Writing PHP enable server in JAVA
Hi,
I have a server written by myself etirely in java. Now need to give PHP support to this server so that It can handle php pages and serves accordingly the page. how can I write a php enable server in java?If anyone can help me or send me some link to tutorial regarding this problem.
please, if anyone know repply my post. I m badly the
resources regarding this. I have to make my created
server php enable. So help needed.Patience man, patience.
Now here's how it's going to work.
You have to install PHP as a commandline/cgi tool. You will have to go through the documentation on the PHP site yourself to get this setup. If you get stuck on this step go ask questions on a PHP forum because it's a PHP setup question and nothing to do with Java whatsoever.
Then once you get that time you'll just use Runtime.getRuntime().exec to fire off the ol' PHP process with the parameters you want. Then capture the process of the output and bob's your uncle you're done.

Enable Server Side Includes in Appp server 8?
Hello
Java App Server 8
I posted again in case my original post wasnt clear. Im trying to find in the admin guide where I can find instructions on how to enable Server Side Includes in my application ie. how to allow .shtml documents.
Any suggestions appreciated.
JonHi !
I have installed Sun App server 8 update 1 on a Windows server 2003.
Is it possible to run the application server as a NT service ?
If so how can I accomplish this ?
/Regards Krister -
Hi,
I'd appreciate it if somebody gives me a response or a hint. I want to send a request to a remote SSL-enable server from my application deployed in Tomcat. Is there any way to do it (like configure Tomcat) other than developing SSL java codes? I know that my question does not make much sense but it is nice to know if there would be some settings that allow 2 servers communicate each other on SSL level. Thank youHi cjmose,
Thank you for your response.
I'm not really sure I understand your question. I assume you mean that you have a j2ee app deployed in one container, and the business logic in that app needs to communicate with another container on a separate server via ssl?
Yes
In that case I imagine you need to use jsse and use either an https or sslsocket to connect to the other server and do what you need to do...
I'm developing new codes using jsse1.0.3_04 and HTTPClient (this package claims that it supports https). However, I got an exception HTTPClient.ProtocolNotSuppException when I call
new HTTPConnection("https", "someserver", -1);Do you know how to fix this problem? Thanks -
Is there any way to start weblogic server with java 7?
Hi. Is there any way to start weblogic server with jdk 1.7?
Hi,
You can start your Weblogic Server with java 7(JDK 1.7)
Go to Domain_home/bin and click on StartWeblogic.cmd it will start your Admin Server
It depends on which JDK you have used while creating domain if you have selected Jdk 1.7 it will use the same to start the server
See the Ex:

starting weblogic with Java version:
java version "1.7.0_51"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0_51-b13)

If you are using a Lower version of JDK and want to upgrade to JKD 1.7 you can do so by changing setDomainEnv.sh in Weblogic
Have a look at the below link to do so

Is the "PHP Email Server Behaviors Pack" extension legit?
There are two comments for the extension PHP Email Server
Behaviors Pack V1.1.1, both of which indicate that this is not a
legit product.
Has anyone purchased this extension and had success with it?
davidThe responses on the Exchange indicate that the users there
bought it and
got no product. You will notice it didn't have company
approval. I would
stay away from it, if it were me. There is an email address
listed on the
product page for support .. you might try writing to them and
asking some
questions.

How to get current working directory of the ftp server,in java application
Hi All,
I?m FTP?ing the file using java.net.url.
Here is the snippet of the code:
public void ftpFile()throws ChrsException
try
System.out.println("FTPing the file '"+localfile+"'");
OutputStream os = openUploadStream(targetfile);
FileInputStream is = new FileInputStream(localfile);
byte[] buf = new byte[16384];
int noOfBytesRead;
while (true)
//Read the data from the source File into buf
noOfBytesRead = is.read(buf);
if (noOfBytesRead <= 0)
break;
//Writes the data present in the buf to the target file
os.write(buf, 0, noOfBytesRead);
os.close();
is.close();
close();
System.out.println ("The file '"+localfile+"' is Sucessfully FTP'd to '"+targetfile+"'");
catch (MalformedURLException malExcp)
System.out.println ("Invalid URL. Error in FTP'ing the file: \""+localfile+"\"");
catch(IOException ioe)
System.out.println ("Error in FTP'ing the file: \""+localfile+"\"");
private OutputStream openUploadStream(String targetfile) throws MalformedURLException, IOException
URL url = null;
//Creates a URL object with FTP protocol
if (user == null)
url = new URL("ftp://" + host + "/" + targetfile + ";type=i");
else
url = new URL("ftp://" + user + ":" + password + "@" + host + "/" + targetfile + ";type=i");
urlc = url.openConnection();
//Get the OutputStream that writes to this connection.
OutputStream os = urlc.getOutputStream();
return os;
Now I need to find what the current directory is when the user logs in with username and password on to the FTP server in java.
Thanks in Advance.as soon as user logs in he is taken to the directory
"ftproot/pub/abc".
now If I execute pwd command , is hould be able to
get to know tht user is under "ftproot/pub/abc"Three respected posters, well two plus me ;-), have just told you otherwise. The information about the current directory is (a) secure and (b) useless to the user, as he can't do anything with it. The user doesn't want to know that at all and you shouldn't try to tell him. And in any case FTP doesn't support it, again for security reasons, so you can't do it.
Just accept it. -

This is JDeveloper 10.1.3.5.0 from patch p19170592_R12_GENERIC.zip
The OAF release is 12.2.4
JDEV_USER_HOME is set to C:\Olivier\R12\jdev1224\jdevhome\jdev
The .dbc file looks fine.
I connect successfully to database.
I tried to reinstall JDeveloper.
I performed many searches on MOS, OTN, Google, etc...
I tried to change the Startup Settings (Host Name, IP Address settings) of the Embedded OC4J Server Preferences.
I am stuck.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
OlivierHi Peddi,
Thanks for your reply.
I checked again the .dbc file.
I downloaded again the file from $INST_TOP/appl/fnd/12.0.0/secure to <JDEV_USER_HOME>\dbc_files\secure
This file worked fine for JDeveloper for 12.2.3.
I went again through "Oracle Application Framework Developer's Guide Release 12.2.4 July 2014" but could not find any part related to .dbc file having changed from previous release.
I tried to comment out the parameter APPS_JDBC_URL in .dbc as per MOS note "Troubleshooting JDeveloper setup for Oracle Applications (Doc ID 357218.1)"
But I still face the issue.
According to the note "Configuring JDeveloper For Use With Oracle Applications 11i and R12 (Doc ID 330236.1)", I have added the following debug parameters in the project properties:
-Djbo.debugoutput=console -Djbo.logging.trace.threshold=9 -Djbo.jdbc.driver.verbose=true -Djbo.jdbc.trace=true
It generated the following OC4J server detailed log showing more error messages (in red below):

How can I authenticate to a XI server using java via SOAP (SAAJ)
Hi everybody!
I need to connect (SOAP) to a XI server using JAVA
I'm using SAAJ api.The problem is XI server need authentication but I can't found the way to do it! this is a part of code
SOAPConnectionFactory soapConnFactory = SOAPConnectionFactory.newInstance();
SOAPConnection connection = soapConnFactory.createConnection();
URL destination = new URL("https://host:port");
SOAPMessage reply = connection.call(message, destination);
(message is the XML code)
but the application has the following error:
com.sun.xml.messaging.saaj.client.p2p.HttpSOAPConnection post
GRAVE: SAAJ0009: Fallo en el envío del mensaje
I think, maybe is a authentication problem, because the XI server needs it. But I don't have idea how can I send the user and pass
Any IDea???? please
the libraries are ok imported, I use netweaver to develop-
thanks in advantagehi Leslie,
there are only a few of these errors,
you can try this:
http://www.oxygenxml.com/forum/ftopic1103.html&sid=0abee8c719481a3dd783ff7d5cd84105
are you sure your URL is accessible from your location?
you may also check:

Is there any way I could connect to ms sql server from Java source? I know I can call java source from function thats easy but what I really want is capability to connect to non-oracle(MS SQL server) from my java source and then call it from function.
I don't know if JDBC driver for SQL server is even installed/available. Is there a way I could find it out form my IDE? I know sqlJ does compile but I have never used sqlj. help!!!
SinhaYou'll probably have better luck in a Java forum or a Microsoft forum.

FTP server in java doesn't work well at win os in some status.Why?
As we know,FTP server in java used to use "BufferedOutputStream(socket.getOutputStream())" to complete data transfer.
socket.getOutputStream() returns SocketOutputStream, and SocketOutputStream use native method:socketWrite0 to transfer data.
I writted a FTP server in java that runs at win XP or win 2003 server. FTP client download file through internet,and when file size is large(for example, 5M),the download is failure. But I changed FTP server in C++,the download is ok. These PCs have multi network card commonly.
In the first instance,I thinked my programm may be written wrong. But I have used CrossFTP and DanoFTP at sourceforge.net, they failed too.
I have compared the source code of these FTP server and they are same in data transfer.
There are another strange phenomenon.FTP server at some PC works well. For example,when I install FTP server at another PC.So I think that it is not link problem,and may be relate with PC's configuration?
Any help appreciate.Win XP(sp2) and win 2003 server all have happened. Version of JDK is 6u2. I have doubted with version of JDK, and I changed to JDK 6u10 but problem is same.
By the way, FTP server in C++ work well on these problem machine.
I think the problem is related with configuration of machine(hardware or software), but I want to know where and why.
Thanks for any help.
