Why buttons are not visible on many web sites? They are there and function properly if I happen to find them, but the problem makes life difficult.

The problem occurs on many public sites like Finnair, Gites-de-France etc. I can see only white on the screen. Sometimes it is possible to find the button by guessing where it might locate.

She must have signed into her own Apple ID on your iPad in order to sync her content from iTunes so try this and see if it works.
Settings>Store>Apple ID. See if your ID is showing in there and if it isn't - tap on her ID, sign out and then sign in with yours.
You should not be syncing to to different iTunes libraries. The iPad can only sync with one iTunes library without erasing the the content on it if you decide to sync to another iTunes library.

Back button does not work with some web sites to return me back too Firefox main page after concluding business on site.

After connecting to a web site and completing tasks, I use back button too return too Firefox main page. After using back button to get back to the original site log in page the back button (after repeated uses) will never get me off the web page and back to the Firefox main page. At this point the only way too get back too Firefox main page is too shut down Firefox wait 60 seconds and restart Mozilla-Firefox.

Some web pages are coded to redirect you forward to another page. In that case, when you go back to the page, Firefox redirects you forward again.
To bypass this, use the history drop-down next to the back and forward buttons. The drop-down has the most recent pages on top, and older pages below. Jump as far down the list as you can, then repeat as needed to get back to the first page.

WHY CAN'T I LOGIN TO MANY WEB SITE WITH FIREFOX BUT CAN WITH INTERNET EXLORER 8 AND GOOGLE CHROME

I just installed firefox 3.6.8 on a new computer, it worked fine for a few days but now I cannot login to several sites that require usernames & passwords. (citezens bank online, (chase freedom credit cards online) medco mail order prescripions online. etc. Some of the sites say that I must have java script enabled, but if I go to firefox tools/options/content it shows java script enabled. I can login fine with internet explorer 8 and google chrome. I have firefox 3.6.8 on my old computer that has dial up internet access and it works fine. On the citizens bank web page the words "login" appear in a box, but when I click on it nothing happens & no boxes for usename or password show up. on the medco login page no lotin related words appear. They do with IE8 & google chrome. On chase freedom the login boxes are there but when I enter my password, after a few seconds the password disappears & nothing happens. The other browsers work fine . I believe that on one of the sites there is a message about "scripting being necessary" I cannot find any info about scripting it I do a search for it.

While personalizing my home page @ Firefox, somehow I managed to make all the regular buttons disappear. The buttons I am talking about are "bookmards, history, tools etc. I would like to know how I can recover these buttons.

My fiance and I share our home laptop, he is awaiting his new Mac arrival. During this time I have sold my old laptop and used this one, Toshiba Qosmio. When i plug my iphone 4 into iTunes and try to sync the music, it prompts a window that says if i sync music his, from his iphone 4s will override mine and erase my music. Isn't there a way I can have 2 seperate accounts or just delete his, as he is getting a new one? I have tried uninstalling although it still comes up to his account. TERRIBLY FRUSTRATED!!!! Just upgraded Tiger to Leopard. Clarisworks not supported. I can successfully convert CW4.0 doc's to AW6.0 doc's using MacLink Plus Deluxe but the problem is I than cannot print them or convert to PDF, either.

You could ask your prof to run it with -Xprof or
-Xhprof or whatever. Or you could put in a bunch of
timing statements to get a rough idea of which parts
are making it take that extra 39 minute or whatever.is -Xprof a java command line option? If so, I will look into doing that. Maybe it's available on the machines at school. Thanks for that input.
