Why is the call history time on the printout different than the phone?

How much different is it? A minute or two??
Calls are triggered the minute you hit send, not answered. And the same when ending a call. So if off a minute or two for a call that is why.

You said, "the 4 also has signal and wifi whereas the 5 has only wifi". By "signal", I'm assuing that you mean cellular signal. If so, that means your iPhone 4 is still active on your cellular number and your iPhone 5 is not. Contact your carrier to sort out which phone is active on your account.

Why would the phone give me the error "Cannot Connect to Voicemail"? How do I get into my voicemail? Is it a network problem? Or is it a setting issue on the phone?

Usually it indicates that your data network is unavailable. When you receive this message, does the phone say 3G or E next to the AT&T service bars?
I usually reset the phone by holding the sleep/wake button and home button for 10-15 seconds until the screen goes black and the Apple logo appears. That solves the problem for me when it occurs.

iPhone automatically registers your phone number for use with FaceTime and iMessage during activation.
You can also add an email address to be reached at via iMessage in addition to your phone number, but you can't remove the phone number for this with an iPhone.

The basic troubleshooting steps are reset, restart, and restore.
Are you sure the device is staying locked? Do you have a lock code set?

I received the KitKat update on my DROID Razr Maxx HD 2 days ago. Now when I click on my phone icon from my home page, the message "App not installed" displays. Now, in order to make a phone call, I have to open all my apps and scroll to "phone icon". How do I reinstall an app that is obviously still there. Apparently the update disconnected the link to the app?

Can't tell you why, but you should be able to fix by simply replacing the shortcut.
1) remove the current shortcut on the home screen by holding the shortcut and dragging it to the "X remove" option
2) go into your app list and find the phone link there, hold it and drag it back to your home screen

OK, try this:
Sign back out of Messages and reset the phone (nothing will be lost): Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Apple appears (up to 30 seconds). Once the Home screen redisplays, go back into Messages and sign back in again, and go through the prompts.
Once you are done, see if your phone number is checked off. It will be greyed out:

How to advoid Pdf attached files turning into winmail.dat file causing incovinience opening them? And why does the phone automatically changes the file???

The first time i opened the mail, the mail loaded the attactment as pdf file and i was able to open it without any problems. But then when i tried to open it again, i watched the phone automatically turned the pdf file into winmail.dat without any of my control. Since then, i werent able to open the file anymore! And this was lucky that i was able to see it as pdf file - all other attachments i have recieved since using my new ip6 all turn into winmail.dat
this is really incovinient and frustrating for work. i cant believe i cannot just open a pdf file as a pdf file on my ip6 in the emails i recieve. I was on ip4 before this and never have anything like this happened.
Solution needed asap please.

This is my story from Store 1513 2441 North Maize Rd Wichita, KS 67205 Why are the cell phone sales people lying to customers by telling them they will get a brand new replacement phone under the purchased warranty when they really have to wait to be sent a refurbished phone? This seams like a scam! I have been told we would get a brand new phone on 3 separate contract renewals in the last 6 months if there ever was a problem, and now that I have a problem they say no you have to wait for a refurb in the mail? Guess you CEO will be getting an earful!

Why does the phone hang up?

Whenever I am on a call and another call comes thru the phone beeps once(call waiting) then hangs up on the first caller. Then the phone rings again with an unkown number id and its the second caller.
Post relates to: Pre p100eww (Sprint)

I also found (since 1.3.1 upgrade) that sometimes when I slide open the keypad during a phone call it will hang up. I am pretty sure I'm not "touching" the screen or volume buttons or anything else when it happens. In any case, I did not have this experience prior to the 1.3.1 upgrade.

Trying to download from itunes, getting not enough storage message... already purchased the additional 15gb of extra icloud storage... why is the phone still not working?

I have been getting this error message for a while... it seems to be the only thing that helps is deleting all my photos and all my music and the bigger space sucking apps.... however what good is the phone if i have to delete everything i use in order to download something new.... What am i doing wrong? I dont want to keep deleteing all my music or pics just so i can buy one or two songs from itunes...

If your iPhone is full, then you have to delete things to add new ones. Additional space on iCloud does not have anything to do with how much is being stored on your iPhone. The iPhone has a limited capacity, as with any storage device, and so can only hold so much.
You can see in iTunes how much space is on your iPhone and what amount of space what you wish to put on it will require. If what you wish to put on the iPhone is more than the iPhone can handle, then you will just need to cut back on what you wish to keep on it. Or sell your current iPhone and buy one with more capacity.

I upgraded to iTunes 11 and now the music is gone from my iPhone. It says to just drop it on the phone. I do that but the songs don't end up on the phone. Very frustrating and stupid to screw up people's phones with an update.

I am having this same issue as well with my iPod Touch 2nd Generation and iTunes 11 on my Windows 8 computer. I'm afraid to sync my iPhones and iPads. Had ZERO troubles withiTunes10. Apple has not acknowledged this problem and we need a fix fast.
