Folios Not Appearing in the Folio Producer

Our issues of not being able to preview on android seem to be caused by an issue with our folio producer.
Currently we are only seeing a single old folio in the producer, none of the new folios we have created this year are appearing in our producer.
We have tested logins etc. but we really only have one email associated with all of our DPS accounts, and this was the only account we could successfully log with. Even clicking the "Folio Producer" option in the folio builder panel menu only displays that single folio.
When creating our folios, we have never checked the "Create Offline Folio" option.
From what I have read, it sounds like the folios should be automatically uploaded to the producer. Is that correct?
Aside from login / credential issues is there anything that would prevent our folios from appearing in the producer??
(Certificates or provisioning or anything like that?)

Sorry... just thought I would just be super clear on some of the details.
1) Logins are all consistent, across the board. - DPS App (InDesign) / Builder Panel / Content Viewer / Folio Producer -  We only have a single account that will actually allow us to log in to all these services, so as far as I can tell it's not a log in issue.
2) Folios have all been produced as "online" ie. when we create the folio, we are NOT checking the "Create Offline Folio" option. (This is un-checked as the default)

  • Second folio not appearing in multi folio DPS app – help?

    I'm publishing a second folio in a multi folio DPS app. I have used a new Adobe ID to create the folio. I have published it no digitalpublishing.arcobat.com using PUBIC and FREE.
    This is where I've run into problems, I think. I have tried using a new PRODUCT ID as well as the one from the first folio but neither appeared to have worked.
    QUESTIONS:
    1. What PRODUCT ID do I use?
    2. How long does it take for the new folio to appear on devices?
    3. Does anything have to be submitted to APPLE this time?

    The term "Product ID" can be confusing because a Product ID can refer to the app itself or to a "product" within the app such as a folio or subscription. In this case, when you publish a folio, the Product ID refers to a product within the app, so you need to distinguish it from other products (folios). That's a long way of telling you to use a different Product ID for each new issue you publish. If you specify the same Product ID for different folios, the viewer will treat them as renditions, and display only one of them. We recommend using the "com.publisher.app.issue" format, such as "com.sportspub.climbingtoday.201406" for the June issue.
    If you publish the second folio as Free and Public using a different Product ID, it should appear right away in your app. (For retail issues, it can take longer for Apple to process the in-app purchase.)

  • Viewer Version option not appearing in New Folio window

    When I create a new folio I do not get the option to specify the Viewer Version.
    The option does not appear in the New Folio window - see screengrab.
    As I understand it - I need to set this to v23 or higher to allow my multistate objects to export as vectors when article is set to PDF (to prevent pixelisation on some ios devices).
    I am using CS5 on a mac with the latest versions of the folio tools etc.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    I've just tried installing the tools on another machine (same hardware & software) and it works fine.
    It seems there's something wrong with my install of the tools, in the About panel of the folio builder mine says : 13.1.1.20130115_m_709452   7.0.5.17
    Where as the machine that works says: 13.1.1.20130115_m_709452   7.0.9.23
    I've uninstalled the Folio Builder Panel and the Folio Producer Tools, then reinstalled - but no change.
    Any ideas?

  • Newsstand folio not appearing despite account information and correct product id

    Hi DPS peeps,
    This issue is still on with all of my apps. Despite the fact that I have theTax and Banking Information updated on my itunes, I also have the right product IDs to all the issues on the folio producer. All folios that I have been publishing since the begining of this year are no where to be found on the newsstand.  My subscribers are lamenting that the magazine they paid for are not available to read. I have been in deep ****!
    Kindly help, what could be responsible for not making all the folios have been publishing appear on the newsstand.
    Here are the things I have done.
    - I have the right product Id for the monthly folio on the folio producer
    - I create each cover on the newsstand
    - I updated DPS on my mac
    - I updated the app to v32 and made compatible with iOS 8
    - I ensure that each magazine has cover date on the folio producer and newsstand.
    - I have unpublish and republish
    - I sent notification of all the magazine yet, they are not appearing.
    - I recreated the mobile provisioning certificates for the magazine.
    Please I await any requirement to help you investigate what could be responsible for non appearance of all my folios on all my magazines with Adobe DPS.

    I was wondering, which of these In app is ok for my individual retail folio? is it Consumable, Non-Consumable, Auto-Renewable Subscriptions, or Non-Renewing Subscription because I am confuse as to which is appropriate. I felt I just have to be adding same Product ID for all my retail folio since am doing monthly and yearly subscription most time. I created another type of in-app purchase, but Apple kept not approving them.
    Let me give you some load down: I initially choose Auto Renewable subscription for all my magazines and just keep using same ID for each magazine monthly, I submitted a consumable in-app purchase in the past, but Apple rejected the In-app purchase that I am doing auto-renewal, so I felt I was right by just repeating the product ID monthly.

  • Presenter 8 is not appearing in the ribbon

    I have just installed the trial of this product on a Win 7SP1 system with Office 2010 (64bit). These meet the system requirements specified here:

    Presenter does not appear in the ribbon. I have run the installer twice now. There is no disabled COM add-in.
    What have I done wrong please?

    Thanks for your assistance. I did download the 64 bit version I believe: "Presenter_8_1_x64_LS12"
    I have uninstalled and re-installed but still the same problem. I assume I can add the add-in manually but am not sure which file.
    The reason for trying this software is to see if I can use it instead of Captivate to produce some training that comprises a series of videos clips (one per slide) with a quiz and table of contents. This will be delivered via an LMS and provide a certificate on completion of the whole (or most) of the presentation. The problem with Captivate is that I am having problems with iPad delivery; there is no playback control for the videos.

    I received no error message. The application was just trying to find applications unsuccessfully.
    I am using MAC OS 10.10.1
    I tried to uninstall the application  but it seems that a kind of deamon is still installed thus providing me to reinstall properly. Do you know where are the elements to remove in order to get my machine just like before ?
    Otherwise I would have to reinstall everything and this would be a pain.

  • Cross Reference Sources appearing in Story Editor view but not appearing in the Cross Ref pane

    I have imported a Word document containing working cross references into an InDesign document. The vast majority of these cross references import correctly and link to their destinations within the document, however there are some that are not working. If I view the text frame in the story editor view, I can see these "broken" cross reference sources that came in from the Word doc but on selecting them I can see that there isnt a corresponding entry for it in the cross reference pane. As said, there are only a few that are behaving like this.
    What could be causing these not to appear in the cross reference pane?
    Obviously as they are not appearing in the list of cross references I can't update them, and also, as they are technically broken cross references, because a source exists for them but there is no corresponding entry in the pane, then on export to epub, InDesign crashes (If there is one broken cross reference in a document, export to Epub will crash indesign).
    Also, to clarify, in the Word doc if I navigate to a cross reference that is failing once in InDesign, I can update it properly, and also navigate to its destination in the Word doc, so it's not as though these cross references are broken before coming into InDesign. Also I believe the destinations for these "broken" cross references are coming across properly to indesign too as I can see them in the story editor view.

    I have found the possible cause of this problem!
    If a table is used within the Word document somewhere between where the cross reference source is and its destination then that particular cross reference will be broken as described above in my initial post.
    So the "fix" is to remove any occurances of a table in the Word document and the cross references come into InDesign perfectly. This is actually not a fix at all. I need to use tables in the Word document for layout purposes so if they break cross references if they stand between them and their destinations then I have to compromise, i.e. use tables but with no cross references in the document or vice versa.
    I found a similar issue recently with index markers in Word causing a shift on the cross reference tags when bought into InDesign. The "fix" again for that was to remove all index markers from the Word document. See post about this here: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1043981
    InDesign really needs to sort out the issues with importing of Word documents with cross references in them. If I can't use index markers and tables in a Word document without breaking its cross references then they can't claim to have the ability to import a Word document while maintaining its cross references into an InDesign document. It just doesnt work as ive painstakingly proven.

  • Why do my 3rd party loops not appear in the "Loop" tab?

    I have saved some Magix wav loops into the local apple users directory of Logic Express and though I can find them using the media browser they do not appear in the loops tab listing.
    Does anybody know the cure for this?

    If you drag your .wav loops into the arrange area do they function properly?  If not, you may need to convert them using Apple Loops Utility.  After doing that you can drag the folder with the .aiff conversions onto your loops tab to import them.

                       I am working on SUS. SRM5.0 single box scenario. PO is created by the purchaser and is successfully transfered through XI. But this PO is not appearing in the PO list of vendor's user. Please let me know what can be the possible reason.

    After creating PO and transfering it - message comes-

    do you have the same result when deleting all roles and only using role SAP_EC_SUS_ORDER_PROCESSOR?
    Are vendors successfully replicated into SRM and a user created via Web
    Txn "Manage Business Partners"?
    Did you maintain table BBP_MARKETP_INFO?
    Did you replicate the company code using Txn BBP_SUS_BP_ADM?
    In any case there is also an inital replication of vendors
    from MM to SUS via BD14 necessary.

    Hi,
    Although your question is not clear, I understood that the formula built on that KF is NODIM. Basically it means, units of measurement is not considered when calculating.
    Eg: 5 Minutes + 5 Kilograms = 10
    You please try to analyze your KF by the above logic. Then you would be able to figure out why the data is not appearing in the report..

    Excise tab is not appear in the display of the material document in Import process.
    Process flow.
    1. Import Po.
    2. Customs clearing (MIRO)
    3. Capture excise invoice against the Import Po.(Reference to MIRO document )
    4.MIGO with movement type 103, in excise tab i selected only refer the excise invoice , here excise ta is coming . Lot is also generated .
    after posting the material document , excise tab is not appearing against  the material document .
    5. post excise against the excise invoice .

    Excise captured & posted using J1IEX using 2 step procedure won't appear in MIGO screen.
    Display excise invoice using J1IEX(using vendor excise inv. no. or internal document no)
    Only excise captured & posted in MIGO(Single step) will be appear in display of MIGO screeen.
    Check SAP Note 952287 - CIN: Limited Functionalities in Country Version India -CIN -Q.no.5
    5. Incoming Excise Invoice capture at Blocked stock 103 is not
    supported in CIN.
    The capture of incoming excise invoice is strictly advised to carryout at
    unrestricted stock and not at blocked stock(103/105) due to architectural
    issues. The capture at blocked stock may cause wrong excise posting.

  • The word "ORIGINAL" is not appearing in the print out of documents

    For some reason the word "ORIGINAL" does not appear in the print outs (A/R Invoice, etc) anymore. But the word "COPY" appears when we reprint the documents. We could not see any setting in SAP that relates to this, and no changes in the PLD has been made prior to this issue. What could we be missing?

    Hi Eric,
    The "Copy" remarks will be printed if you print a printed documents. Sometimes documents automatically change into "Open-Printed" event if we not actually print it.
    The solution is to chnge that remarks in the PLD to text "Original".
