Working C++ Program in Xcode, NOT working.

Please Help!!
I have written a small program for my C++ Programming College Course.  I Normally use Xcode on my Macbook Pro to do all my HW, But since the new iCloud came out, I was able to link all my files to my iMac at home.  I installed Xcode on the iMac, But, I am having a real irritating issue on the iMac. A simple program that Builds and Run on my Macbook Pro, just hangs after the first cout << "Statement: ";  I thought I was probably doing something wrong, So I would write the program again, still the same issue.  I tried the program on a class mates MBP and it would work like a charm.  Then I decided to uninstall, download Xcode again, and reinstall (I did this twice).  I write the program again, but before it builds and runs, I get the following two pop up message (this happened twice too):
I put in the name and password, and then I get the second popup:
I following the instructions as provided on the bottom of the second pop, but there is no other "test" besides the one that is greyed out and being used.
After trying to follow instructions, I then try to run the program again.  Yet again, the program hangs and nothing happens after I provide the input.  I could click Enter 100 times and noting well happen.

Sorry for the delayed response.
"Hello world" does execute on the iMac, but my other program still hangs on the iMac. But on my MBP, the program executes with no issues and all the way to the end. Im using the exact code on both macs
Where do I run:
sudo dscl . append /Groups/_developer GroupMembership <username>
Where do I enable:
DevToolsSecurity -enabled
I tried browsing for that option and could not find it.
