Which versions of WebAS support JAAS?

Which version of WebAS support JAAS (Java Authentication and Authorization Service)?
I've found a number of documents that say it's WebAS 6.40. But, others imply it's as early as 6.20. Any definitive answers?

Depends on the version. JAAS was available at 6.20 too, as it was always part of J2EE (or at least J2EE 1.2, whicvh is supported be WebAS 6.20)

They are called "generics", not "bindings". In any case, you need Java 1.5 (also known as Java 5.0).Can generics be used anywhere, or only with collections.
for eg:-
public class Abc {

doSomething;
while creating Abc instance can I use this:-
Abc<String> abc = new Abc("abc");
and could we also do this:-
Abc<String[]> abc = new Abc(new String[5]);
and what exception does generics generate, if we don't obey them.
for eg:-
Abc<String> abc = null;
abc=new Abc(new Xyz);
and should generics code be kept in try catch block!!!

I was wondering which versions of Acrobat supports Flash files (or Flash content) that might be found embedded within PDF files?
Specifically, does version 6, 7 or 8 have this capability?

The wikipedia entry for Adobe Acrobat says this regarding Acrobat reader version 9:
"Insert FLV (Flash) or H.264 video for direct playback in Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Reader."
The way I read that, it says that the ability to handle pdf files with embedded flash content was introduced with Acrobat reader version 9, and did not exist in earlier versions of Acrobat reader.
So are you sure that older Acrobat reader versions (specifically, version 6) is capable of correctly handling flash content embedded within a pdf file?

When trying to access the URL after startup or waking the computer, I get the following message

The I will get a message that my version of Firefox will not work with google mail.

You can check the OCSP settings.
*Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > Encryption: Certificates > Validation:
*[X] "Use the Online Certificate Status Protocol (OCSP) to confirm the current validity of certificates"
*[X] "Validate a certificate if it specifies an OCSP server"

OC4J v9.0.3 support JDK 1.4. By default OC4J standalone come with JDK 1.3.1.
Below are instructions to enable JDK 1.4 support in OC4J v9.0.3 standalone.
- Download JDK 1.4 from http://java.sun.com/
- Rename existing [OC4J_HOME]/jdk to [OC4J_HOME]//jdk131
[OC4J_HOME] - is the directory where oc4j_extended.zip was extracted
mv jdk jdk131
- copy JDK 1.4 with all the sub-directories into [OC4J_HOME]
cp -r <a jdk1.4> OR install JDK 1.4 into [OC4J_HOME]/jdk
Note: remember to name the directory jdk under [OC4J_HOME]
- The file jdk/jre/lib/security/java.security needs to be edited to include the following:
# Oracle specific definitions
auth.policy.provider=oracle.security.jazn.spi.PolicyProvider
login.configuration.provider=oracle.security.jazn.spi.LoginConfigProvider
The above steps will enable you to use OC4J under JDK 1.4.0

Have you moved or renamed your Aperture 3 version? If it is not installed in the "Applications" folder or not named simply "Aperture", then Software Update will not recognize it.
Put Aperture back and "Software Update" should find your version.
