Error occuring on a lookup field in profile page

Hi All,
I have a lookup field on the OIM 11.1.1.5.0 create user page. The create user form was working fine and I was able to create users properly. However since today morning, suddenly I am getting a strange error whenever I click on the lookup field to select any value. The query for lookup has not been changed. Its the same as before. But this error keeps popping up on UI directly and then am not able to do anything unless I restart the browser.
The error is as follows:
ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #8[[javax.el.ELException: java.lang.AbstractMethodError: prepareWhereClause
Caused by: java.lang.AbstractMethodError: prepareWhereClause
Can some one please help me out with this? The only change that I remember was I had changed OIMServer.jar file with another version but I have re-stored the original file which I had a backup of. But it still throws this error.Thanks,$id

I increased the log level of the oracle.adfinternal to TRACE-32. I can see the following additional things in the logs after the 60096 exception that arises when I click on the Search button in the user role field:

I am not sure if the line in bold saying cannot find resource global.Lookup.UserRole is the root cause or not. But if it is, then any idea what might be causing it? Can it be related to the OIMServer.jar replacement I had done earlier?

"an unknown error occurred" while producing epub in Mac Apple Pages (yosemite)

Apple Pages throws an entirely meaningless error when trying to produce an epub from iMac Apple Pages.
If I save the Pages as a Doc, open the Doc file and Export to epub it works, BUT... I loose things like header tags so can't convert to mobi and have chapters show up correctly. I've tried manually changing the mobi file, but it's a nasty, long winded process with mixed results. It would be nice if the old process simply worked.
If I select all and copy/paste from one pages file to a brand new pages file, I still get the error. This is stupidly frustrating and a complete waste of my time. The whole reason I switched from Windows to Mac was because I was sick and tired of these antics by Microsoft. Apple LIFT YOUR **** GAME!!!
This used to work perfectly fine before Yosemite screwed things up. Seriously, Apple, test your **** software before dumping it on us. At the very least, give us a meaningful message so we can do something about fixing things.
Anyone with any ideas?

I am getting this error whilst attempting to move NEF (Nikon RAW files) either between folders on the same hard-drive or between hard-drives (which are incorporated into my Lightroom catalogue).
Whenever I receive this error, a strange (locked) file appears in the directory/folder to which I intended to move the file and on examining this file in the terminal I can see that it contains the following error message: "cannot execute binary file...logout". The filename of this strange file is usually very random such as 470F00FF-9FBC-4517-84BF-26E52251B2B9-449-0000020C6A4DD5FD
I do not have any problems with missing sidecars and always select "save metadata to files" before attempting to move the files...can anyone figure this out?

Symbol lookup error occurs after compiling pacman

Hi there, i met some problems with my pacman before so i just decide to compile it again. I download the src and then execute the following commands
./configure --prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc --localstatedir=/var
make
sudo make install
but after these, when i run my pacman, an error occurs:

i couldn't find any related information on the web, does anyone know what exactly happened?

WebCenter Spaces – Extend User Profile Page

Hi All,
We have a requirement to modify the default user profile page in WCS.
We have to remove most of the fields and add additional fields that are specific for the customer. According to the extending the WCS white paper you can only get / set the data in existing fields based on creating a customProfileattribute.
Is this possible at the current stage of evolution of WCS?

You can hide profile fields after customizing User/My Profile Pages from WCS -->Administration --> Pages-->System Pages. See following guides:-

To Add new attributes:
You can add new fields in profile page of WebCenter Spaces by using SampleWebCenterSpacesExtensions application. You can take instructions from following guide:-
http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/webcenter/owcs-ps3-wcs-ext-samples-wp-308576.pdf. There are following two class files in ProfileAttribute project
a. ExtendedProfileAttributes (You need to add new LDAP attributes in this class)
b. CustomProfileImpl (You can override existing attribute by using this class)
Once you done adding new attributes in ExtendedProfileAttributes, deploy this project as a shared-lib. Then you have to follow following guide in order to see your changes in WebCenter Spaces:-

Error/warning messages when trying to add a lookup field

I have gotten error and warning messages when I attempt to put a lookup field on a form. Based on a Municipality Code match in the Account table, I want to add to the form the Municipality Name from the Municipality Table.

After taking out a lookup field that was not looking up coreectly, I get this warning message and 3 simailar ones:

framework or consider retargeting your project.

Workflow Activity "Lookup Value" returns An error occured while enumerating the filter using [//WorkflowData/customvalue]

I want to generate an Accountname using EmployeeID, FirstName and LastName via a workflow.
I'm using the Granfeldt Workflow Activity Library (https://fimactivitylibrary.codeplex.com/)
I'm using the FIM Powershell Workflow Activity (https://fimpowershellwf.codeplex.com/)
Steps:
Passing the EmployeeID, FirstName and LastName to the powershell Activity, generating a logonid based on logic.
Add-PSSnapin FIMAutomation
$EmployeeID = $fimwf.WorkflowDictionary.EmployeeID
$Forename = $fimwf.WorkflowDictionary.Firstname
$Lastname = $fimwf.WorkflowDictionary.Lastname
'logic creating a custom logonid here
==> This works
Returning data back to the workflow via that powershell script:
$fimwf.WorkflowDictionary.Add('NewAccountName',$newlogonid)
==> This works
Using Lookup Value Activity to read the Workflow data and update the [//Target/AccountName] fails.
This gives an error:
An error occurred while enumerating the filter 'string' .
(where string is the actual generated userid that I've got back from the powershell script. Example dab2563)
I tried with only [//WorkflowData], then this gives the error:
Index was outside the bounds of the array.
Any hints to solve this?

The Lookup Activity is for looking up an object in the FIM Service. Seems like thats not what you're trying to accomplish.
For updating the target of the workflow, just use the built-in Function Evaluator. The Lookup WF was not built for that and it is failing because you have not specified a valid XPAth lookup filter, such as /Person[AccountName='BillG']

In BI 7.0 system I can't select any UD Connect source object on the "Extraction" tab page of the DataSource maitenance screen. If I type the table name (which is "UDITEST") into it and then hit the "Proposal" tab page, I get the following error:
Errors occurred during extraction of UD Connect object field-list: Errors occurred during extraction of UD Connect object field-list: UDCADAPTERROR::RSSDK|200|Table: uditest not found|
Message no. RSDS_ACCESS036
Analysis:
1) We have tested the BI JDBC Connector using the URL:
http://xxxabcdev03:50000/TestJDBC_Web/TestJDBCPage.jsp
We got the list of tables displayed (UDITEST table is also displayed)=> connector is configured properly.
2) When we are trying to configure the Source system in rsa1->modelling->source systems-> UD connect -> create,
a) RFC Destination: We are using an RFC Connection that is already in place of type 'T' between the J2EE engine and BI ABAP engine. We tested this connection from SM59 -> TCP/IP connections and it is working fine.
How do we test whether the RFC between J2EE engine and BI ABAP engine is a 2 way RFC connection?
b) Logical System Name: We have manually typed in free text 'UDC_local'. Could you please clarify do we need to type in manually or select the logical system name from the F4 help?
Which logical system name should we enter here exactly.. pls clarify.
Do we have a seperate logical system name for the J2EE server...?
c) Type of Connector : JDBC
d) name of connector: SDK_JDBC
e) Source system name: SDK_JDBC
f) Type and Release : blank

Hi,
Tried to give the Logical System Name in uppercase ie: UDC_LOCAL.
Now, when I click on the F4 of 'UD Connect Source Object' in Extraction tab, I get the message as below:
"Extraction of existing UD Connect data source objects".
But no list of tables is being displayed. When I entered the table name (UDITEST) manually, it gives the same error as :
" Errors occurred during extraction of UD Connect object field- table not found"...
Could you please specify from where is the UD Conenct source object fetched from?

DIAPI Version 2005A: An error occurred while trying to load user fields

I try to initialize a BusinessPartners Object in C#. A ComException will be thrown. The message is: "An error occurred while trying to load user fields"
ErrorCode is -1122.
My Code:
SAPbobsCOM.BusinessPartners businessPartner = null;
businessPartner = (SAPbobsCOM.BusinessPartners) company.GetBusinessObject(SAPbobsCOM.BoObjectTypes.oBusinessPartners);
I tried also a Recordset-Object and a ProductOrders-Object. And this works.
