My id password is coming up as my second phones id and I can see how to change the two .ones id

you can go into setings scroll down and then tap app store...then tap your account and a blue screen will pop up click sign out..........then the white screen will say sign in.....tap it then tap use existing apple id on the pop up blue screen sign in and get going........to update you r apps and keep the other apple id
th apps you downloaded are linked with your older apple id so if you want to update you have to enter the other apple ids password or delete the apps and download them again with the new apple id........so when the updates will come you will be asked to enter the new apple ids password........you can ask me more if this doesnt help

Try going to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Pay no attention to iinami, the amount of replies to people saying their handsets must have been jailbroken everytime iTunes throws out an error is tremendous. (Clearly you don't need to have any real knowledge to get to level 3 on these forums, let's hope apple's geniuses know a lot more than some of their customers.)

Try updating to iTunes 10.4.1 -> http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
If that doesn't work, try resetting Winsock. It looks like that worked for quite a few people in this thread -> With iTunes 10.4 I can access iTunes store.
