Where to get JSP?

I'm trying to install Tomcat and JSP for my own use. Where do I get the JSP stuff from Sun? There are a lot of packages and none is clearly marked as the JSP one. Do I need more than one?
I tried J2EESDK-1-4-3-windows.exe but Tomcat couldn't find the JRE file. Where does the JRE get put, and what is it called?

JSP is nothing but HTML with some Java code embedded(java also not necessary.
You can write pure HTML and save it as JSP.

Where to get 1.4.2._04 JVM?

Sun had a maintainence release 1.4.2._04 on March 10, 2004. However, the official download site for 1.4 J2SE (http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/download.html) still points to the previous version 1.4.2_03.
What's more confusing is that, when I did a google search on 1.4.2_04 SDK download, google has a "cached" page which DOES point to 1.4.2_04 (the google cache timestamp is March 22). It seems that Sun has published 1.4.2_04 download at one time, but later reverted back to 1.4.2_03.
Does anybody know where to get official 1.4.2_04 J2SE SDK, or when it will be available for public download? Is it stable?
Also, I downloaded 1.4.2_04 SDK following Google's cached page:

Where to get the SSO ticket for a JCO-Connection from?

Hey All,
The szenario is, I've got a Java application and I want to connect to a SAP System. For this I want to use SSO. In the documentation of JCO I found this phrase:
For SSO specify the user to be $MYSAPSSO2$ and pass the base64 encoded ticket as as the passwd parameter.
Well... Now my question... Where to get this base64 ticket from? The problem is, I'm NOT using WebDynpro, it's a custom application running on client side. Now how to get the needed information? (PSE?)

We have a J2EE app, using Struts + Tiles (build 1.1-b3), running on Win2KPro, Ora9ias v9.0.3. The application is roles-based, and different users see different versions of the same page based on their role authorizations. Occasionally, when multiple users in different roles are requesting the same page, the app returns the following exception:

I would just explain that this just started happening, that nothing has changed on the phone, that it is an original iPhone and I wondered if they are implementing a change in coverage with their Edge network in my area.
If you restore your phone, you will be given an option to back up your phone at the beginning of the process (see step 6 here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414). I need to configure MDN receiving and as I go through Seeburger documentation, in the last chapter there is a scenario description, however, I don't know where to get xsd or dtd for creating interface for MDN messages. Any ideas?

Hi,
The purpose of the MDN is to acknowledge the receipt of a payload message. An MDN contains machine-readable information on the delivery state of the payload message. E.g., it contains the message digest (MIC) of the payload message as calculated by the recipient. An MDN is optionally signed then the recipient can authenticate the sender of the MDN and check its integrity. A validly signed MDN combined with a valid MIC, reported by the MDN, can be used by the payload message sender to claim non-repudiation of receipt (NRR) of the payload Message.
If the MDNs are processed in the XI system, this flag must be set to Refer to XI System. The adapter will then create an acknowledgment report message containing some information on the acknowledged document.Important: In case Refer to XI System is selected, a <b>sender channel with message protocol Reports and a sender agreement for the generated acknowledgment report messages</b> (refer to the paragraph Sender Message Channel (Inbound Processing)) have to be configured. In case of asynchronous MDN mode, an Report channel and Sender agreement always have to be configured also when Refer to XI system is disabled!

8i: where to get on-line docs?

Does anyone know where to get the on-line docs that usually come
as part of an Oracle Server install? They don't appear to come
with Linux download or CD.
I found the extensive PDF docs in the Technet documentation
section. They are nice BUT Netscape/Acrobat appears to have some
problems browsing large PDF files AND I have gotten very use to
using the HTML based docs that came with my Oracle 7.3.4. I'm
hoping the equivalent docs are available (or will be available)
for 8i on Linux.
Alternatively, if Oracle could produce the PDF's with the
deliver "page-at-a-time" features enabled the PDF's would be
easier to use.
