Why upper lever of budget structure consume the budget!

Dear experts:
I had meet the following problems, please give me some good advice how to solve the problem. thanks! the details are that:
My sap system is ERP2004, i activated the PSM-FM and use the former budget module.  The budget stucture is that: fund center level 0C0000\0C0500 and the commitment item level is: 6000000008\6601480100. I have entry the budget amount according the budget stucture.when I posted an account document , then get the error message: BP 629 . Item 001 0C0500 /6601480100 payment budget exceeded, when I check the original budget use Tcode:FR05,  find there are budget amount :8000.then I check the error message again and  find that: when post the document , which consume the upper level 0c0500/6000000008 's budget, and the budget amount of the lever of 0C0500/6000000008 are be assigned to the lower lever, such as the 0C0500/6601480100, so the upper lever has no enough budget amount. By the way, the commitment item 6000000008 is defined "not posted".  What is the reason.
Having done much test , i find what caused the case. Begin use the former budget, the custmer do not entry the budget, in order to post and save the accounting document, so use Tcode OF20, select the action "1 Warning " when use in 100%  .  then when you post and save accounting documents , it is consume the budger as upwards. laterly, when entry the budget and change the  Availability Control action from "1 Warning " to "3 error", when post accounting document , get error message as upwards.
Best regards!

Hello Wayne,
Please have a look at this IMG Activity:
Funds Management Government->Former Budgeting->Availability Control->
Define Parameters for Availability Control.
Standard settings
The standard setting is that availability control runs against the first
budget object within the hierarchy. If you want to work with this
availability control search logic, you do not have to make an entry for
your FM areas.
Otherwise you should flag 'Check on lowest object with budget' On
Hope it helps
Kind regards

  • Why do we de-activate the extract structure  in the LO extraction?

    Hi,
      plz let me know
why do we de-activate the extract structure  in the LO extraction?
what are preventive steps to be taken for duplicate records?
    Regards,
    Madhavi

    Hi,
Why do you think that the deactivation is necessary step. Generally we donot activate the unrequired Extraction structures to avoid collecting of data in queues(in case of LO ). But we never deactivate the ES in any process intentionally. Ya, the ES turns into yellow(inactive) if we modify the ES in LBWE, but we make it active immediately as the part of process.

  • The structure in the query

HI,BW experts, I have a question about the structure of the query :is there only one key figure in the query?in my query ,i have a key figure structure already, could I create another key figure structure, and how to ?
    Thanks for your help.

    Hi Cindy
If your query already has a structure then why you want to create a new one? add new key figures to the exisiting structure.
If you have to create new structure for key figures then
GO to Query change in Query designer & in Columns section do right mouse click and select structure. This will add new structure and then you can add new key figures to that if you need.
    Hope this helps

  • Assign specific metadata for folder structures in the Content Server

Assign specific metadata for folder structures in the Content Server
    Hi to all,
I working with Oracle Content Server 10g and Desktop Integration Suite and I will like to know how can I restrict or enable some specific metadatas from the default metadata, for differents content folder. This is different from the function: Information Field Inherit Configuration.
    tnks!

I am a bit unclear about your question:
    - do you ask about metadata assigned to folders, or
    - do you ask about metadata assigned to items in folders?
Starting from #2, if you forget about folders, there is standard functionality that you can use to restrict, enable, ... metadata for an item. Read this chapter: http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E21764_01/doc.1111/e10978/c04_metadata.htm#sthref288 to get full details.
I am not sure whether you can use anything of this functionality (profiles, option lists, etc.) when you check in a new folder. I doubt it, though. The logic of folders is slightly different - whilst e.g. profiles correspond to "content item", you don't find such a correspondence in folder's hierarchy (why a folder could not contain various content types, for instance?)
Last question is, from where you want to use this functionality - even for items. In 10g, Desktop Integration Suite's functionality was rather limited (often it was supposed that a user will just 'throw' an item to a folder, and metadata will be inherited from folders). You might have to upgrade your DIS to 11g; it should work even with 10g Content Server, but make sure you verify it before mass upgrade. In 11g, DIS should offer profiles, etc. with full capabilities.

  • What is the directory structure of the SDK ?

What is the structure of the SDK folders ?
There is no introductory file inside the SDK such as a manifest that gives any idea of what the contents are and their relative value and level of prereqs.
Why does the SDK have any of the bloated html docs and zips ? cant the adobe provide pdfs which can do the same ?
I need a tour of the SDK, preferably a quick and dirty description or a video tut. Adobe CORPORATION should have provided it - than leaving an empty stub to be filled by a trail of charghing consultants and lost patsies.
Will this sdk for 9.x work for 8.x acrobat writer ?

    Hi dying veteran,
Maybe you missed the Index page?  Did you know you can use that doc online, it's easier to navigate it online.
Adobe used to publish the SDK as a PDF but stopped after version 8.  I'm sure if you ask them nicely they'll bring it back.......
    Hope this helps,
    Dimitri

  • Why isn't iphone 5 available on the Irish site? And why is 4s only available with 8GB?

I was searching for an iphone 5 on the Irish apple store and it doesn't seem to be for sale. I was also looking at the 4s and it only seems to be available with 8GB ,why is that also?

    Welcome to the Support Communities.

An iPhone 4s with only 8GB is cheaper for Apple to manufacture. "The idea is to put some distance between the iPhone 4S and Apple's new 'budget' iPhone, the iPhone 5C." ...From this article:
Remember the iPhone 4S? Apple makes it an 8GB freebie

  • Why do I still intimidated to take the plunge

I have asked for some help in the past but frankly I had moved away from using TM because I got overwhelmed. Well I am going to dive into it, but I’m still feeling very intimidated. Please bear with me and do hope that I could get simple, easy way to have a better understanding.
I am using Leopard with 350G Int. HD, and have 271GB available, that should tell you how little I use the Int. Dr. I only use the Int. DR for my Apps, and a few docs I create. Most of the work I do is working with pictures, RAW, and JPG. I have installed Lightroom but haven’t gone full throttle until I get my workflow in place.
Consequently, I rely using Ext. HD and this is what I currently have:
    1- 2TB FW HD
3- 1TB FW HW with 2 partitions. Part 1 Extended (Journaled) 248GB avail
    Part 2 Extended 453GB avail, 228GB used
I originally partioned this Drive because I used Pt. 1 as a bootable Drive while using Tiger, but since I upgraded to Leopard I deleted the bootable copy. I used SuperDuper.
4- 500GB Extended (Journaled) 323GB avail, 141GB used not current with all back ups from primary 350GB primary drive.
5- 350GB Extended currently used as Primary Drive storing. This Drive is almost full there is only 6GB available. There is about 275GB use. So that makes my entire image/data file is about 300GB give or take.
6- 2 older Internal HDs that I have place inside enclosure since I didn’t want to throw them away but don’t have too much faith since they are pretty old. The are formatted as FAT 32 in order to use them with my XP laptop from time to time so these Drives are more as spare or temporary depository drives.
    Here are my questions:
1- I have read that both the best way to make TM work is to format the drives as (extended journaled), according to Genius bar, and (extended only). Which is the right way, yes I already ready know about the example that was illustrated in the FAQ Myfiles vs. myfiles but I’m still confused. Keep in mind that I have a major task ahead of me since I need to reformat, delete files etc in order to set up TM, consequently, I’d like to get it right.
2- I have been thinking using the 1TB DR as the Primary Ext. drive.
Should the remove the Partition or leave as 2 Partitions
3- Using the 2TB as the Destination DR to back up a) 1TB DR, as indicated on #1. I am confused trying to figure it how to set up the workflow. Is it better to use SuperDuper or set it as RAID 1 using the App. from the DR manufacturer (Western Digital).
4- 500GB use it as the destination DR with TM.
5- I need some suggestion how to best use the 2 older Enclosure Drives.
No matter what I aware that need to format the Drives, and frankly that is what is making me a bit ambivalent about it. I would appreciate some help thanks, since I am stuck
    Thanks for any assistance

    Pondini wrote
It's best if all the drives being backed-up, and your TM drive, are the same. But if you have some case-sensitive and some case-ignorant being backed-up, then the TM drive must be case-sensitive.
Of course, and that's why I'd like to do it the right way. More than likely I will reformatting one Drive at a time. If you said that the Drives must be case-sensitive = Journaled, as you indicated.
There are many opinions on whether other drives (the ones being backed-up) should be journaled. Apple recommends it, some folks disagree. I'd be inclined to go with Apple, but it's your call.
And that is the reason why I posted my question since I seen both version being suggested. I assume that by being case-sensitive it means exactly the example that was listed under FAQ,i.e., if I was going to change the name of a file from upper to lower case, which I do from time to time. It's best to format the Drives as Journaled.
TM will only back up the various flavors of Mac OS Extended.
Now you got me confused. If previously you stated that TM Drive must be case-sensitive, I remember way back you told me that there are 4 flavors of OS Extended. One of them was Extended(Case Sensitive, Journaled, correct?
The Partition Map Scheme is also important; it's best if they're all GUID, but Apple Partition Map will also work in most cases. The only major issue is, you can't install OSX or updates to an APM drive attached to an Intel Mac.
If you have some drives/partitions that are Mac OS Extended, (not journaled), you can, if you want, turn journalling on without reformatting. In Disk Utility, select the partition, then from the Menubar, File > Enable Journaling.
Please bear with me, you said that it's best all Drives are GUID. I have no idea how to set it up, it sounds that is the best options because Apple Partition Map won't let install OSX updates.
Yes, I have a 1TB Drive with one Partition with 700GB formatted as Extended (not Journaled) and the other Partition is Extended Journaled 250GB. But here it the thing I am trying to determine if I need to a) formatting the entire Drive without a Partition b) keep both Partitions and then complete the back up by populating the Destination Drive manually.
The only reason I partitioned the 1TB DR was because I dedicated one Partition as my bootable Drive when my old iMac had a 250GB Internal Drive, but my current iMac has a 350GB Int. Drive; so not sure what to do. Do you think that I could use the same partition when my current Int. Drive has 350GB and the Partition dedicated as bootable Drive has 250GB, keep in mind that I use very little my Int. HD currently I am using only 26GB out of the 350GB.
Using the 2TB as the Destination DR to back up a) 1TB DR, as indicated on #1. I am confused trying to figure it how to set up the workflow. Is it better to use SuperDuper or set it as RAID 1 using the App. from the DR manufacturer (Western Digital).
If you're going to use this as your TM drive, it needs to be 2-3 times the size of what you're backing-up. I don't know what you're trying to do with RAID -- please explain.
It was suggested by WD tech support to use the 2TB DR as RAID ONE or mirror DRive in order to keep a redundant copy on the same Drive in case I lose one data on one of the DR.
As far as the size of the destination drive I didn't realize that I had to allow 2-3 times the size of the source Drive. Well, that is the case then it sounds that the suggestion made by WD to use the 500GB Drive as the TM destination drive is not the practical one.
I am now thinking about setting the workflow as follows:
1TB Drive as Primary Ext Drive and using this Drive as the Source Drive for TM and using the 2TB Drive as the TM Destination Drive, but not sure if I should keep it as a single Drive or mirror, I need some suggestions here.
But if I won't be using the 500GB DR as the TM Destination DR, so how do I use this DR? I also would like to creating a back up of the 1TB DR using SuperDuper. So does that mean that I need to buy another DR?
Your internal HD has about 80 gb on it.
Partition 1 on the 1 TB is not backed-up, right (is/was a clone)?
Partition 2 on the 1 TB has 228 gb.
The 500 gb has old backups.
    The 350 has about 275.
My internal HD has about 27gb and 297GB available
Partition 1 on the 1 TB is totally empty, previously I kept a bootable copy before I upgraded to new Leopard
Partition 2 on the 1 TB has about 249GB but is not current the back up so I'm short by 100 GB
The 500GB yes I have about 325GB of concurrent backup, there still 272GB available
The 350GB has 273GB and it's almost full. This represents the total amount of data on my Primary Ext DR that I need to back up
Plus the additional 27GB in the Internal drive
    That totals (80 + 228 + 275) about 580 gb of data to be backed-up.
    And you have 350 + 350 + 500 + 1 tb + 2tb = 4.25 tb of total disk space.
If that's wrong, please clarify. Then solutions may be fairly obvious.
My total (26 + 273) about 200GB data to be backed-up, the 228 is duplicate copy
Basically, in a nutshell all I want is
1- Have a single primary External HD to save my files images/data
2- Back up this data using TM using the best Ext. DR from the ones I have, i., 2 TB (not sure if I should set it up as a mirror or a single drive)
3- Back up the Internal and Ext Primary DR using Superduper. Not sure if I should keep a bootable copy or not
4- The two older Ext. Drives that are formatted as FAT32 I'll keep them as extra in case of emergency not part of the backup workflow

  • Populating abstract structures in the wsdl

    Hi Experts,
Need your help in dealing with an abstract wsdl structure.
The scenario is a synchronous one and it is from CRM to legacy system via SAP-PO(7.4).
Some structures are created by extending to an abstract element called "Action" and I'm able to see those structures as well in the wsdl.
But I'm unable to see those structures in Message Mapping step as they are defined as abstract.
Legacy system wants those structures (which I cant see in MM) needs to be filled with appropriate data ELSE it would throw an exception.
I'm attaching here the MT that I created for CRM and the input request structure that is there in the wsdl.
Can you please let me know how to add xsi:type="sch:CreateAction" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" in the mapping step.
I tried changing the wsdl but unable to add the xsi:type in the wsdl structure.
Can some one help me out here.
    Thanks,
    Prajwal

    Hi Prajwal,
If i understand correctly , WSDL (not exactly WSDL , but request copy from SOAP UI tool i guess ) you provided is receiver WSDL ? Correct ?
I think , you manually created the CRM MT ? why don't you use same External definition(provided by receiver systems) in both sender and receiver Message type?
              Add a attribute <CreateAction> under <Action> element .
Please correct me , if get your requirement wrong.
    Thanks
    Hari.

  • Appending structures to the tables

    Hi experts,
Why we are appending sturctures to the tables?
can any one tell me the main differences between the APPEND and INCLUDE structures
    in Datadictionary.
    Thanks in Advance.

    Hi Ankita,
    Customizing Includes
A Customizing include is a structure that satisfies a special naming convention. The name of a Customizing include begins with u2018CI_u2019 and the include is in the customer namespace.
If enhancements are already planned in the R/3 standard using customer-specific fields, such Customizing includes are included. in the corresponding standard table or standard structure. The Customizing include (that is the definition of the structure itself) is usually first created in the customer system and filled with fields by special Customizing transactions.
Customers can thus enhance tables and structures of the R/3 standard system without themselves having to modify the table and structure definitions. This means that these enhancements will not be lost when upgrading. If a table or structure of the R/3 standard system is enhanced with customer fields using a Customizing include, these customer fields are automatically inserted in the new delivered table or structure definition during an upgrade.
If you create a Customizing include for a table or structure, only those enhancements are allowed that are consistent with the enhancement category of the enhanced table or structure. For more information, see Structure Enhancements.
Customers can but need not create a Customizing include and fill it with fields. If there is no Customizing include, there is no error message when the table or structure including it is activated.
A Customizing include can be contained in several tables or structures, so that they remain consistent when the include is modified.
    Append Structures
Append structures are used for enhancements that are not included in the standard. This includes special developments, country versions and adding customer fields to any tables or structures.
An append structure is a structure that is assigned to exactly one table or structure. There can be more than one append structure for a table or structure.
The following enhancements can be made to a table or structure TAB with an append structure:
    Insert new fields in TAB,
Define foreign keys for fields of TAB that already exist,
Attach search helps to fields of TAB that already exist,
These enhancements are part of the append structure, i.e. they must always be changed and transported with the append structure.
When a table or structure is activated, all the append structures of the table are searched and the fields of these append structures are added to the table or structure. Foreign keys and search help attachments added using the append structure are also added to the table. If an append structure is created or changed, the table or structure assigned to it is also adjusted to these changes when the append structure is activated.
Since the order of the fields in the ABAP Dictionary can differ from the order of the fields on the database, adding append structures or inserting fields in such append structures does not result in a table conversion.
The customer creates append structures in the customer namespace. The append structure is thus protected against overwriting during an upgrade. The fields in the append structure should also reside in the customer namespace, that is the field names should begin with ZZ or YY. This prevents name conflicts with fields inserted in the table by SAP.

  • Why doesn't my video fit on the TV screen?

hey everyone. i hope theres answer to this. so i made a little slideshow/movie with imovie and then sent it over to idvd so that i could make a dvd out of it. with everything set in standard (4:3 or.. is it 3:4) mode, i thought itd come out fine, but both of my TVs seem to be cropping off just a little around the edges of my movie! why is that? is there anyway i can fix it? i used the zoom effect on the pictures, so with the cropping its "zooming" too much... but it looks fine on my imac screen... am i doing something wrong?
    thanks in advance!
    chris

actually its not a cropping effect of iDVD, it's actually a cropping effect done by the TV. if you play it in say...apple DVD player, you will see everything because computer monitors (unless you set it up wrong) don't crop images.
TV does this whole cropping thing (called "Overscan" in the industry) because back in the day (and to some extent still today), CRT TVs (the big clunky ones that aren't LCD or Plasma) are very sensitive to power ratings...if you turn on something that uses a lot of electricity...say a Vaccum, the CRT will actually shrink the video in size until you turn the vaccum off. This causes some consumers to think there is something wrong with the TV and they return it. The industry solved this problem by setting the TV tube to show display everything on the glass plus some on the internal cabin of the TV (which is the part of the picture you don't see). that way, when something draws a lot of power, the whole image doesn't shrink smalller than the display surface...it just fills it. Thus, giving the consumer the benefit of the doubt.
However, with the emergence of Plasma and LCD TVs, I'd say Overscan will be a thing of the past in a few years.

Why did I suddenly lose all of the album artwork on my iPad

You have to work this out with iTunes Support.
    http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
You can change the country in the next screen in the upper left if needed. Click on Contact iTunes Store Support under the iTunes Store heading at the top right side of the page. Then click on Purchase, Billing & Redemption in the next screen and follow the prompts.

I cannot send an email from my iPad 2? No problem receiving, why does this happen? Have tried the suggestions for setting up email and after doing the sync mail through iTunes receiving worked great but still cannot send? Any help would be great!

The fact that you can receive means you have a valid e mail address, and have established the connection to the incoming server, so all of that works.  Since the send does not work, that means your outgoing server is rejecting whatever settings you used formthe outgoing set up.  Try them again.
Google your particular isp, and ipad and many times you will find the exact settings needed for your isp.  Or tell us here, and soneone else may be on the same isp.  Some mail services need you to change a port, or have a unique name for the outgoing server.
    Kep trying.

  • How to consume the Abap web service in Java web-dynpro

    Hi Everyone,
I want to consume ABAP web service in java web dynpro.
so when i tried to create model in java web-dynpro, it gave me an error message saying "Invalid WSDL or WSDL not found".
i think this error message is because, to access the WSDL of abap web-service, we need username and password, but the dialog box in java web-dynpro is not programmed to take username and password from us and send it to the server to get the WSDL.
i came to this conclusion because i was able to successfully test my abap web-service in java portal. the java portal asked me the username and password to open the WSDL.
So, please help me to consume the abap web service in java web-dynpro.
    Thanks in advance
    Regards
    Vikas

    Hi Vikas ,
while creating a model in web-dynpro try to use the "import web service model" option and if you are using local server choose the local server option so that you can get the available web services which are in server, select one among them and continue you process.I think this is the some what easy way .
If you want use the URL for wsdl better to once test the available service in server and copy that WSDL URL and paste over  WSDL textbox.
I think this is pretty help ful to you
    Best Regards

  • Why is it that when I change the contacts on my phone, it changes them on my mom and dad's as well?

My family and I recently got iPhones for Christmas. One for my dad, one for my mom, and one for me.  We also have an iPad 2.  They are all hooked up to iCloud via one username.  When we got the phones, we had trouble transferring our contacts from our old verizon phones to our new apple ones but we eventually got the contacts we needed.  At first, my mom's phone was not connected to the iCloud account shared by the rest of us and the iPad.  She wanted the calendar from the iPad so I deleted the account on her phone and added the iCloud account that the iPad was using.  All was fine until my dad and I realized that our contacts were wiped from our phones and replaced with my mom's.  I then started painstakingly deleted my moms contacts and replacing them on my own on my phone.  However, contacts were being deleted from my mom and dad's phone at the same time.  It's almost like the three phones are constantly synching with each other.  It would be ideal if we could get all of our contacts back the way they were before my mom changed her account but we would settle for this constant synching to stop. Please give us some direction here, we are new to this. Thanks in advance!

Why is it that when I change the contacts on my phone, it changes them on my mom and dad's as well?
Because, as you said "They are all hooked up to iCloud via one username. ". That is exactly what iCloud does.
You need independent iCloud accounts for each person to maintain independent contact lists.
