Right click the Back / Forward buttons to get a list of sites visited.
You can also install this add-on: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/backforward-dropmarker/

Enabling back/forward mouse buttons in Dolphin

I am new to Arch and am not completely sure yet on how to go about providing a solution that I found. I've searched the Wiki and the Forums for this issue and wasn't able to find a solution through any Arch site. I was, however, able to find a solution posted on the KDE forums and would like to share it with anyone who is suffering the same issue.

First, you must install xautomation which can be downloaded at http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=7312 and xbindkeys, which can be installed using Pacman.
Next, create a text file named .xbindkeysrc and save it to your home directory. The content of the file should be:

Now just reboot your computer and you should have back/forward mouse button functionality in Dolphin.

I know this thread is really old but I got the mouse buttons working using this solution (I have a 9 button mouse):
Firs make sure you have xmodmap installed on your system:
# pacman -S xorg-xmodmap
Then create the following shell script: ~/.kde4/Autostart/xmodmap.sh
#!/bin/bash
xbindkeys -e "pointer = 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9"
then make the script executable
$ chmod +x ~/.kde4/Autostart/xmodmap.sh
Restart KDE and hopefully the forward and backward mouse buttons should be working.

The unit has full WiFi access with no problems, I can access ITunes on my laptop via home sharing no problem.

Reading through the threads my take is
There seems to be something awry with wifi chipset. Typical symptoms are initially being able to connect to connect to a Wifi network then the connection is dropped. Then you see just the 'computers' and 'settings' icons on screen
Power off, reset and factory restore doesnt seem to solve it
Occasionally its nearby antenna cables etc causing interference
One report with convincing evidence it was the HDMI cable, swapping to anotehr cable fixed the problem
Plugging in ethernet works, this is purely a wifi issue
Sometimes plugging in ethernet temporararily wakes up the wifi

I can't see a video when I open email on AOL 9.7, but when I open it through IE I can see it,,, why?

When I open an email through AOL9.7 that has an Adobe Flash Player video in it, all I See is a black box,,,when I open the same email through Internet Explorer (when I open AOL through IE) I can see the video. I do have the latest version of Flash Player,,, what is the problem????

Let me preface this by saying I'm a former AOL help desk agent; that means I helped their support people for two years before I left. There's no need for anyone who ISN'T using a dial up connection (through AOL) to have AOL software installed on their system - it takes nearly a gig of hard drive space when you include all the extra junk it installs with their updates, it uses a "two versions old (IE 8)" scaled down version of Internet Explorer for it's browser engine, and there's NOTHING the software does that can't be accessed at aol.com - INCLUDING AOL mail.
Because it uses a "two versions old" IE, and a scaled down build at that, the odds are that the plugin you have for IE doesn't work with the AOL browser because Microsoft won't let them have the full code for it. Additionally, AOL mail is HTML mail and won't display external content unless you specifically go in and "tweak the settings" so it will. I have to explain this a few times a month to "newbie" web designers who want to use all kinds of "fancy-shmancy" styles and HTML stuff in their bulk emails. Most people won't and can't see it, so it's a waste of time to put it in there. I haven't touched AOL software or used their email since I left their employ in 2003, so I have no recolection at all of how to enable external Flash vcontent in their mail. I'd suggest contacting AOL support, but from what I know, it's far worse than when I worked there a decade ago, and it was abominable then.

What happened to the color of the Back/Forward/Refresh buttons?

With FF4 I noticed that you ripped us off on the color of the Back/Forward/Refresh buttons. Right now I am trying very hard not to call you a bunch of baboons. I don't see well and, to me, color is more important than discretion. Can I get the color back? Or better yet, can I import my own button icons? Please fix this.--ckd

The arrow to open the tab history of the Back and Forward buttons has been removed in Firefox 4 and later.
Use one of these methods to open the tab history list:
* Right click on the Back or Forward button
* Hold down the left mouse button on the enabled Back or Forward button until the list opens

How can I add Internet browser back/forward buttons to the main toolbar?

The developper of the software I'm testing manages to open
web-pages in a window within our software. We find this a great
feature, although it has one downside: no back/forward buttons the
users have gotten used to thru standard Internet browsers.
Is there any way to add these classic Internet browsing
buttons to the main toolbar of a WebHelp output? I've noticed them
on some other outputs (HTML-help if I'm not mistaken).
I've noticed some similar topics in this forum, but the seem
to discuss the browsing sequence buttons, which we find less
usefull.

I would have one event listener that is aware of a boolean variable that has scope outside of the event listener, isBold for instance?
When you click on the button, have the event listener toggle the boolean variable and then if true, set the text to bold, if false set the text to plain.

My Firefox doesn't open to the set homepages, and My back/forward/refresh buttons are constantly greyed out.

When I open Firefox it shows a blank page. When I press the home button, the tabs I have set as home pages appear as normal. The back, forward, refresh and stop buttons are all permanently grayed out and unresponsive.
I have updated Firefox, uninstalled it, re installed it and still it doesn't work.

It's possible that you are having a problem with some Firefox add-on that is hindering your Firefox's normal behavior. Have you tried disabling all add-ons (just to check), to see if Firefox goes back to normal?
Whenever you have a problem with Firefox, whatever it is, you should make sure it's not caused by one (or more than one) of your installed add-ons, be it an extension, a theme or a plugin. To do that easily and cleanly, run Firefox in [http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode safe mode] (don't forget to select ''Disable all add-ons'' when you start safe mode). If the problem disappears, you know it's from an add-on. Disable them all in normal mode, and enable them one at a time until you find the source of the problem. If the problem is not disappears when all add-ons are disabled, you can go into ''Tools > Options > General > When Firefox starts:Show my homepage''. As for the interface being unresponsive, hopefully that's some problem with an add-on. But you may want to try going into ''View > Toolbars > Customize... > Restore Default Set'' to restore the interface to its default configuration.

Once I push Back up now button I can see the content is backing up on iCloud but even after 10 hours of exercise the content on iPad are not backed up

To back up my content on iPad, I go to cloud notification and then backup & storage> backup now.
After connected to Wi-Fi network and power plugged I give backup now command and iPad content seems to me getting backed up but even after 10 hours of exercise I fail to get content backed up on iCloud
Why so? Am I missing some step to initiate backup now process?

I found the answer in another discussion group, so I have just erased everything through settings on my new iphone and in Backups on itunes, I have clicked on restore back up. So it appears to be working.

There are places on practically every street corner that will change the case plastic to whatever color you want for fifty bucks with parts they bought for $1.25. If they ruin your phone though, they may give you your fifty bucks back, but you'll have to buy a new iPhone. If they don't ruin it you may have problems with the proximity sensor. TS4268 I have done all the activation steps for Face Time on Iphone 5C and it still wont go through. I can see the person calling anf then it says call did not connect.

My Facetime in settings is turned on and accurately displayed, Wifi is turned on, etc. I see call coming in but it wont connect.

What iOS version is on your phone? If not iOS 7.1.1, update your phone. This is a known issue, & the only fix is to update your iOS. Also applies to all you are trying to FaceTime with.

How do I move the Home button between Back Forward and address bar?

The way I have my firefox set up for years is to put the buttons like this:

Now in FF29 I'm trying to move the Home button between the BackForward buttons and the address bar and it won't let me.

Whoever told you that was incorrect, as far as I am concerned. Firefox still is more customizable that the "competition", but not as much as previous versions were.
The Home button can be moved, but the Back / Forward combo button is attached to the Address Bar - they can't be separated.
The combo Stop / Reload button is locked in the Address Bar.<br />
The old "Activity Indicator" is gone. Deemed unnecessary with the loading animation on the left corner of each tab, where the Favicon appears once the page is fully loaded.

Many users are installing the Classic Theme Restorer extension. <br />

As users start installing other extensions I think they are going to run into compatibility issues where the new extension "expects" the user to be using what Firefox came with - not the "retro" features.
