What are the different 'system generated errors' and 'customer generated errors' we get in the production side?
Pls help me I am attending to the interview.Give me the errors and how to solve.

thr is nohing like customer generated erros. yes, u can think it as any logical error or data error that cause system error.
system generated errors are like short dumps, tRFC error, locking issues, HACR issues, failing of ODS activation, deleting index, droping index issues, etc. there is even more long list to this.
u have to analyse error and then solve it.

How to suppress system generated error message in message box

HI OAF Guys
combination of headerId and role id constitutes the primary key in my applicaiton. I am setting header id in create method of the EO.java file. when i click on add another row, it creates a table row and displays with the list of values in drop down list. when i selected the role that is selected already, and click on save the OA framework showing the error like this.

I tried to suppress this error by handling at EO.java file in setRole() by throwing OAAttrValException with message. but I could not suppress the previous error message. Now it is displaying the user message along with the first one.
i want suppress the previous error message. How can i achive that.

System generator vivado2014.4-- Cordic 6.0 sincos Error

Hello,
I am using Matalb 2013a and system generator set to Vivado 2014.4.
When i use Cordic core 6.0 in sysgen it works only for default settings (Ex: Input width=16) ands when i change this to 15, it gives me following error. Please help me in resolving this.
(Note: THis worked for me when i used vivado 2013.4, after upgrading it to 2014.4 i am facing this problem)

How do I add validation to a system-generated Selection Screen?

As HR ABAPers know, using the Logical Database approach (I'm using PNPCE) gives you a system-generated Selection Screen. Part of the specs I have for this report involves making sure that the begin and end dates for the period selected are for a two-week period. If not, I should display an error message until the user enters a period such that the period (pn-begda and pn-endda) reflect a two-week period.
The code for the validation is easy enough, and I put it in the AT SELECTION-SCREEN event. But here's the problem -- the code fires every time the user clicks the "Reporting Period" drop-down box, never giving the user a chance to specify a two-week period. It fires because pn-begda and pn-endda are still all zeroes. Even if I select "Other Period" from the drop-down list, the text boxes to allow me to specify the begin and end dates don't appear.
I've been working on this for quite a while, trying all kinds of things, but I'm spinning my wheels now. I just want that check to happen when the user clicks the Execute button on the Selection Screen, not when he/she is still trying to enter criteria. I'm thinking screen field validation for a system-generated Selection Screen has to be a pretty common thing, and there must be a good solution out there.
Any ideas?

Rob, I thought about that. I even proposed to the users that I could default in a two-week range beginning with today, exactly as you suggested, but they didn't want that. They felt that this report would more often than not be run to reflect data from two-week periods not necessarily starting today. Still thought it was a good idea, but that's their call. _

System generated index property not generated in database

Hi,
I created an offline table by copying it from an (first) online database to my project. The table contains a unique key constraint, which references a system generated index. Now I used this offline table to generate a table in another (second) online database. This all works well except, that the "System Generated" property of the index is "false" and not "true" as in the offline table (and the first online database). When I manually reconcile the same table to the second online database again, there is always a difference shown for this index property. When I try to continue the reconcile process to change this property I get an error message, that the index cannot be dropped because it is obviousely referenced by the unique constraint.
When I drop the constraint and try to generate the index only I get the following warning message:

it might be due to some BUG in RDBMS...
First Check the Secondary index in TEST system
Look at the Transport Number in DEV system, If this is having error, then it will show you the error details also,
If that not moved Properly then you need to create another request for the INDEX and move it again

Sounds like the java version on your Linux machine is not working with the PostgreSQL JDBC driver.
Try updating your JVM on the Linux server.

This error occurs just after bootup, no programs started except windows..
Running Windows 2000 latest version on a brand new computer.
(pent 4 3.0 ghz 500MB ram).
Can anyone help me with this problem? Happened after install Labview 7.0
express. Installed twice and same problem occured with both installs.
Labview 7.0 is the only thing installed right now. Also selected "Visual
Basic Support" install from driver cd's.
One other thing I just noticed. System info reports 2 processors and I
think I only have one.

Happy update.
After ignoring this problem for awhile and installing some NI DAQ boards,
this problem is not happening anymore.
Would urge NI to investigate further though. Messed me up for a couple of
days, and still don't know why it happened.

System generated column names

Version - Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.3.0 - 64bit Production
I see some system generated column names(like SYS_C00009_13061211:44:57$,SYS_C00033_13061211:44:57$) in ALL_TAB_COLS view for a partitioned table, not sure how they got created in the first place and tabledoesn't have any virtual columns. Is it something if we drop a column from table and oracle trying to keep them in the dictionary? when i describe the table these "SYS_C00" columns are not showing.
I am trying to exchange the partition with staging (similar structure) table, but i end up with this error "
14097. 00000 - "column type or size mismatch in ALTER TABLE EXCHANGE PARTITION"
*Cause:    The corresponding columns in the tables specified in the
           ALTER TABLE EXCHANGE PARTITION are of different type or size
*Action:   Ensure that the two tables have the same number of columns
           with the same type and size."

I have found my solution to this problem.
My table is compressed table and when i try to drop some of the columns oracle marking them as unused(SYS_CO with timestamp) instead of dropping them. For partition exchange i have created same number of columns as original table in the same order and marked the "dropped" columns as unused on a temporary table. Now i can able to exchange the partition with out any issues

We are running win2000, with jre 1.4 and getting the following message at a particular point in our program:

2) does anyone know where this log file is generated to?

we can get drwtsn32.log file for user home/documents folder by running with following option. -XX:+ShowMessageBoxOnError

Estreamer generates error messages for "Failed to deserialize RUA Event"

Estreamer service on 3D System generates the following error messages for user activity data:
EventStreamer child(qradar.as.local):ConnectionHandler [ERROR] Failed to deserialize RUA Event 1004:1

This is a known issue. This issue is fixed on software version 5.2.0.3. Upgrading your 3D System to latest software version will fix this issue.

DR Server not started generating errors

i want to start dr server
but it generating error

System Generator on ISE 13.1

Hello everybody.
I am experiencing problems trying to run System Generator within ISE v13.1. In order to isolate the problem I implemented a very simple design, which is only one In gateway, one Out gateway and one AddSub block.
It happens that System Generator is not able to generate the core for the AddSub block (what any other block). Looking at the error log I get:

ERROR:sim - Failed to generate 'addsb_11_0_1846f6db66fd2e6e'. Failed executing Tcl generator.
ERROR:sim:877 - Error found during execution of IP 'Adder Subtracter v11.0'
It seems it cannot open a file for writing in it. If I try to implement exactly the same design in ISE 12.4, at the same PC, it works fine. I tried reinstalling ISE several times without success.
I am using Windows XP Professional Edition Service Pack 3 and do have administrator privileges in my machine.
Does anybody have the same problem?

Hi
The original issue was fixed using the temp path with no special characters in it which you can cross check.
Provide more details on the tools used and versions(ISE and MATLAB) and exact error message if the temp path is fine in your environment.
