Wrong email address. can I change it?
I preordered Sailor moon r limited edition, but gave wrong email address. Is there any way I can change it to the one I recently have?

If the wrong email address is attached to a pre-order, it can be really difficult to receive updates regarding its status. As the Sailor Moon R Limited Edition is due to be released in a few days, I can imagine you would want to be able to know when to expect it to arrive to your home.
While it might not be possible to modify your order at this time, I’ve sent you a private message to verify some information with you. You may view it by logging into the forum and clicking on the envelope icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

ICloud setup on iphone 5 shows ancient email address, can't change it- help!
setting>iCloud is stuck in 'account not verified' alert mode with 'check Email' highlighted, but email address in 'account' is years old and non-existant now. It won't allow me to tap and change to current address. Why is the ancient email address even there, long gone before each of the current devices were barely eye-twinkles? settings>icloud scroll to bottom and tap 'delete account'. Will ask when you return for your apple id and password and good to go... -
Creative Cloud Early Access wrong email address, can it be fixed?
I got an email saying I can get started with the file and font syncing but it was sent to my personal email rather than my work email where i actually have registered products and need the creative cloud. When I log into creative cloud with my personal font syncing shows up but on my work email it still shows "coming soon", is there any way I can get this switched?

A wrong email address was entered at the setting up of the new iphone 6 and how can I change it ?
The problem is she entered an email address she thought might be mine ,but actually used by someone else .She said no password was set up .My understanding is an email must have been sent to that address and he or she can set up the password and download .And now I set up an new ID under the ICloud but still the wrong email address still appear as a default one .I tried to delete the set up but I was asked for the password which we don't have .

Please give advice of how can i change my Apple ID (email address) as it is wrong address. Like i just update my iPhone to latest version 6.0, and get the new app, iCloud which need me to key in my Apple ID and Password. I have no choice to use the wrong email address as it is already registerd since from 1st day i use my iPhone. Then i received the reply that tell me to check my email for verifing but the problem is i can't check my gmail as they sent to the email is not my actual gmail address....
How can i solve this problem?You may change your Apple ID to any email address that is not already used as another Apple ID, or that is not already associated with another Apple ID.
In other words, if I have an Apple ID [email protected], and have alternate email addresses of [email protected] and [email protected], none of them may be used by me or anyone else for an Apple ID, Rescue Email, alternate email, or anything Apple-related.
If the Apple ID link above indicates your email is already in use then it is. Use https://iforgot.apple.com, select Forgot your Apple ID? and provide the information requested. If the email address is one you created and can still access, you may be able to retrieve it. If it is one someone else created, you will not. -

I set up an iPad for our principal and used the wrong email address. HOw can I change it to the right one?
You can just abandon the ID and set up a new one. Go to Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Apple ID. Tap the ID that is showing in there and sign out. Then you can create a new ID right in there.
You will need to use another email address in order to create the correct ID, so I assume that is not going to be a problem if the first email address was wrong. -

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Firstly, you need to change your details with Apple, Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)

What exactly do you want to sync? Ideally, each phone should use its own Apple ID to keep contacts, messages, etc. separate. You wouldn't want to share your contacts and have him accidentally delete one off of his phone which would remove from yours as well.
If you want to share apps, you can do that by having him log out of iTunes & App Store and logging in with your ID on that app only. -

I have the same problem. I changed my email address with itunes, & the icloud website knows it too. but the icloud on my iphone still has the old one & wont allow me to change it. I can change the password but the email address is grayed out so I can't change it. I have tried signing out via the store on my phone & back in but it made no difference. Help!! I keep getting error messages about the photo stream ..but I don't know what I can do to correct it. HELP!!!

My 4S died this week and I was told it could not be repaired, so I was issued a new one. During set up I could not remember my password, so set up a new one. I think I used the wrong email address, not sure. At any rate, now my phone and pad don't sync. How can I get this corrected? Thanks!
It looks like your printer isn't on the list of air print enabled printers. It'll still work, you just need to do some tweaking.
You can see if samsung has any apps to enable printing.
or
You can look into a third party app like Print n Share or Print Central.
Then you can print from your iPad. -
I just upgraded my MacBook from OS X 10.6.8 to Mountain Lion so that I could stream from my other devices (iPhone and iPad) to my MacBook. After making it through the upgrade process, I realized that I used the wrong email address for my iCloud username when starting up on the MacBook. My iPhone, iPad, and iTunes are under my Hotmail email address and I accidently used my Gmail email address for the MacBook. Is there any way I can merge these two icloud accounts together? I tried changing my account information to add the other email address, but wasn't allowed because another account was using the name (duh). If I can't merge them, how could I change the MacBook from the Gmail address to the Hotmail address so that all my devices are on the same icloud account? It'd be nice if I could keep the free 5GB of storage that comes with my purchase of the software, but I'd rather lose the storage than not be able to stream.
To change accounts on your Mac, go to System Preferences, sign out of the current account, then sign into the new account. When you sign out of the current account it will delete synced data from your Mac. Assuming your data (such as contacts, calendars, etc.) is in the other iCloud account, it will be synced to your Mac when you sign into this account.

Go to appleid.apple.com, click Manage Your Apple ID, sign into your iCloud account (using the wrong email address), it should prompt you to verify it and allow you to edit your email there. If not, then it will bring you to a screen that will show you your name, your email, and any alternate emails you have. Click the edit button next to "Primary Email Address and Apple ID" and change it to your email.

The HT1541 page that you posted from has instructions for how to resend a gifts from your iTunes account - assuming that the address that you originally sent it to doesn't exist and it hasn't been redeemed.

I went to link my new phone to get the music I bought, and now the icloud is stating I have the wrong email address and I can not link to wifi now, help!
Then change your Apple ID back to the old ID, then delete the account. Once done, change your ID to your new one.
