Why does AT&T restrict me from going to certain web sites?
To my knowledge, ATT does not censor your internet ussage. They do block certain spam sites, but that is more of an e-mail thing. Do you perhaps have a malway program with a site blocker enabled? That is more what is sounds like. If you are, and it trips on a site, there is usually a good reason to be careful. OH, and browsers like firefox have a site blocker built into them. You can turn them off, of course, but as I said, to my knowledge, ATT does not censor customers internet usage.

Why won't keychain remember passwords of certain web sites?
After upgrading to Mavericks, I'm seeing a number of prompts from web sites that Safari/keychain won't remember a site's login password because the site itself doesn't recommend it. Shouldn't it be my decision how I store my passwords? This problem is undermining the whole point of iCloud keychain for me. Does anyone have any solutions?
No. Some websites do not support auto login. It's a security issue.
You can still store passwords on your Mac. They're stored in Keychain Access located in HD > Applications > Utilities -
Cannot Download Files from Certain Web Site
There is a website I must use for work quite often. Whenever I try to download or open a file from the site, I get the following error:

I am using a Windows XP machine and these files work fine with any other browser. I really want to make Safari my default browser, but it is out of the question as long as this continues to happen with Safari alone.I just noticed, when I try downloading a PDF file using Safari from this website, it puts a " in front of the file name. It does not do this with any other browser. I think this may be what is causing the issue. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!!

Why is return arrow grayed out on certain web sites?
Sometimes when I am on a website, it is impossible to return to the previous page because the return arrow is grayed out. This seems to happen about 25% of the time. If I go to "File" and click on "Exit" it of course kicks me out of the browser.

IOS 12.4(15)XW not available from Cisco Web site
Can anyone please tell me why this version is not available from Cisco Web site as I am trying to download it to test on a cisco 2851 series router .The documnet below in page 7 & 10 describe the requirement for this version. What is the replacement version for this if that is not available?
Well, maybe I am missing something but I do not see a 12.4(15)XW release on CCO for the 2851 platform. I see references to it in documentation but I don't see actual release notes or a download link. So, where exactly did you see this particular version for this platform?
Based on the PDF provided by the OP I think he is trying to add a fax module. In the PDF it is stated a few times that you can use 12.4(15)XW or 12.4(20)T. What this basically means is that these are minimum IOS version levels that you need to use that module. You would not want to run the minimum in most cases because software defects are abundant and seem to be endless. IOS release trains are somewhat over complicated in my opinion but here is my quick take. The XW is a early deployment release. These releases are "one offs". Usually added to incorporate a new piece of hardware. Sometime after these releases come out (again, to get the product to market) the code is incorporated in a T-train (in this case, 12.4(20)T). The idea is that the T-train code is used to introduce features/hardware/etc. that will be rolled into the next main-line release (in our world that is 15.0).
Back to your issue. I can't find 12.4(15)XW but apparently p.bevilacqua has been able to find it. Maybe he would be willing to provide the link. If that doesn't pan out, I suggest that you look at releases after 12.4(20)T (including the latest service release for 12.4(20)T). They go up to 12.4(24)T. T-trains are touchy so you have to do your research and testing. I have had decent success with 12.4(20)T until recently (MGCP and T.38 fax, no joy). I have also used 12.4(24)T with OK success thus far. I know that p. bevilacqua doesn't like the 12.4T train "because its buggy". My opinion is all of this software is buggy. You have to identify the minimum release that will work with your hardware. Go to the latest minor/service release and research the bug toolkit. Oh, and always test.
OK. Down the rabbit hole I go.

Can't browse to certain web sites
I cannot browse by name to certain web sites like google, yahoo. I can browse to others. This is true of both Safari and Firefox. I can, however put the ip address I get by doing a ping on the same machine into the browser and go straight there.
By virtue of it being both browsers, I have ruled out the application. By virtue of being able to ping, I have ruled out dns name resolution. It's just the browser that can't get there.

Thank you, but I still haven't solved my problem. I tried the reset suggestion. But I cannot find print.print_printer preference. Maybe the word "printer" is to be replaced with the name of my printer. But because of the warning that making any changes is a very dangerous thing to do, I hesitated to do anything.
I have located the Print to file option, but it is not checked.
This problem did not exist before the Firefox update of about 6 months ago. Today I downloaded the latest Firefox update, hoping that would solve my problem, but it did not.

From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Exensions tab.
If there are any installed, switch the button to off, quit and relaunch Safari to test.
If there is more than one extension insalled, uninstall one a time, quit and relaunch Safari and test. -
Certain web sites won't load on any browser on Macbook Pro
Starting yesterday certain web sites won't load on any browser (Safari or Chrome). These include sites like the New England Journal of Medicine, Washington Post, and English Bulldog News. I get an error message in Safari that the server took too long to respond and in Chrome I get a connection timeout error message. I updated Adobe Flash with a clean install as I was unable to update using the standard method due to connection timeout. That restored my access to YouTube video but today it takes ~2 minutes to load a YT video. Web sites are loading fine on my phone and household PCs.
Not sure if it is notable that my internet loading capacity has been very slow for some time. I worked with the internet company to increase the network speed but my computer has not seen benefit. No problems on the PCs in our house but my Macbook very frequently gets partially "kicked-off" the network as indicated by yellow lights seen next to the "internet" and "server" items in my Network Diagnostics utility.
I looked at old threads and ran EtreCheck (see results copied below) as was recommended to another user several months ago, but would appreciate any thoughts about where to go from here. How to copy and paste text from a web site viewed in Chrome using the Xperia z3v?
I have searched high and low for a way to copy and paste text from a web site in Chrome using the Xperia z3v. I've tried a long tap, a double tap, a triple tap - nothing works. I am able to select text, copy and paste it in a Word doc, however. There must be some way to do this on a web site in Chrome. I'm certain I am not trying to select text that is really an image. firefox 4 beta ended up on certain web sites grinding to a halt then stopped responding igoogle is a prime example firefox 3.6 is fine with the web site it was not doing it till the 12th beta version and its happened on two systems so im not alone its resulted in me removing firefox 4 and i will wait until its officially released
