I want to install Firefox on my ipad2 and can't get help. Apple says Firefox is coming for ipad2...when??? Why don't you have a phone# for support? Safari does not allow me to do what I need to on some websites. Help!!

Apple's rules for their app store do not allow programs such as Firefox to be run on their iOS devices. We do have a tool to allow access to your Firefox Sync bookmarks and history on your iOS device.

2. There is no contact email for Firefox, just as there is no contact email for most free and open source software projects. We would be flooded with hundereds of emails a minute and don't have the resources to handle that. That is why we have this support site to help those users who need support. This way the community can help with support as well :)

Well, there are a lot of good screens out there that support mini display port. Just because you bought apple, doesn't mean you have to stick with it. Also you can get adaptors such as mini displayport to hdmi or mini displayport to dvi. Both of those adaptors will allow you to connect your MacBook to a regular monitor.

What a bunch of **** is Firefoxes complaints procedure. They don't have one! It's all this usual **** of forums etc. You can't actually send a complaint directly to Firefox. Why don't you have a "Contact Us " link? oles!!

Why don't I have a location bar? It disappeared a few updates ago and is not in the help menu.

I have checked Navigation Toolbar under view, but in Mozilla help, nothing comes up under location bar or address bar other than blurbs about how great it is. But I don't have one and would like to get it back. Anyone else have this problem? I'm on a Mac 10.8.3 with latest updates to Firefox installed.

Normally, the location bar is the largest thing on the Navigation Toolbar. If you don't find it sitting unused in the Customize dialog (where you can drag it back onto the toolbar), you can reset your toolbars back to their default controls using the "Restore Default Set" button.

Your phone is "activation locked". It cannot be used unless this lock is removed by the previous owner of the iPhone. If the seller can't help you then ask for a refund of your money.

After i downloaded Firefox 7, I cannot open more than one page at a time. I have done everything you suggested about ad-on, etc. Other people are having problems. Can I get reall help with this or should I just reload Firefox 4?

My daughter has a asus eeep netbook that won't upgrade past firefox version 2.0.0.9. I have called asus, had a computer friend look at it, etc and can't get it to update

The asus netbook is linux. We bought it used a few months ago and she can't load a lot of website pages, play games, videos etc since we don't have the latest version of firefox. We were able to get the flash player updated and were hoping that this would solve some of the problem but it didn't. Can someone please help with this?

The version of Xandros Linux ''(from early 2007)'' that Asus was using on the eeePC doesn't have the GTK package needed to run Firefox 3+ versions, you need to update it.

An alternative method is to install a more modern operating system that based on the most widely used version of Linux. One that comes with Firefox 3.6.

The lock indicates your connection to the sever is secure. It is not new and has always been there.
What is the error message exactly? IIRC it says something about deleting messages and compacting the folder. Have you done that?

I have a Yahoo search bar acting like an App tab that I can't get rid of. There is no option to unpin when I right click on it.

I have a yahoo search bar which was installed during a download and installation of SIW.exe a system information application from http://gtopala.com/. It was the freeware version which is add based software. However I didn't expect that the search function would be such a nusance and interfere with Firefox's functions.
The search bar is acting like a App tab that I can't move or get rid of. Ther is no option to unpin the object when I right click on the bar or to change it in any way using the 'group your tab' function to the right of the tab tool bar.

Am running W7 so the XP Tools, Options, Advanced , Use Hardware acceleration when available, wasn't of much help here, however I did fix a problem on another computer running XP with that same fix. What icon are you talking about? Your harddrive? Just drag it back out of the trash and either onto the desktop or wherever it was originally, and you should be fine. You can open the trash can by single-clicking its icon in the dock.
