Creating Graphs and Bar Charts

Hi members
I have been looking high and low to find my answer but to no avail.
I currently run SAP AR Age debt reports once I extract this data I create graphs in excel.
I am looking for Sap transaction where I can create a graphs and link them to T-Codes such as AGE DEBT report.
Please help

first of all you can create z tcodes only in that is in se93.so create a report either using FM or oops and link it too the tcode.

Are you using BI query? If yes then follow the steps -
1. Take Sales org in rows of BI query. & take invoice type & Key figure in Columns.
2. In VC use this query & drag chart from the output of this query.
3. Right click on chart & go to 'Configure Element'. There select Chart Type as 'Bar chart'
4. Below that you will get default option as clustered, there you select 'Stacked'
5. Create Data series as per your requirement.
6. Arrange proper layout of the model & then deploy.
You will get required output in stacked format.

says to get premium service, it requires $.
I dont really have the $ to purchase that software.
It's a vendor product!Just to clarify, JFreeChart is free software, it is licensed under the GNU LGPL. You get the complete source code, including lots of demos, Javadoc HTML pages, an install document in PDF format, and access to the support forum for absolutely no charge. You don't have to pay a fee to unlock special features in the software, everything is there in the free download.
As a way of funding the project, we sell a JFreeChart Developer Guide which includes a lot more information about using JFreeChart. But it is only the documentation we sell, not the software.

In my application i have to make different graphs like bar chart,pie chart etc which is present in the excel sheet.In the same excel sheet i have to make the graphs based on the data through java program.
I am unable to do it.Can anyone suggest me how to do.Is there any api and documents(for reading )for it?

Hi, you might want to do a search before you post. At the top of the page is a link to advanced search. Right-click on it and choose 'open in a new window'. Now, in the 'with all the words' box type the word excel, then hit the space bar, then type the word chart[b], now down lower clear all the checkboxes except [b]Java Forums, now hit the Search button and you get a list of threads related to excel and chart. Read a few. I think most of your questions will be answered.

Copying Graphs and Pie Charts generated in Analysis View to Email item using Excel VBA Macro Code

I am currently working on an exce VBA macro code that would help me take snapshots of the Graphs and Pie charts generated in QC for a particular application and copy the same to an email item using excel VBA macro code.
I was able to write the code to create an email item. But I have no clue of how i can take snapshot of the graphs in Analysis View using excel VBA

How do you create a stacked bar chart in Visual Composer?
I have a query with one keyfigure (amount) and drilldowns on Sales Org and Invoice Type. In my chart I want a bar for each Sales Org, and each bar should be divided in sections according to Invoice Type in one single stack. How can I create that?

I just opened an old file that I created with Crystal Excelsius and I see the stacked bar chart visible in the components window of my old files.
Why has stacked bar chart disappeared from the components window in my new files? It seems many of the components have "disappeared" including stacked bar, candlestick charts, area charts and most of the background components.

Creating black and white charts with patterns in Pages?

Hi. Does anyone know how to create black and white patterned charts in Pages (or other iWork application)? When making Charts in Pages (i have the most recent version), you can make all sorts of colored charts (bar charts, histograms, pie charts, etc.), but in preparing doumnets for publication i need all my charts in black & white. I can make histograms and bar charts using different shades of grey no problem, but i'd like to create histograms using black and white "patterns" like dots, horizontal lines, stripes, etc. Does anyone have any idea how to do this, or know where existing patterns can be downloaded for import into Pages?

Don't export it as a .jpeg which is unsuitable for B&W images, blurring them as rgb files (not B&W).
Better is .tiff (compressed B&W tiff are tiny) or 1 bit .gif.
It is also possible that .pdf vector files might work but I haven't experimented with those.

You must have 2 data arrays or plots to get this. Make sure your plot legend is visible. Drag the plot legend vertical borders to view both plots. Select one of the plot to be bar plot (See the attachment)

How to create "time sheet" bar chart?

Hi Experts,
I am using Crystal Reports 2008 and I would like to ask the steps to create a time sheet liked bar chart with following information:
Imagine I collected the CPU usage of a computer every 30 seconds.
In the report layout, X-axis should be the time of date. Such as 00:00, 06:00, 12:00 and 18:00. Y-axis should be the exact date. Such as 2009/05/01 to 2009/05/31. Highlight color should be applied to identify the usage. Such as <30% is gray, 30~70% is blue and >70% is red.

I tried to use bar chart template but crystal report sum up the total duration, not the exact time. When using Gantt chart, it almost fulfilled my requirement. But the bars of same date is not aligned horizontal, just like stairs.

Create a Simple Bar Chart - Numbers

I would like to create a bar chart in numbers that totals line items by month and displays a bar chart by month. Column A has dates associated with the other columns of the spreadsheet running horizontal. Does the charts functionality have a tool that would count by month, or is there a formula that can be used, or would applescript be needed to run the count?

Mapping between Icon component and Bar chart component

I have added one world map, on which i have added 3 icon component in different area of world. At present i have added 3 different bar chart for each icon component. Now i want to take only one bar chart which sohws data according my selection of icon component.

Try the following:
Icon1 Source data = Unchecked 0, Checked 1
Icon1 Destination Cell $D$2
Icon2 Source data = Unchecked 0, Checked 2
Icon2 Destination Cell $D$3
Icon3 Source data = Unchecked 0, Checked 3
Icon3 Destination Cell $D$4
Have all the icons set to be unselected.
In cell $D$5 have the formula =max($D$2:$D$4). This cell now controls the Dynamic Visibility of the Bar Charts.
Barchart1, Dynamic Visibility Status = $D$5, Key = 1
Barchart2, Dynamic Visibility Status = $D$5, Key = 2
Barchart3, Dynamic Visibility Status = $D$5, Key = 3
I think that's what you are asking! Please keep in mind that you have to click the icons on and off to show/hide the charts.
