Why don't messages deliver from Contact form

I have just concluded moving a WordPress website from the /blog (www. kenapexvision. com/blog) sub directory back to the root directory (www. kenapexvision. com) of the site. Before now, I had built the contact form using Dreamweaver (spry validation). I adjusted the positioning of the fields for better page display from WordPress dashboard and cleaned up the "hints" and "spry validation" messages since they won't work on WordPress and then I set it up using formmail.php script. I also used a "thank you" page in the (formmail.php) script which I had hidden using "PC Hide page" plugin.
Everything worked perfectly fine while the site was in the /blog sub folder until I moved all the content of the /blog folder to the root direct. Now every other thing is working perfectly fine - the pages and all other links, including display of the "thank you" page - after comment submission. However the message doesn't deliver to the email addresses set up in the formmail.php script.
Please what could be the reason for this? I could use a contact form plugin as suggested by someone, but I want to use this method (formmail script) until I fully understand how the contact form plugins work.
Please I need an urgent assistance on what could be the reason why messages aren't delivering from the contact form and how I could correct it.

You can deactivate the business process itself if you do not want at all. So that the header will not available for the entity.

E-mail from contact form not forwarding to e-mail host provider

I just made updates to and existing Muse file and now the email from the contact form isn't going through to my email provider.
Anyone else having this issue in Muse 2014?

Hi,
I've no idea how you can suppress such an message in MS Outlook. I'm a little bit surprised though, you have chosen an OLE2 approach. Why don't you simply send e-mail messages from the database using utl_smtp or utl_mail ?

Navigation from Contact Form

Is there a way to not allow users to go
back after they have entered data into a contact form and
hit submit? On my site, once users input data into the "contact us"
form and and hits send, they are sent to a "thank you" page. Is
there a way to not allow the user to go from the "thank you" page
back to the "contact us" page where all their data is
waiting to be subitted again?

The only way I can think of is to clear the browser history,
but that's
rather a nasty thing to do.

How to get "Subject" & "Message" text from Flash form to default e-mail MS Outlook?

I have the following code which is working fine except I can't get the user typed data from flash form to my default e-mail (MS Outlook) application. How to edit the following code?
In the code:
1) To ----> this field is okay since this email ID doesn't change
2) Cc ----> this filed is also okay since no changes will be in email ID
3) Subject ----> this may not be always as "Feedback", user may like to change the subject
Whant I would like to add more here is:
1) From ----> this text to be retrieved from "fromText.txt" input text box
2) Message ----> this text to be retrieved from "MessageText.txt" input text box

Why is Muse not loading/showing contact form content correctly when I hit preview or publish?

This is my contact form in the design panel.
This is the preview and published end product.
I cannot figure out how to show the content boxes, and when I try to fill each section in to send a test email, It tells me there is an error with one of my answers.

I managed to find a solution today.
I am new to web design,so I didn't realise that I wasn't using a 'web safe' font for the content boxes. As soon as I changed the font, my form loaded correctly and is now recieving test messages without a problem.

Why do iPhone mobile #'s from contacts come unlinked?

For the 3rd time in 4 weeks all my contacts that have an iphone number have become deleted from contacts.
Soooooo, what would cause all my contacts iPhone mobile numbers (categorized as iPhone, not mobile) to disappear, all of them?!?!?!?! I got some back by looking at recent calls, the numbers were there (no names), but not linked to the original contact.

I'm syncing with MobileMe/iMac(3 mos. old) along with iTunes, the way I've been doing for years..... this all started right around the time I downloaded Lion X. I don't use an exchange. It's very random, they're fine for 4 or 5 days and then they just dissappear. Literally, I'll be texting and they're there,then the next time I text it's just phone numbers, no names, and deleted from the specific contacts. Never happens to reagular mobile #'s, just the ones classified as an iPhone #'s

Change 'new form submission' text when receiving email from contact form.

One of our clients has asked us to change the text they receive when they get an email from their contact form.
It currently says: 'new form submission'
they want it to say: 'West of the Moon ~ Ayr ~ Website Enquiry'
We have tried changing the name of the form but this only changes the subject in the email not the wording on the email. Is there any way to do this?

Please check the php script to which the web form submits to and then open that with a text editor and edit the verbiage that you want to there.
PS - You will need to make these changes after every export from Muse as Muse will override them on every export/upload.

Emails from contact form not working

I have a contact form on one of my website and it is not working properly.
Muse gives me a warning of not using another email than connected to the domain of the web.
As I use Gmail in this particular website it is not working.
How to solve this?

Hi,
I have and they told me they use SMTP authentication for their incoming emails.
They also tried to work on Muse PHP code for me - but did not manage to configure it correctly for emails through SMTP from forms in Adobe Muse.
The problem is that I have a customer that is not receiving any inquiries from his customers because the form on his website is not working.
Do I have to use Businesscatalyst - is it alright there to use Gmail to send emails from forms hosted there?
Hope you have some solution - I have to solve this

Only custom web forms in BC have an ajax / json response request, that will not work with the login form and some others in BC.
You will need to do your own ajax request but then you will not issues about the cross domain etc. You need to look at how the BC login works, your refresh and how to address that. (Its more complicated then you think)

Why don't the names from my address book show up to the left when I compose a message? They did in Windows XP

Previously, when I clicked on "write", a column of names from my email address book would show up to the left of the message box and now they don't.
When I imported the personal and collected addresses, two folders of each showed up: an empty "Personal Addresses Book" and the "Personal Address book" that I had imported. The same happened with the Collected Addresses. I wonder if this is part of the problem.

HT1296 Why don't all of my contacts from my iphone appear in my mac contacts?

I have synced my contacts through itunes, enabled 'the cloud', synced mail contacts, etc., and still there are a lot of contacts on my iphone that do not appear in the contacts on my mac. I'm running OS X 10.8.2 and my iphone is 6.0.1 (iphone 4s).

Why does the data disappear from my form fields when my form is sent over to client ?

I don't know if this is just happening a few times or ALL the time unfortunately:( I normally send over estimates (as regular pdfs) with some filled out Acrobat forms that make up part of the estimate (these include terms of agreement, project details, etc.). Now, before I send out the pdfs I password protect the entire pdf so that nothing can be changed, but that the pdf can be printed at high quality.
Well, what is happening when my client opens up the pdf (usually on a Windows machine) is that NOTHING APPEARS in all of the form fields where I had input and saved the data! Yet when I open up the form on my Mac in Acrobat, or Reader or Preview, all looks just fine. Any idea why this is happening and what I could do to prevent it from happening in the future? I am using Acrobat X.

I never use Preview and did not use Preview at all before sending the document over to my most recent client either.
I only opened Preview up this morning after I discovered that all of the form data had disappeared on his end! And the only reason I opened up Preview was because I already knew it looked fine in Acrobat so wanted so wanted to view the form in a different application.
My client would not even have notified me about it had he not sent the signed form back to me and I saw there was no data there! I then called him and asked him about the missing data and he said that he thought I had simply sent over the form purposely with blank fields:(
I have just emailed him to ask him what application he opened it up in. My understanding is that he is on Windows because ne mentioned to me his company was using Windows when we last spoke. Perhaps he has a personal Macbook where he opened it? I just don't know and can hopefully soon find out:)
But THANK YOU for letting me know about that script! I appreciate it:) I have now downloaded and installed it and will just have to use it on ALL of my forms before sending them out:)

Why don't Adobe have a contact for customer services - the "chat' person ignored this question an impressive 5 times .

Anyone else tried? Elements just does not work properly on Macs and when I asked for help, I was told that help isn't available for my old version so I'd have to upgrade. Like an idiot, I eventually did and found the new version even worse. I looked for customer service contact and ..... nothing. Only option was for their "chat" - so asked them - told there was no email, I couldn't get a refund as I had bought it from Amazon! person was unbelievably unhelpful and wouldn't answer any questions, despite being repeated many times.
Anyone got any idea how to complain to Adobe - or should I just do what everyone else does and download full photoshop illegally?

We're just other customers like you, so your guess about why adobe does anything is just as good any of ours would be.
However, PSE works fine on macs for a great many people, so if you could explain the problem maybe someone here could help you.

Why won't messages upload from the server? (IMAP)

Win7Pro 64-bit
Two Road Runner accounts on Time Warner server.
Password matches the PW that works fine when using the Time Warner webmail interface.
Settings suggested by TW Help staff. (But they know nothing about Thunderbird.)
Same settings on PC laptop work
I tried to set up two Road Runner accounts that I have been using for years when today I junked my Profile to start all over. I had been seeing the "Account already exists" error over and over when I tried to add a second account to any of my mail servers and people were reporting the only way to fix this was to start over.
Horrible idea, i now think as I have put hours into reconnecting and I have not even been able to get Add-ons and Plug-ins back in place as the basics don't work.
A Hostgator account and the G-Mail account are back up and running. For the Road Runner accounts, now a part of Time Warner, I looked carefully at settings that work on my laptop, but I see no difference. However, those settings during the set up are clearly not smoothly connecting. No Incoming messages appear in TB but they are on the server as the web interface provided by Time Warner works with the same password.
However, the SMTP isn't right as I can start a message but it won't leave the client -- The send button is grey.
Stumped.

Next steps taken:
I unistalled Thunderbird and ALL profile folders and files anywhere on my Win7 machine. Emptied the Trash many times and performed many restarts to make sure things stayed Deleted. I downloaded the .exe file for 31.4 (current) from the Mozilla website. Ran the install and this time was careful to try setting up the problem account first.
Amazing: it DIDN'T work at all. The server settings are OK (Time Warner concurs) but the initial connection NEVER went through to either the incoming or outgoing server so the account is there but there is no stored password (I looked!) for me to change (as part of my troubleshooting). I then tried my domain-based account (HostGator) and that set up right away.
Is there a clue to this problem in seeing that these road runner accounts never populate themselves in TB with the usual folders? InBox is established but not "Sent, Trash, Junk, Template, and Archive".
Note: I am using Manual setup as soon as TB starts trying to probe the server. I already know the "results" are wrong.
...and again, TB can establish the connections and settings needed for other mail servers, like HostGator, GMail, etc.
Help, please, I need ideas. What could be SO WRONG with Time Warner and this machine that this can't be configured. Note that I can get the mail for these accounts on my Win7 laptop here, so same TB program version, same accounts, same settings. same router, same WAN modem.
I continue stumped. Please help!
