XVM-01003 error

Hi All,
I googled and found MichaelS solution on search string
select table_name,
column_name,
'AUSGRID' search_string,
result
from (select
column_name,
table_name,
'ora:view("' || table_name || '")/ROW/' ||'[ora:contains(text(),"%' || 'AUSGRID' || '%") > 0]' str
from all_tables),
xmltable (str columns result varchar2(10) path '.')
But came up with this error:
ORA-19112: error raised during evaluation:
XVM-01003: [XPST0003] Syntax error at '['
1 ora:view("ICOL$")/ROW/[ora:contains(text(),"%AUSGRID%") > 0]

19112. 00000 - "error raised during evaluation: %s"
*Cause:    The error function was called during evaluation of the XQuery expression.
*Action:   Check the detailed error message for the possible causes.
Any help is much appreciated.

In 11.2.0.3 here's what happens.

No version number.
No link to the original source.
No indication of what you are trying to do or why you think this non-working code is some or all of the solution.
No help is possible at this time.
