Changing of credit card details
Updating credit card details when recharging Boost prepaid service is somehow inconvenient as I will be needing to be charge when i am updating my credit card information.
You might also find more accurate support for issues relating to Boost services at the Boost Community... It is like Crowd Support - but for Boost not Telstra.

I am trying to change my credit card details on Itunes as I have moved to NZ and closed down the credit card in Australia. There is $5 left to pay on the card. It will not let me update my address to NZ or put in my new credit card details. HELP!!!!!
It says I have to provide a credit card in the Australia before I can clear my $5 credit card debt and I have now cancelled my card in Australia and don't have another one!
Do you know how I can change my address to NZ and then change my billing to my new credit card in NZ and pay the $5 bill.

JishnuYou won't lose the purchases, just the ability to download them from the Cloud... and updates. So download all first before you change.

I purchased iphone in London one year back. Then i shifted to India recently. Now when i want to change my credit card detail in itunes, i get an error message that This card is not valid in UK. But i am no more in UK now. In the same page i edited my address but itunes does not change that details showing the above error message.
So you are trying to change the account from India to the Uk right...? Cause it wont accept UK card if you're trying to keep it for India...

Hi guys, I just logged straight in via that link and then after the log in page it went to a page for changes, where you can select enter new credit card details ( see the pic below). You have to use the same email address as you used to first register your T-Box, eg. your primary Telstra account email address.

I have moved from Thailand to Turkey and I want to change my credit card details in my apple account but I can not change due to my subscription to iTunes Match in Thailand.
It happens on Mac App Store & iPhone App store as well.
So clearly the problem is on my Apple ID..
I've changed my credit card details on my Apple ID but it doesn't reflect onto my phone when I login after restarting the phone. Even if i sign out.
When it reaches the part where I would need to verify my phone after entering my password. It just keeps requesting for my password and never shows me anything.
If I click update apps it'll just disable my account. Even on my Mac App store same thing happening. -

What's the full error message that you are getting ? And (though from the same bank) the credit card is the same type as your wife's ? The card was issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are ?

My Apple ID has been disabled after i tried to change my credit card details on my iTunes Store account. I am being charged money for purchases that i have never made even when the apps that i tried to download are free. I am being charged €1.98 every time. When i checked with my bank everything was in order from their end. I am changing the details and doing my purchases from my iPad. Being in Malta i use the Maltese iTunes Store for the purchases.
Can somebody help me out with this?

I changed my country on the APPLE ID and also changed my credit card details. Just for doing that, i was charged some money. Is it normal
When you change the credit card details (and possibly your name and address) then you will be charged a small temporary holding charge to check that card details are valid and that the card is active - it should disappear off your account within a few days (though with the weekend coming up it might take an extra day or two)

What is the actual error message that you are getting ?
For a credit card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are.
