XI Install SM59 destination error messages
I have an IDES system installed and now we are trying to get XI 3.0 SR1 on SQL Server installed for a project for one of our customers. I have followed the XI install guide and I think I have almost everything working except for one major issue. I cannot successfully register the four RFC destination programs in SM59 (AI_DIRECTORY,AI_RUNTIME,LCSAPRFC,SAPSLDAPI) as stated on the installation guide on page 41. The error I am consistently getting is "program AI_RUNTIME_OXI not registered" when I try and test the connection.
The environment:
logged into the system OXI
gateway is sapgw00
gateway host is qa-004513
logged in user has SAP_ALL - but no the DDIC or SAP*
I have not registered the license yet - plan to do that later tonight.
I have include the gateway error log below for review. I am sure it is something stupid but I cannot find the missing piece. Thank you in advance for any suggestions...

When you uninstall, the items you uninstall and the order in which you do so arearticularly important:
Use the Control Panel to uninstall iTunes and related software components in the following order and then restart your computer:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support
Bonjour
Apple Application Support (iTunes 9 or later)
Important: Uninstalling these components in a different order, or only uninstalling some of these components may have unintended affects.
Let us know if following that article and uninstalling those components in that order helped the situation.

Need help installing keep getting error message when i install program
i download the beta version on my android epic phone by sprint and when i go to install the program it shows a screen installing then an error message pops up almost immediately and say that application was not installed how do i fix this i have tried to re-download it and install it again but it gives the same error message every time now i have also allowed outside markets apps to download on my phone and i still get this error message or what do i need to do to get it installed on my phone?

Hi, trying to watch Sky TV on laptop - installed Silverlight but error message says unable to watch Sky while in a private browser. Can I come out of this thru Firefox?
There has been a change in where Firefox searches for plugins and the plugins folder in the Firefox program folder is no longer scanned for plugins, so Firefox won't find them anymore if they are installed in the plugins folder instead of the "browser\plugins" folder that Firefox now scans.
You can set the plugins.load_appdir_plugins pref to true on the about:config page to make Firefox scan the "<install>/plugins/" directory for plugins like the WMP plugin (np-mswmp.dll).
You can alternatively move plugins from "<install directory>\plugins\" to "<install directory>\browser\plugins\" (create this folder when missing) to make Firefox find them again.

My iTunes update install failed. Error message says MSVCR80.dll is missing from my comuputer. What is that and where do I get it?
Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.

Some users may need to follow all the steps in whichever of the following support documents applies to their system. These include some additional manual file and folder deletions not mentioned above.

Which particular .msi file (or files) does the message (or messages) go on to say cannot be found? (Several different .msi files might be mentioned in this context: itunes.msi, bonjour.msi, AppleSoftwareUpdate.msi, etc.) -

(3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:

Itunes suddenly stopped working and i cant re-install. Get error message (I believe error 7). Any tips?

These ones are typically caused by underlying problems on the PC that also often cause Windows Updates to fail to install. If we can fix the Windows Update trouble, we can usually get the iTunes trouble cleaned up en passant.
Go into your Windows update and try to check for new updates. If updates install, stock up on the ones you're behind on, restarting the PC if requested to do so. After the restart, try installing iTunes again. Does it go through this time for you?
If windows updates fail to install, go into your Update History and doubleclick the failures. What alphanumeric codes appear for you? (For example, 8007000B.) -

i have the original ipad it is running iOS 5.1.1 - i tried to install Procreate and error message said this application needed iOS 6 - went back to itunes and downloaded iOs 6 and installed it on computer then resynced the ipad - but doesent update to 6 - anyone have a suggestion???
I contacted apple and they checked and yes the originsl ipad cant support ios 6 - so cant use procreate have also checked the procreate website and it appears they advised itunes of this - ideally there should end up being two versions of procreate - one for ios 5 and one for ios 6 -
dont want to sell the current ipad and get another - at this stage - for the amount of usage it gets not worth the expense
