After having my screen replaced on my iphone 4S 16gig, i now have complete signal loss. anyone know how to fix this?

i had a cracked sreen on my iphone 4S so i took it to a shop that replaced the screen. now i have no signal and no network. i have had a new sim card put in, done a restore and hard reset. can anyone help?

iPhones are not considered user servicable, nor is it possible to legitimately purchase iPhone parts. Apple won't touch that phone. There is no advice we can give you other than what diesel vdub has already suggested.
