Which Function is executed ALV WD

Hi All,
I need help urgently depending on some Issues about ALV WD.
I have in my ALV the Standard Functions like Append Row and Delete Row.
How can I retrieve,which one of the both Functions is executed?
I want to retrieve it and handle it in ON_DATA_CHECK.

Hi Beserithan,
To activate the ON Data Check Event of ALV u have to intialise like this
l_ref_interfacecontroller = wd_this->wd_cpifc_alvname( ).
lv_refe = l_ref_interfacecontroller->get_model(
Data: lr_table_settings TYPE REF TO if_salv_wd_table_settings.
lr_table_settings ?= lv_refe .
lr_table_settings->set_data_check( '01' ).
after declaring this , on the corresponding view create a method with name of ur choice and event as on data check. now u can check the event triggered using the parameter r_param .

HI experts
I am new in ABAP and program I would like to execute posting change (WM) but I don't know which function or BAPI to call.
I was debugging transaction LQ02 and there is called BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE. But before calling this BAPI it should by (imported/exported) parameter of Storage unit number to some function or BAPI, but I dont know which one it should be.
Can anybody give my some suggestion about it?

What you want to do with Posting change notice? if you want to chareate Transfer order with reference to posting change notice then use FM - L_TO_CREATE_POSTING_CHANGE.

Supress Background Print parameters when user executes ALV report by F9

How can we Supress Background Print parameters pop-up, when user executes ALV report by F9
or by navigation from selection screen -i.e; Program ->>Execute in Background.

i need to supress the POP-UP which asks for background Print Parameters in the ALV report. when i press F9 in a selection - screen of a Tcode
as we supress Pop-up for a smartform or script by passing the Print Parameters
This 'RS_SET_SELSCREEN_STATUS' excludes the commands(say F9 function code) in report
I think we need to set the Print paramters in the Program

Short Dump while executing ALV Grid.

Custom Function on OO ALV Grid

I am trying to implement ALV_GRID_XT to enhance the ALV Grid toolbar by adding couple of custom funcitons.As per the SAP documentation I have created 2 methods ON_TOOLBAR - one for adding items on toolbar and the other ON_USER_COMMAND - for processing if the user clicks on the custom function.
I am unable to relate the ALV Grid instance onto the method ON_USER_COMMAND . One of the funciton is to calculate the average of column which represents percentage excluding cells with zero values. Once the user selects column(s) and clicks on the Percent button on the ALV grid my piece of code should trigger ON_USER_COMMAND and then display the average percentage on the Totals row.
Method ON_USER_COMMAND has only one parameter E_UCOMM which i am able to get in the method but I am not able to get the instance of the ALV grid so that I can play around with the data in the Grid.
I could have used a local class and then enhanced the ALV toolbar but this requirement is needed for about 20 reports and hence thought of implementing it globally.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

I'm using also a Z-class using functionality from the ALV Grid
in the application program

You need to add the buttons to the toolbar with your ON TOOLBAR method

Pipelined Function with execute immediate

Hello Experts,
I have created a Pipe lined function with execute immediate, due to below requirement;
1) Columns in where clause is passed dynamically.
2) I want to know the data stored into above dynamic columns.
3) I want to use it in report, so I don't want to insert it into a table.
I have created a TYPE, then through execute immediate i have got the query and result of that query will be stored in TYPE.
But when calling the function i am getting

I'm not quite sure what the point of your "connect by" is in your query as we don't have your tables or data or know for sure what the expected output is.

Hello,
Local PO creation occurs in BBP_PD_PO_CREATE. However, this process occurs in background and if you set an external breakpoint while ordering the cart, it won't stop.
You can create a cart in held status, take its header GUID, set a BP at BBP_PD_PO_CREATE and execute BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER to transfer the cart, providing the header cart GUID.

One of the user told us that they are facing problem while developing membership online fee payment, when theay are trying to access member table in oracle server. It works fine for single or fewer records,but when we try to fetch all records for the purpose of membership/date of birth site it generates some oracle error:

My suggestion is you look up the error message in the online docs, and add the tempfile to the temporary tablespace as indicated.

The exe file works fine on the systems with full LabVIEW installed, but not on the ones having only run-time libraries. Dependency walker doesn't help to much.
Does anyone know what caused the issue? BTW, the VI needs 3rd-party dlls.

Thanks for the reply. Actually I have found the problem.
In my VI, I have Control Design and Simulation Loop, in which I have a VI that call functions from a DLL that I put in LabVIEW resource folder. After building the EXE file from this VI, the DLL file is copied to the data folder.
But the problem is that when I run the EXE file, I have to make sure the DLL exists not only in the data folder, but also in the LabVIEW resource folder (E:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2013\resource), meaning when I run the EXE file on another machine with only run-time library installed, I have to manually create the whole path, and copy my DLL in.
I checked the EXE file and found the following folders, copied DLL to everyone of them, not working either...
National Instruments\Shared\LabVIEW Run-Time
c:\Program Files\National Instruments\Shared\LabVIEW Run-Time
%ProgramFiles%\National Instruments\Shared\LabVIEW Run-Time
SOFTWARE\National Instruments\LabVIEW
BTW I am using LabVIEW 2013 patch 2.

Default ATP check for sales organization - which function?

Hi all.
If you for a particular sales organization make the settings in customizing, that all ATP checks should default be "Delivery proposal" for example, which function module is then checking this in sales order creation? I would like to do some debugging, but I cannot find any ABAP program/function module where this is being checked?

Which functions and features in Numbers are NOT exported correctly to Excel?

I wish to know EXACTLY which functions I use in a Numbers sheet WILL FAIL to export correctly to an Excel or Neoffice spreadsheet.
For instance, I created a Numbers spreadsheet using prolific use of the IFERROR function. However, when I EXPORT to XLS, all the cells that used the IFERROR function were replaced by the literal value of the cell. My IFERROR formulae were not EXPORTED as I had expected.
I note that some formulae were converted correctly in my EXPORTED spreadsheet: eg MAX, MIN, AVERAGE.
I understand that IFERROR was a function introduced recently to Excel, ie in the 2007 version. Consequently, I suspect that Numbers exports to a pre-2007 version of Excel. If so, which version?
I have found this list that shows which functions are compatable amongst various versions of Excel:

Some examples of my use of ISERROR in Numbers are as follows:
=IFERROR(RANK(C47,$C47:$J47,1),"")
=IFERROR(MEDIAN(C51:C58),"")
=IFERROR($C32-C88+1,"")
I use the above function to carry out the calculation ONLY IF a cell is non-blank and contains a number.
More questions
What are the rules that Numbers uses to convert to Excel?
Is Numbers converting to the 2003 version of Excel? ... or an earlier version? ... which version?
Why desn't Numbers advise me there were conversion errors or simplifications made?
eg: "Cell A33 Function IFERROR was exported to the cell value for Excel"
Is there a preference that I can select which version of Excel that Numbers will export to?
In the meantime, I must abandon Numbers and use NeoOffice!

However, a caution for young players....
Certainly, the ISERROR function exports to .xls. However, it behaves differently in NeoOffice.
Items 1 and 2 function identically in the case of say, ranking a row in which some cells are blanks.
Item 3, when translated using ISERROR to =IF(ISERROR(C32-C88+1),"", C32-C88+1), results in "" (ie error is raised) in Numbers but yields figure 0 in NeoOffice when there is a blank in either of the cells.
I recall from programming school in the mid-1970s that using GOTO statements and On Error branch statements were not admissible as routine programming steps. In fact, we received an automatic fail grade if we used a GOTO or GOTO like construction. So, I have found a more programmatically elegant way to solve my problem: eg:
=IF(C88="","",C32-C88+1)
Curiously, earlier I found/suspect this does not work equivalently in Numbers and NeoOffice:
=IF(ISBLANK(C88),"",C32-C88+1)
When you try using ISBLANK you always get an intuitively unexpected result because ISBLANK ONLY gives TRUE when there is absolutely nothing in a cell. A Formula reference in the cell, even if the function result yields "", gives FALSE... because, according to the definition of ISBLANK the cell contains a formula.
As I tell my students, ALWAYS lookup the HELP on any function you use. ALWAYS test the function to see how it performs!.... and lesson 3: Always test your spreadsheet on different systems.... then hope!

Which function module to delete job log?

Hi, I submit report via jobname and jobcount. After I close job and run it, we can see jobname is still in job log by SMX. But client doesn't want to see it, so who can kindly tell me which function module can delete jobname from job log?

try CALL FUNCTION 'BP_JOB_DELETE'
If you have used JOB_OPEN before the SUBMIT to create the job, you can automatically delete the job upon successful completion by setting the parameter DELANFREP = 'X' in the JOB_OPEN function call.. this way the user will only see the logas for cancelled/aborted jobs..

How to identify Which function modules are used in the planning area?

there are couple of function module derviation is used to derive the calendar year, month, fiscal period etc.
But how to identify which function module is used in which planning area?
I cant find out from the where used list from function modules?

Hi Pooja,
Go to characteristic relationship tab,click on detail icon on extreme left of the derivation,there you will get the name and the details of function module used for derivation.
