Windows 8.1 - VBS "Pin To Start" not showing in the list as an option

I am having an issue with "Pin to Start" working with vb script.
With the script section below works fine with Windows 8.0 but I msgbox out
the options list with 8.1 and does not show "Pin to Start" as an option although is shows in the GUI
when you right click.
Any ideas ?

Album Cover/Title not showing in the List for an Artist with one album.

Hello all.
I have browsed a number of the posts, but nothing close to my particular problem.
I am new to iPod Classic (a couple of months). I like it! Used to be a Creative Zen Vision:M user.
Here is my issue.
I have most of the covers for my albums. Still looking for a few.
When I go to the Artist's menu and pick an artist, if it has more than one album, it shows 'All Songs' and a list of albums with covers, album name and number of songs on a separate screen. You click an album and it shows the tracks, you click a track and away you go. That works just fine.
However, when the Artist only has one album, it does not show the album cover, name and number of songs on a separate screen. It just shows the list of tracks. I would like it to be consistent. I would like to see the album cover/name before I click the tracks to start.
I have worked all my songs in iTunes. I'm pretty sure there is no difference between the one and multiple album artists.
Of course when you click a track to start, the album cover shows on the Now Playing screen.
Is there some sort of setting I might have missed.
Any thoughts on this? What might I try?

I'm not questioning your answer. Just want to make sure before I say OK and let it be. I had heard that iTunes/iPod forces you to do things their way, this is an example, I guess!

I was unable to accesss ubuntu-11.04-desktop-amd64.iso from Downloads via InfraRecorder because itdid not show in the list of Downloads when I browsed using InfraRecorder.

When I went into Computer and C: drive I did not find it listed among the downloads instead finding only some folders. I think that there might be a second download folder which does not show for some reason. I seem to recall that, but I don't know how to access it if that is indeed the case. It should show up on a list somewhere. I guess that it does not show up under Programs because it is not installed.
(I thought of trying to use [http://www.pendrivelinux.com/ Pendrive Linux] Pendrive Linux to do this but instead tried this first. This might require less space.)
The program is '''698 MB''' long. I guess that might fit on a CD.
I am not really sure that this is Firefox's fault. I suppose that I could try accessing it through Internet Explorer.

If the download is still listed in Tools->Downloads in Firefox then select it in download window and right-click and "Open containing folder" to see where it is.

Iwant to get rid of Asktoolbar. it is not showing on the list to deinstall

I downloaded a free PDF to DOC software taking care to untick the boxes saying did I want a toolbar and to be the default browser, but they ignored that and now I have a toolbar I don't want, and the software only partly worked. I have looked in control to de-install Ask but they don't appear in the list of installed programmes, and I can't identify them by any other name.
I don't want either the toolbar, nor do I want Ask as my default browser.
In fact I shall make a point of never using Ask about anything again, I am so disgusted at their underhand tactics. It's not as they even have an attractive toolbar!

In order to uninstall a possibly unwanted extension, please do the following:
#From the Firefox window click the Firefox button at the top left and select ''Add-ons'', or, if the Firefox button is not shown, click the ''Tools'' menu and click ''Add-ons''.
#Once the Add-on Manager has opened in a new tab, click the ''Extensions'' button on the left side of the window.

Artists not showing in the list

Hi, I have a iPod classic 80 Go, and when I look into my artists list, some are missing. I have the correct tags in iTune, everything seems okay when I import the songs but the artists won't show up. I can still listen to the album when I go into the Song list and the tags are showing okay when I play these songs. Anyone have an idea?

It could be that you have inadvertently imported these CDs into iTunes as part of a compilation. If so, the artists won't show in the artists menu on the iPod.
To check, highlight the tracks on one of the offending artists CDs in iTunes, right click and select "get info". This brings up a multiple song info window, and from there you can check if you have 'yes' in the box marked "part of a compilation".
If you have, select 'no' instead and click 'ok'. Do this with any CD that has this issue. This will alter the info in iTunes, and you should then connect your iPod and synchronize the changes.
The problem arises because the information contained on the Gracenote CD Data Base (where iTunes gets all it's album/artist/track info from), is sometimes incorrect. It can show CDs as compilations when in fact they are not.
You should also check that the songs have album name info in their ID tags.

Once you add a second album name for that artist even for a single song, ALL the rest of the songs should now show up under that artist, even those without album names.
Providing the spelling for the artists is exactly the same of course.

Where is my purchased music in iTunes?...they are listed but not showing in the list

I went into iTunes to check out the new "Purchased" area and found a really helpful list of artists on the left hand side. Each one has a number next to it which I believe is the number of songs for each artist. When I click on many of the artists I get a list of songs and it indicates whether they are already downloaded to that computer or not. I can then click on the ones I want on that machine and they will download from the Cloud.
Sounds great but where the heck are all the other tunes that are shown on the list on the left but they don't show up on the right when I click that artist? There was one band in particular that I wanted to download because I think the only place I have it still downloaded is on an old machine that is no longer online (its packaged up in my basement). That's one of the ones that has nothing in the right hand list... no songs listed - even though the list of artists shows it has having 24 songs.
Can anyone tell me what is stopping those ones from showing up? Are they too old for the system? If I bought them on iTunes previously they should still exist...am I missing anything?

Only songs (or Apps, books, etc) that are still currently available in the iTunes store for sale can be re-downloaded.

Google calendar is not showing in the list of calendars in the iOS Calender app

I'm following this link to sync Google calendar with my iOS Calendar app on my iPhone 5:

It sets up alright and I can see it in the list of calendars in the settings but nothing is sync'ed in the Calendar app itself. Also while in the Calendar app I click Calendars in the top left corner, and this Google calendar is not even in there and I don't know why (since it is in the settings -> mail, contacts, calendars -> accounts.) Very frustrating!

You need an AirPrint compatible printer to be able to print directly from iOS devices, but unfortunately, your Canon ip2000 is not on the list of compatible devices. See this Apple support document for more details:

A possible workaround that might work is to try an App like Print Central on the iPad and iPhone. This will allow the iOS devices to print to most printers. But, there is no way to guarantee that it will work with your printer.

My iphone 4 contacts suddenly missing from the contact list. But when I use the search bar, messages able to show the contact name. How can i get my contact to display in the contact list again.

New asset class not showing in the list (AS01)

Dear Experts,
I have created a new asset class through the following configuration (IMG):
- FA - Asset Accounting - Organization Structure-Asset Class-Specify Account Determination
- Financial accounting --> Asset accounting --> Organizational Structure --> Asset Class --> Define asset classes
- Financial accounting --> Asset accounting --> Organizational Structure --> Integration with G/L --> Assign G/L account
When I would like to create a new asset through AS01 and want to choose the new asset class, there was not a new asset class I've configured before.
Am I miss a step when creating the asset class then?

Company code is assigned to Chart of Depreciation.
Just want to make sure that you go to t-code : OAPL first and then input your Chart of Depr.
Afterwards you can go to t-code : OAYZ and activate the depreciation area for your asset class.
All you have done is already ok. So just make sure that you work in the right Chart of Depreciation when you do the OAYZ.

I am cleaning up old programs and find there are 2 versions of FF installed. I just installed RC versio and it does not show in the list of installed programs so I am lost as to which one to delete, V4.0 or 4.0b8

You probably only have an orphaned entry left in Add and Remove programs and only have the last update of the Firefox 4 version installed. It happens more often that the updater doesn't remove the entry from the previous installation, but only adds a new entry for the new, updated, version leaving you with two entries. You can use a registry cleanup program or remove the registry key yourself if you are comfortable with editing the registry.

You could update to 6.05. Might work otherwise you will have to reinstall.
Use cleanertool and do forget to deactivate before uninstalling.

Old All-Day events not showing in Calendar List View

Reviewing events in my Calendar on the iPhone and have noticed that All Day Events that are older than one year do not show in the "List" view
For example, I have all my holidays in a calendar called "Vacation". Month and Day view list holidays from earlier than today (09 Sept 2008) properly, however list view shows nothing. Timed events (e.g. day trips) in the same calendar show.
Similarly no Birthdays appear in the past. I can see a case for Birthdays being omitted in the past, but not other events (e.g. wanting to know exactly when you went to that all day wedding last summer)

I have this same exact problem. For me, past events that have a specific time associated with them show up in List view; however, past events that are all day events only show in List view once in a blue moon only. Apple support has been absolutely clueless about this issue. They just tell me it's weird and they have no explanation. It's unbelievably annoying though.

Calendar items not showing ONLY in list view on iPhone

Weird: My Calendar items are not showing in the list view only, on iPhone.
They show when I search, they show in month, they show in Day views--just NOT in list view.
Ideas?

I just had the same problem (calendar information--for eight different calendars--OK on laptop and on Mobile me; on the iPhone only 3 of my calendars were displaying in "List" view, but all eight were appearing in "Day" view); first time I've encountered this problem (and immediately after installing the 11-February-2010 iPhone software update, so I'm suspicious that this might have been the cause).
Solution described in posting immediately above seems to have worked. I.e.,:
1. shut OFF MobileMe syncing for calendars on the iPhone (from Settings menu);
2. wait for calendar entries to be removed;
3. shut off iPhone, and wait 2 minutes;
4. restart iPhone;
5. turn ON MobileMe syncing for calendars on the iPhone (again, from Settings menu).
All eight calendars now appear in List view (and still appear in Day view).

State machine site level workflow activated but not showing in the workflow list

I developed my state machine workflow using visual studio 2010 its successfully deployed; even I can see the feature is activated on site collection level, but its not showing in the list settings --> workflow settings --> add workflow Any Reason ??

I got the answer , actually I didn't experience it before with site workflows , it shows where we create a list just beside you can find site workflows, off course feature activation is necessary after that for workflow activation this is the way.
