Why recent searches are not shown in safrari on iOS 6

When safari opens a new tab and you tap on the search box, we are used to seeing recent search information.
Since Ios6 this feature seems faulty. The search box will only show recent searches after tapping onto the blank page, which means three taps to see your recent searches.
Tap 1, new tab
Tap 2, onto blank area of page
Tap 3, search box now shows recent data
Very frustrating.

Depending on how you configured OBIA, there can be many reasons why some tables dont get loaded. For example, what subject areas did you configure, which tasks are enabled..etc. What exactly is your problem? Is there a specific table that you need that did not get loaded? If so..you can check in the DAC to see if the tasks that load this table actually ran as part of the execution plan. If they ran and the table is empty..you can dig further into the Informatica logs to see why nothing was loaded. There are a number of possible reasons.

Why recent items are not shown in notification center (only unchecked appear)?

Hi guys,
in notification center (ios 5 iphone 4s) I am able to view only uncheck notification, as unread mail or tweet, events programmed for the next day and so on. It seems strange becouse in setting-->notification center--> you can choose:
1,5,10 unread message for mail and
1,5,10 recent items for other apps.
does anybody know how to make appear recent item in notification center? or should I suppouse that recent items mean unchecked items?
ps: and there's also no notification in notification center for facebook. did anybody fix it?

I am using sql.client connection to get answers from sql server.
There is only 1 row in the results and the results of the query is either 0 or 1.
But when creating a monitor I get an error with two statements

Why my tracks are not shown in Album view and Artist view, only Album Artworks are shown???

Dear,
I have not have this problem in the previous version of iTune. As soon as i upgraded it to iTunes 11, it happens.
The problem in here is all my songs, tracks are still here, i can see all of them in "songs view". However, when i change the view to Album View, and click into the Album artwork, there is no track there. When i double click into the Album Artwork, the first song of the album will be played normally.
Same story to the Artist View. Only the Album Artworks are shown and the rest is completely blank.
I have absolutely no idea what is going on here and obviously i am not satisfy with this new version.
Is there any way for me to fix this problem? Please help!
Otherwise i will need to use other software for music playing.

Why Syscenter Reference are not shown in console for MP?

Created an test MP SCOM 2012 Management Template in VSAE 2012, debug and release to Test Server .
Did not see any discoveries created in Console.
Checked and Found MP in console.
Checked Dependencies in MP but found only System Library and Windows Core library.
MISSING REFERENCES
System Center library 7.0..8432.0
System Health library 7.0..8432.0
System Center Visualization library 7.0.9538.0.
Created another Test MP, had the same results.
Shouldn't all the references in MP should show here?
Has any one had these issues?
Am I doing something incorrect??

Videos are not shown in folder

I have lumia 520 and I unable to understand that why my videos are not shown in video player list only SD card videos are shown and there is no option to select SD card or phone storage in video player just like as in mp3 music player . Is this problem with all lumia devices?

Ok, i checked functionality of COM ports with a non-National Instruments programs and all it's working. Only Labview apps cannot see them.
On another PC where the Labview app works if i look at installed Programs in NATIONAL INSTRUMENTS section i can see:
NI VISA RUN TIME 5.1.0
NI VISA 4.5 for Labview on Windows Mobile/CE
On the machine where there the problem under National Instruments SW i can see only:
NI system components
but i've added in additional installer section of the app installer all VISA related stuff...

Approved and published items are not shown in the catalog search

Hello all,
We are implementing SRM 4.0 SSP scenario .
To support shopping of EBP we are also implementing CCM 2.0 as an add on.
Please note CCM and EBP are on same client and CAT & CSE are also on the same client.
No XI is involved. The catalog scheme was uploaded as CSV 2.0. The items for the catalog was created manually in CAT.
Although the item has the status "approved" and the procurement catalog which is also the master catalog was published successfully the item is not shown after searching by CSE in EBP. Also the categories of the scheme are not shown in the catalog search.
Do i have to approve the categories too and if yes can you explain me how to do this?
I think you see that I'm a newbie at srm and ccm and this problem is probably no real problem but I have not found any similar topics in the forum. So please can you help.

Bernd: the reason I asked about views is that you don't have any error messages. This might indicate that (a) you have no items in the view, or (b) there's something wrong with view-role-user assignment.
To check for (a), please go to the published procurement catalog, and go to Views tab. Check that your View is Active. Click on your View ID link to display view details. You should see a list of characteristics assigned to your view in Assign Characteristics sub-tab (the list should not be blank!). Go to Assign Items sub-tab. Navigate in your schema to find items that are supposed to be assigned to your view. You should see "Yes" in the "Assigned" column for those products. If you don't, then you simply don't have any items in your view.
Another thing I'd like you to check: when the user calls your procurement catalog for search, do you see the name of the catalog displayed just below the drop-down "Select Categories Hierarchically"?

Why Arabic charactes in PDF are not shown ?

I have Microsoft IIS , oracle report server , Acrobat writer 5 and report builder 6
in Windows2000 with Arabic language enabled.
In live previewer and HTML format Arabic characters are shown correctly in my report
also when i print my report by Acrobat distiller printer, but when i generate to file PDF ,
arabic characters are not shown correctly (they are not shown as question marks )
this meanes that my reports in IE5 as PDF do not show arabic characters.
How Can I define my Acrobat distiller printer as default printer used by web CGI (rwcgi60) ?
I have found this statment in developer documents:
"PDF does not support multi-byte character sets."
wether it meanes that i can not have reports with arabic characters as PDF?

BiDi was not supported in PDF output in reports 6/6i. It is supported in reports 9i.

Why the distant objects are not shown ?

Hi , everyone .
The distant objects are not shown unless moving the view closer to them in Java3D .
How to change or set to show the distant objects without moving the view ?
Anyone on any information or advice would be helpful.

When you are creating the View Object do something like this:
// Set up the Front Clipping Distance - in Virtual Eye Coordinates
myView.setFrontClipPolicy( View.VIRTUAL_EYE );
myView.setFrontClipDistance( FRONT_CLIP_DISTANCE );
// Set up the Back Clipping Distance - In Virtual Eye Coordinates
myView.setBackClipPolicy( View.VIRTUAL_EYE );
myView.setBackClipDistance( BACK_CLIP_DISTANCE );
The VIRTUAL_EYE can be replaced by PHYSICAL_EYE and a few others(check javadocs for View for more info)
and the FRONT_CLIP_DISTANCE and BACK_CLIP_DISTANCE are just :
public static final double FRONT_CLIP_DISTANCE = 0.1; // 0.1 Virtual Meters
public static final double BACK_CLIP_DISTANCE = 100; // 100 Virtual Meters
so to get your objects in the distance to render at a greater distance from them, then just increase the BACK_CLIP_DISTANCE to 1000 or something like that
NOTE: the larger the BACK_CLIP_DISTANCE, the longer and slower it will take to render you scene each frame. YOU WILL PAY FOR THIS (in CPU time)

Why placed PNG images (renders) which are made in 3ds max (and then photoshoped) are not shown correctly in Ilustrator. Images appear very noise so you can't see almost a thing. the same pictures (renders) made in Revit appear ok.
Is there a solution to solve this issue?

You would have to provide screenshots of how it looks in PS, including the channels visible. MAX may have embedded extra channels that throw off AI. And of course check whether your PNG is actually 8bit, not 16bit.

Pictures which were found in shared folder are not shown as thumbnails

I'm indexing SharePoint sites and File Shared folder with Pictures.
In the search results page the pictures from SharePoint are shown as thumbnails (there is a preview of the picture) but the pictures from fileshare are not shown that way (it is shown as a preview of a video but empty, without preview image).
What should i set?
I added a refiner of "Content Type" and it seems that the content type is "image/jpeg".

Hi,
First create a custom display template which will read the image using the Path property as a thumbnail. Make it smaller etc using CSS. Next up create a custom Result Type which triggers on:
ContentType Equals any of... image/jpeg
ContentSource Equals and of... <name of file share content source>
and pick your custom display template in the dropdown on the Result Type page.
Depending on policy settings the browser will or will not read the image from the file share and display it inline.

When I select a page to bookmark all my bookmark folders are not shown so that I can enter the page in that bookmark folder.

I have a list of bookmark folders. When I want to bookmark a page I select "bookmark this page" but not all of my folders are shown. If the folder is not shown I can not get it to be filed in that bookmark folder. How can I get all of my bookmark folders to be shown. When I go to show "all bookmarks" and select "bookmarks menu" all are shown. I am using firefox 8.0.
I have updated to firefox 8.0.1, did not change the problem. When I show all bookmarks I have 11 folders but when I try to bookmark a page only 5 folders are shown not all 11, why?

The problem is that not all of my bookmark folders are shown when I want to bookmark a page. They are shown when I "show all bookmarks" Ctrl+Shift+B but not when I want to bookmark a page. Button Images are not shown

Dear All,
In one of our test instance, some button images are not shown, whereas some are.
They are shown as grey button.
I searched metalink, according to them patch 1238573 should be installed, which is already installed.
What could be the reason?
Also, is there any way to find out which images are missing?

I've seen this happen a few times. The solution is usually to synchronise something called 'the X-Server' with the middle tier. I'm afraid that the technology is over my head, but it does work!
The X-Server controls how images are rendered in the e-Business Suite. Your DBA should know what this is and it's a simple matter of stopping and restrating the X-server.
That should do the trick!
