message:
You can only maintain the object in modification
lang. German (DE) in this system
If I proceed in translating the german text in italian, I get italian texts instead of german.
Some ideas ?

Add Button to GUI STATUS Application toolbar

Hi,
I have to add a button in the application toolbar of a gui status. I have done that many times before, but I never got into trouble like this time....
When I open the Gui status and the tree for the application toolbar, I can see already set buttons. When I now click on change (a modification warning comes) and press the plus-icon, it is possible to enter a new item. But everything I´m typing, I get the message Function code XXXX has not been assigned to a function key. I have never got this before....
When I now go to SE41 and enter a new function key, I can´t use it either afterwards as a button in the application toolbar.
In the tree of the function keys, I can´t change anything...
What can I do here? The program name is SAPMZLCG, so it has been modified sometimes. But how can I change the GUI STATUS now to add a new button?

You need to goto the application toolbar and the add your text to the items and click below the text you will get one popup which will ask for static text and dynamic text. select statictext and then add all the information like text name and if you want to add an icon you can do it aswell. the there will be another popup for fuction attributes where you will be able to find some options loke fuction types and reaction need to select all that and then click on the ok button and save check and activate the same and after that activate and check whether the button is visible or not. once the button is visible then you need to check for the ok_code and sy_ucomm and then insert the fuctionality of the button.

OSS Note 1401249 - Issue in GUI status

Hi ,
As per 1401249 Note instructions, i need to add a new push button 'Display Income Levy Data', in the standard report HIECILC0 .
In SE41 , I am giving the program name HIECILC0 and Status 'ALV', when I click on Change button, I see 'Modify Status ALV in program HIECILC0' , where as in the Note instructions screen shot it is given as 'Maintain Status ALV in program HIECILC0'.
Have anyone faced this issue before, why is it 'Modify Status ALV in program HIECILC0' instead of 'Maintain Status ALV in program HIECILC0'.
I am not able follow the same steps given in the Note instruction because of this issue.
Please let me know how to proceed with this.

Upload / download gui-status/dynpro when function group

I'm coding a program where I can download and upload reports and module pools but I tried to do the same with function groups and I found It is different to upload dynpro and gui staus when the objet to generate is a function group.
Could anyone help me a little in order to complete and finish this issue?
Below is shown the routines I coding in order to achive that:

i hav req. to do..when i click on exit(%EX) and cancel(RW)it should appear pop-up window..with two buttons "do u want to exit". if yes..should exit the report and if no..continue with current screen.

Use standard GUI status in customer GUI status without extra programming

Hi,everyone.
I have a problem in my development.
now, I'm developing my own dialog program. And I need use my own GUI status.
there are some buttons on application tool bar.when I click some buttons on the
application tool bar,the program will do something according to the function code.
But now, I also need the standard tool bar in the screen too.yeah,I know I can input function code
to the buttons of the standard tool bar and the buttons of standard tool bar will be bright and can
be clicked. But when I click the button on the standard tool bar like 'back', the program will not
return to the previous screen .
so, what I want to know is how can I make the buttons bright and achieve the functionality provided
by the standard tool bar without extra programming.

you can use Tcode SE41 ( MENU PAINTER ) to copy the status of a standard program.
to go back to the screen from where you come from like the standard BACK button.
in PAI

Problem in copying GUI status

Hi Experts,
I have created a report using ALV object model in EN language.
For this report i have copied standard GUI status to ZGUI status in language EN.
Now when i execute this report in German login. All the texts in ZGUI are displayed in ENGLISH. Where as if i check standard GUI status, it is displayed in login language.
Please tell why standard texts in ZGUI status are not displayed in logon language or is there any special way to copy GUI status so that they are copied as language dependent.

Just for the record, as i have been digging about this same thing, without finding a clear answer anywhere.
As translation texts are not copied copying only the status, as hinted somewhere else, you can copy the whole function group into a Z (without the methods).
Then in the new Zfunction group you can create copies of the standard status adding your customer needs (new menus/buttons), and translating just the new items (for use in external programs).
Then when creating your alv reports instead of using status from its own program, use the status from this Zfunction group.
(Using "CL_SALV_MODEL_BASE->SET_SCREEN_STATUS" you can use status from other programs).
