Where's that "Auto-Manage' Environment view setting?

I can't find it in the manual or the program, but I know it's there somewhere...
Where the heck's that little checkbox to make the Arrange page automatically manage new strips in the environment?
You'd think it'd be trackmixer/options... Nope. Trackmixer/view - nope. Environment window/view Nope. Environment window/options - nope. Preferences/display - nope.
Ya ever notice how many redundant menus this behemoth has? Hadn't bugged me much, till now.

Fab - thanks. Musta looked right past it in my hurry -- never expected it to be under 'audio' settings. But I guess it kinda sorta makes sense. Maybe.
You'd really think this would be in at least one of the mixer or environment "view" or "options" menus. Since it mostly deals with viewing options in the mixer. But hey - that's too Logical, innit!

Where is the file that contains the folder view setting?

I know this questions been asked before but I can't find it and cant remember the answer. There is directory file that holds all the file and folder setting and if a persons deletes it, essentially all the files and folder view setting revert back to default view, which is a white back ground and icon view. I believe that that info is stored in the .DS_Store file in the relevant folder. Since it's invisible, you can either use one of the tricks to make the Mac show invisible files (Google will help you there), or you can use the Terminal. To delete it, in the Terminal, type "cd" (minus the quotes), then a space, then drop the folder in question on the Terminal window and hit return. Then type "rm .DS_Store".

We have installed HCM and CRM modules on Fusion Application 11.1.7 version.
This is 2 node architecture ie IDM components installed in one node and Fusion components installed in another node.
We are able to start the IDM components and Fusion components successfully, but when users are trying to access any task from Fusion application home page, they are getting the below error

This may be related to the other issue regarding "FUSION_APPS_WSM_APPID-KEY" as the logs contains exceptions like:

Please refer to document Fusion Application Service Account Password Expiration Causes Portlet Producer Errors (1486388.1) for steps on how to verify and set the password. There is also exception:
javax.security.auth.login.FailedLoginException: [Security:090302]Authentication Failed: User FUSION_APPS_PROV_PATCH_APPID denied

There is a certain website I use that I refresh frequently. Every time I do I get a pop up message labeled ‘Confirm’ with a question mark in it that says;
“To display this page, Firefox must send information that will repeat any action (such as a search or order confirmation) that was performed earlier."
It only seems to be a problem with this one particular site. Are there any settings in the options (or anywhere else) that I can use to set up an auto confirm and resend without having to manually click the ‘resend’ button in the pop up window?

I am accustomed to seeing this type of pop up on occasion and understand why they are necessary to prevent duplicating orders, payments, etc. I am not using a back button, I wanted to use an auto-refresh app to search for reservation openings on a certain web site and can not because this pop up requires me to manually push a button every time the page refreshes. I am resending the same information every time (a date range) via the POST form, so, was hoping there was a way to either disable, override, or set up and auto response so I can use the auto-refresh app. Your description of how to avoid the pop up didn't entirely make sense to me, but If I have to do a bunch of manual steps in between each refresh attempt it doesn't matter because I'm no better off.

I updated ios on my MacBook Air to Yosemite, since then I had to update also iPhoto, as it was not compatible with Yosemite. When trying to update it I received this alert "These apps cannot be accepted by your Apple ID. These have already been assigned to another Apple ID." And the solution wud be to sign in using my initial Apple ID, but Im not aware of having one or changing it. I have many Mac devices so I at one point sing in to my Air with another ID not even noticing it and have it since the moment I found out the alert. Can anyone help me with this, please? And also, where are my pictures stored in my Air? Is there some folder, cuz Im used to Windows and Mac is totally new and not really clear to me for now. I need to download pictures from my iPhone and iPhoto seems to be the only way??

Try to remember any AppleID you ever may have used.
In the AppStore Application go to the "Store" menu.
It will show you the AppleiD You are currently using (in the last menu entry "View my account ....".
Use the "Sign out" command and sign in with any AppleID you ever used, ten check the "Purchases" tab of the App Store, if that will show the bundled apps.
And also, where are my pictures stored in my Air?
If you have used iPhoto to download your pictures, the photos will be stored in the iPhoto Library, a package, that is stored in the folder "Pictures" in your Home folder.

Only One domain controller, Remote Registry service keeps DISABLING itself. Where in the registry could this be set?

This is killing my remote management. I have 4 server 2012R2 domain controllers. Only one of them is being affected with this problem. Almost everytime I check, the remote registry service is disabled again. It seems like there is a corrupt
group policy preference that keeps on attacking during a policy refresh, but I can't imagine setting a group policy to disable this service. It is needed for our remote management. Also the IP Tunnel service is also disabling. Another strange
artifact is that when I set a Windows Firewall policy to add an exception for remote administration in a group policy to my Admin workstation, it seemed to set a firewall rule in other computers to block remote administration. I can not figure out where
else this strange Windows Firewall rule Blocking remote administration could have come from. These may be related or they may not, but they are occuring on the same domain controller. I am able to set the RemoteRegistry service to enabled and to
start it (which I have done too many times now), but it constantly is being changed back to disabled. I am searching the registry to find any invalid entries or artifacts that may be affecting these two annoying effects, but I cannot find anything yet.
Any ideas? I need to know what policies will disable the remoteregistry service OR the IPTunelling service, or where in the registry this could be set to enact this during a policy refresh. Of course, any other ideas are welcome, I have spent
several days troubleshooting this, and need to conquer this by tomorrow if possible, thank you. James

services.msc in RUN to open Services panel, navigate to the Remote Registry service. Then open its Properties and set
Startup type: Automatic. Then please check if this issue still exist.
In addition, please refer to mlippold’s suggestion (the last reply) in following thread and configure relevant
value in RemoteRegistry registry key, then check if can help you to solve this issue.
For registry items, please back up all registry items before all operations. That will help us to avoid some unexpected issue.

Auto-managed UDFs

I searched for info on this in the forum history but had no luck.
Im having difficulty using a UDF. It is a form that we manually fill using data from either of two different sources: another form or a UDT in the database.
When we fill it from the other form, it should end up in the add mode to enable saving the data to the table or cancelling the form without saving. The 1 button should say Add and save the data to the database when clicked. The 2 button should say Cancel and cancel the form when clicked.
When we fill it from the UDT in the database, it should end up in the OK mode because there is no need to saving anything. The purpose here is to allow the user to only view data.
I set forms auto-managed property to True in the Screen Painter. Is this how a UDF is supposed to work when auto-managed?

Have you tried creating a UDO of your UDT and then setting the forms "Type" property = "YourUDOName".
With the form set to automanaged you will get the default B1 form behaviour when the user presses "Ctrl - A", "Ctrl - F" as well as automatically add/edit data without any DI work.

Portlet to display all users that have manager defined as currently displayed user profile

I need to create a portlet such that when a user finds a user's profile they see all of the users defined with manager set to the value of the profile user's employeeNumber.
Example:
(Think a directory of employees)
John searches and finds user named Jack. He sees Jack's name, phone number, address, etc in the General Information section. Then he also sees a section (Portlet) that lists all of Jack's direct reports. John clicks on one of Jack's direct reports (Sam), to find this person's phone number.
The Direct Reports portlet would be a search portlet that finds all of the users that have a mangerID property set to the value of Jack's employeeNumber property and displays them sorted by LastName.
I need some direction on where to start for this.
It seems like I need to use the Plumtree Server API in order to search for all of the user objects and sort them on a particular property, .e.g IPTObjectManager.Query Method (Int32, Int32, Int32, Int32, Int32, Object[][])
A crawler seems out because, I guess that would require creating a folder for every user in the system? If I create a single folder I would need a binary tree structure to the folder. (Has anybody done this?)
I am concerned about the performance related to performing this search each time a user examines a user's profile.
Can somebody direct me to an example of a search "Portlet"? All of the examples I see are of searching external information like Google, or use PRC (do not see how that would be implemented in a portlet), or use EDK (external and does not seem to be able to do this).

You don't need one workflow per user when a filtered view can do this for you. If the manager's list is the parent calendar, I'm assuming that he'll be at least using the person look-up column.
Whether this feeds through the MyCalendar or stays where it is, you can use the [Me] parameter within the filter on a new view. This will then return the assigned holiday filtering against the account that is logged in.

Unable to access information spaces and Exploration View Sets

I have run into a problem.   we had a Business intelligence server setup as a proof of concept for analyzing data. This was done by a 3rd party company and we no longer can use them as a resource.
Originally we were unable to view the information spaces and exploration views, unless the user is part of the administrators group.   I have been attempting to have a view only group created that would allow access.
now i am getting the following error when trying to open an explorer view set (The view sets show in a list).
Failed to open the exploration view set
Can't load the information space. (PS 50300)
Failed to retrieve the exploration space 'cb06755b-7fab-4a21-b1ba-a41389bd5f59'.
This happens with all accounts.   Administrators group, built in administrator account and the everybody group.
We are using AD Authentication only on this server.
does anyone know what might have happened to remove access to the information spaces?

This is my first go at this so be kind,
My question concerns launchpad. Coming from Snow Leopard I had been using spaces. I like to keep certain bundles of programs on separate desktops, for example all word processing related tasks in one place. I have set up the equivalent on Yosemite.
My problem is concerns the loss of exposé. Now I know when you swipe into launch pad you get a very similar effect but the issue I am having concerns the "zoom out" effect when you swipe into launchpad. With exposé all open apps/pages etc would be fully exposed - in my case several (sometimes as many as 9 word documents). What I am running into is when I do this in / into launch pad the "pile" of docs is exposed but they are still overlapping so I can't get a good look at which is which and visually identify where I want to navigate to.
My question is this; Is there a way to adjust the settings on launchpad so that when I swipe into it all the open apps/pages are fully separated (like in exposé) so that I can fully view all of them simultaneously? If so, instructions on how to do so would be greatly appreciated. Any alternative suggestions to doing this outside of launchpad are also welcome. If there is an exposé app for example, I would be quite willing to go that route.
My main concern is being able to quickly (ie a touchpad gesture) expand all the open pages so I can bounce between them.

Thanks for taking the time. Unfortunately no that does not solve it. Same as swipe it will get me there and it will show separate programs spaced out. The issue I am having is that all my open word files are bunched up in a pile on top of each other. I can see the edges of each one but I want them to be separated from each other enough that I can visually identify what file is what.
