Why won't the browser display this?

Question

It compiles and I can run it from the command line. But when I
try to run it from the browser it does nothing. If I remove the
jdbc calls it displays "Antonio6"

You cannot run JDBC/OCI program inside a browser.
Try using THIN driver.
