Xmlquery error in 10.2.0.4

Question

Hi,
I run a xmlquery in one of my 10g R2 database, below is the database info.

but the error "ORA-19112, error raised during evalution: oracle.xml.parser.v2XMLparseException: Expected name instead of -. " prompt.
the same xquery run fine in Oracle 11g R2 and stylusstudio, is there any limitation to run such xquery in 10gR2?

The xquery run fine in small XML contend, and the error prompt for those big XML (around 1.8MB),
