would u like to do an experiment with your phone (better than throwing), install a custom rom, and u will be able to update to android version 2.3.7
u need to root your phone

Windows 8.1 will not get Forefront Client Updates from WSUS

Recently I noticed that my Windows 8.1 clients were not getting updates from WSUS 3.2. After some searching I found it was an issue with HTTPS and the solution was to disable HTTPS or enable TLS. So I enabled TLS on the Server 2008 R2 WSUS server
and that fixed the issue with my 8.1 clients not getting updates except for Forefront Endpoint Protection 2010. My SCCM server deploys the client fine but it is version 2.1 and normally the client and definition updates come from WSUS with the
latest client version being 4.5. However, my Windows 8.1 machines will not get the client updates even though they are automatically approved for all machines.
I am just wondering what else I can check or change to make sure my Windows 8.1 clients get the Forefront client updates as they should?? I am wondering if I manually install the 4.1 client update if it will take the client updates after that.
I only have about eight Windows 8.1 machines so if I have to do that by hand for now then I will and I think my organization will be moving to Server 2012 and SCCM 2012 this summer sometime.

I reread your post and have another suggestion. If your SCCM 2007 server is still deploying the old 2.1 FEP client version, then you should install the latest anti-malware platform update for the SCCM server so you can deploy it from there instead of WSUS:

I dont know about the plans Mozilla are making for that but i can surely tell you that you can try fixing your RAM issue, and somehow the Android app of Firefox will be able to run. It actually should run, unless you have all sorts of stuff already running on the phone. Good Luck!

When will we get an iTunes UPDATE for Nano users?

I am using an iPod Nano 5G and have also experienced the issues many of you have with the sync. The fix for me was to change it to a manual sync so that I need to click on the eject everytime I eject the iPod (a pain) but it works. I appreciate the workaround which has helped me (not sure of others) and I really hope that Apple is reading these forums (which I doubt) and if not MANY MANY MANY people have emailed them. I sure sent my email, but me alone cant change Apple to fix our problems. Only me & 10,000 others can do that. So people if you have not done so please by all means email and call Apple for they will not listen otherwise. I really want my iPod Nano to start sycing normally again, for the manual sync is a pain, and I also cant use the iPod when it is connected to my Mac.

Seriously Verizon, I want you to take my money! I'm waiting on the 4.3 update for my SGH-I545 so I can buy the Gear from you! And I'm sure I'm not the only one around here that's doing the same. You are losing out on revenue, and customer experience by delaying this needed update. Europe already has the update! I thought you were meant to be pioneers!

My girlfriend got her update for her S4 mid november. Manually check for updates or just wait. Should be there already or ready for you to grab.

I have just received an email telling me about the Acrobat XI. So I was planning to upgrade to TCS4 very soon, but now it seems I would be buying an 'old' version of Acrobat, together with an 'upgrade' to Illustrator (instead of Photoshop) that I don't need. Does somebody in Adobe's 'product planning' department need to be sacked?

Unfortunately, it's not a planning fault, rather having to stay compliant with the law - in this case an unintended consequence of the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) act. Two things run one afoul of this law: failure to announce a "new" feature at the original launch and then delivering it for free some time later. So if you buy the packaged version (perpetual license), you're stuck with what was included in the package at the time of release. Since Acrobat XI wasn't even announced until this month (pre-announcing products and features also causes issues witth the Security & Exchange Commission - SEC), it can't be included as an upgrade in the TCS unless some cash changes hands to satisfy the accounting requirements for SOX.
If you have a cloud-based subscription to the TCS, then that's a different ballgame, since you're effectively renting it month-to-month. So with this model, Adobe can include new releases in a suite (as has been done in Creative Cloud Suite of tools).
You have a choice as to which route to go with this product: outright purchase or subscription.

Yes. If you have an iPad 3rd Generation you can upgrade to iOS 6.x.x. If you have a first generation, then no.
