Word to PDF not working

Question

Hi there,
I tried to convert a Word document into a PDF with "Save as.." and then choosing PDF as the output format but it returns me the error "Unable to communicate with the printer". What can I do?

Use automator and put the following applescript it in, and save as a service. This works perfectly. Then you just right click the folder and it will convert all doc and docx files into PDF.
Here is the script:
