Win7 activation failed on W530 after downgrade the OS from pre-installed Win8

Hello,
I used the Windows 7 recovery discs which shipped from lenovo to recover the Operating System of my W530 to Windows 7 Utilmate . My W530 is Windows 8 pre-installed. Now the Windows 7 let me to activate my operating system online. But I don't kown why the Windows 7 need to be activated.
Please help me to solve the problem.

The following pictures are the 3 discs. All of them have lenovo branded. And those disks were applied from lenovo after buying the W530. Why lenovo shipped the discs to me as konwing I have no rights to downgrade?

SQL Server Import Export Wizard fails while trying to retrieve the data from FastObjects Database

When trying to import data from FastObjects database to SQL Server 2008 R2 using import/ export wizard we get the following error message :
"Column information for the source and the destination data could not be retrieved, or the data types of source columns were not mapped correctly to those available on the destination provider."
Clicked on View button, the source data is retrieved correctly.

Does the issue persists after you use the "Write a query to specify the data to transfer" option instead of “Copy data from one or more tables or views” option? If so, the issue may occur due to incorrect data type matching between the FastObjects database
data types and SSIS data types. In this condition, I don’t think it is necessary to upgrade the SQL Server version. Since you can open the Column Mappings dialog box, please try to modify the data type mapping manually.
In addition, the issue seems to be the same as the issue described in the following blog:

I just started working with Quartz, so I am clueless as to why I am getting this error. This is my first time tying to integrate Quartz 1.6.0 in a web app. I am using the JSF Framework. Although I have added the necessary jars I am still getting the error above: servlet.jar not loaded. If you follow the java code and server output you can see that after retrieving the factory from the ServletContext there is no further execution . Your stop condition is "continue if true". This means that, unless you press the button, the while loop will stop after one iteration.
First, you should change the termination condition to "stop if true".
Then you should make the stop button "latch when released" (right-click..mechanical action). Else you don't have a well defined state after the program stops.
You should decide on a reasonable loop rate and enter it for the wait control. (beter use a diagram constant if the value is always the same).
Why do you need to continue reading in a loop? Are you expecting the response to change over time?
Do you want to keep appending to the string indicator or only show the latest characters received?
Maybe you also need a wait between the writing and reading?
Delete the ms timer value indicator, it is completely useless.
Do you get any error codes?
Don't use the run continous button. Use the plain run button.
What device are you communicating with? Do you have documentation?

For your addressbook, export the files to vCard on the PowerMac, then bring them over to your Mac Pro. For your iPhoto, copy the Users -> yourname -> Pictures folder to your Desktop on the Mac Pro, and open iPhoto on the Mac Pro holding the command and option keys. Select the library file from that Pictures folder and open it. It should import all the pictures into iPhoto as part of the rebuild process. That is priceless!!! Thanks! I sure needed a good laugh after spending/wasting hours & days trying to either get my c6280 to give up on its Ink System Failure fixation, or find a decent replacement. Unfortunately I need the Smart Web Printing feature that I guess only HP has, or I'd try a different brand. And now even HP has very few models with that available.
My error msg is a little different from those previously stated, but close: 0xc18a0201. Even tho there were frustrations with my c6280, I did like several of its unique features which are hard to find now under $100. I hate how HP (& I suppose other brands also) are CONSTANTLY changing models & then of course ink cartridges.
Oh heavens, I've had the c6280 a whopping 2 1/2 years! I'm sure they want us poor slobs to have to buy a new one every year & a day! To say nothing of the exorbitant prices for ink. And now if this one is really dead in the water, I have SIX unused #02 ink cartridges which I cannot return---I got them in a combo pack, & for some reason have wound up with THREE lite pink & THREE lite blue cartridges, while having to buy extras of the other colors, that ran out before the others!!! Yeah, & what's with that not being able to print in BLACK if a color runs out????
Anyway I really loved your essay! It's a classic! And says it all! I hate that we have to be 'slaves' to the electronic 'wonders'!!!

You can drag the icons out of the dock and then drag what you want back to the dock from the Application folder.

If we click on the Pegging requirment for the Subsequent requirment the system is telling that no Pegging Requirment exists but it is not getting deleted. Waiting for the feed backs

I've purchased a MacBook Pro Quad-Core i7 2.4 with pre-installed Lion (no installation DVD's included), but, unfortunately, found out that a big number of audio software doesn't run natively and malfunctions with this version of OS, meanwhile they worked flawlessly on my previous MacBook using Snow Leopard.
The question is: can I downgrade from pre-installed Lion to Snow Lepoard on Late 2011 MBP i7 2.4?

MSExchangeSA and IS is not starting automatic at reboot after upgrading the server from SP1 to SP2

I am running a 2 node DAG with separate Hub & CAS servers
I have already upgraded the Hub CAS server and they are fine
Exchange running on Windows 2008 R2 SP1
All are in VM-Ware ESXi 5.0
After I upgrade the mailbox server to SP2 the SA and IS service not starting automatic after reboot
If I run "net time /set" command and then restart ADtopology server, the IS and SA starts fine
But again after reboot they do not start
Also I get the below event in the app log when the IS & SA fails to start

I manually compared the time between DC and Exchange and it is fine
Since the Exchange mailbox is virtual, I checked the time sync on VM-Ware tools and it is "unchecked"
Checked for group policy and do not find any specific to time sync.
Confirmed that Windows Time service is running
Suspecting a Operating system issue, tried to upgrade the other DAG
Even that node is displaying the same symptom and Issues
Tried to install RU1 on both nodes and that too did not fix the issue.
Checked with VM-Ware engineer and he said that every thing from VM-Ware end is fine
Is Anyone have come across the issue before ?

Unable to initialize the Information Store service because the clocks on the client and server are skewed. This may be caused by a time change either in the client or the server, and may require a reboot of that computer. Verify that
your domain is properly configured and is currently online.
Solution:
Open a cmd prompt from the Exchange Server as administrator (right mouse click on the command prompt shortcut and select “Run as Administrator”)
Run this command
Net time \\ADServerName /Set
Restart the Microsoft Exchange Active Directory Topology Service
*Important!! You have to restart the Microsoft Exchange Active Directory Topology Service or this fix will not work.. I tried just starting the Information Store service after running the command it it still failed..
This worked for me and all is well on my exchange server.
