Help with some ACLs for VACL

I need some help with acls for a vacl. Goal - have the 1.1.1.0/24 subnet only communicate with certain IP.
So, they cannot get out to anywhere else and no one except that IP can get in.
Here is what I have so far:
access-list acl1 permit tcp 1.1.1.0 255.255.255.0 host 1.2.3.4
access-list acl1 permit tcp host 1.2.3.4 1.1.1.0 255.255.255.0
access-list acl1 ip 1.1.1.0 255.255.255.0 any log
access-list acl1 ip deny any any log

Will this work as I expect it to?

I implemented this on my 6509 and it didn't work. I even modified it to look like the following and it didn't work (I could RDP to one of the boxes on that the subnet).
ip access-list extended rapt_acl
deny ip any any
deny tcp any any
deny udp any any
vlan access-map rapt_vacl 10
match ip address set rapt_acl
action forward
vlan filter rapt_vacl vlan-list 90
Any thoughts what I may be missing?

Help with Simple Applescript for Midipipe

Hey all, I'm in desperate need of help with some Applescript for use in a program called Midipipe:

I simply require an Applescript for Midipipe that filters out all OFF notes except for the most recently pressed key, or most recently pressed ON note. So for example, when multiple keys have been pressed, only the most recently pressed key will send an OFF note. I hope that is clear enough, i've had some major issues trying to get this work and my last hope is to hit the forums and find some help .. I've posted on some of the audio forums and i'm hoping someone here knows how to code this.

For this to work, your buttons need to have the same artwork in the hit frame as they do in the up frame.

Not exactly iweb - need help with a graphic for my site

This doesn't fit anywhere so dumping it here. I drew by hand a graphic I want to use with iweb to put on my site as my site's logo. Main problem is that getting the background transparent isn't working well as when it was scanned the scanner didn't back the background "pure" white. I have tried adjusting the whitepoint and setting the color depth down, but still no good. I don't know a ton about graphic program use. I have an older copy of graphic converter that came on this powerbook when i got it. I would be fine having the graphic loose the marker look and have solid fill colors - just I am not good enough with computer drawing tools to do it on the computer! So I either need to get a volunteer to help me out, or some help with some detailed instructions to get this to work out... (also I am broke so no cost/shareware is only option here)

I have a cleaner copy now after someone suggested GIMP, so played with it last night - though couldn't figure out transparency - that was clear on converter- just not cooperative till these wonderful directions.
So now I know how to do it without messing with the pic, and with messing with it - both good lessons and got a bit brighter color out of the deal.

Help with Regular Expression for field validation

I'm fairly new to using regular expressions and using Acrobat. This is probably a simple question, but I've been unable to figure it out.
I have a text field on a PDF that I would like to be 9 characters in length. The first 2 characters can only be alphanumeric, the last 7 characters can only be numeric.
At first I was using the following, which allows all the characters to be alphanumeric:

Help with system upgrade for CS6

Hello. I am hoping you can give me some advice on what to do (or buy) to improve my video editing system. I am a bit of novice when it comes to the technical/hardware end of things and I’m having some issues with my current system.
I working in Adobe CS6 Master Suite on a Windows 7 Ultimate PC. I mainly use Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition. I create very complete animations and videos with many layers and effects (via Boris & Red Giant). I also use Skype to record group video calls (with the program Evaer) for a reality T.V. recap show which I also edit with my Adobe suite. However I have two main problems.
When I render out a 20 minute premier pro project (with several HD video layers and effects) it takes almost 13 hours. It seems like this is very long considering my high end components, and set up. For example I run ONLY my OS off an SSD. My programs are on another SSD. The files I use for the video are on another HDD, and I render to another HDD. I was told by keeping all the aspects on separate hard drives it would speed everything up. Is that true? I also am now reading that rendering to a SSD would speed things up. Should I consider changing my workflow/hard drive set up that way?
My other problem is that when I record my Skype group calls of 4 people (with Evaer) to my SSD the audio is always off when I bring it into Premiere. I don’t know if this is a problem with Evaer, a codec (it records it as H.264/MPEG-4 AVC Codec. At 1280 X 720 and 30fps), that SSDs auto compress files, or that my system just cant handle it. Plus Soundblaster & Nvida both seem to active as audio features on my system I don’t know if that effects anything. Is there any advice any of you have on this issue as well? Perhaps another program to record skype or group calls?
Finally… all that aside. Considering the work I am doing should I just upgrade my system to a better Mobo and graphics card. I see a lot of people are recommending a dual processor work station. If so what is a good motherboard, and processor(s) I should get if I build my own workstation? I have about $4000.00 I could invest in building one if you think would greatly improve my work flow and render times. I also have a quadro k5000 on the way, and id like to be able to use the memory I have already.
I realize I am asking a lot of questions. I would truly appreciate any help, advice or just a point in the right direction. I have included my current system specs below incase that helps with any of my questions. If you have any other questions or need more information just let me know. I would hardly call the Quadro card an upgrade to a GTX 680!
Regarding getting more speed from a faster MB / CPU, since you already have a 6-core rig with 24GB of RAM I would think that any gains you would get would not be that dramatic.
Check out your cpu usage (Task manager) and see how busy your cores are during a test render. I am guessing that the Boris and / or Red Giant effects could be jumping your projects from gaining the full multi-core capabilities of the Adobe software.

Help with Internet Settings for Blackberry Curve 8520 On Orange Pay-Monthly

I need help with my internet settings I'm currently on Orange Pay-Monthly and have recently bought a second hand Blackberry Curve 8520 which is unlocked but used to be on 02! I don't have a clue on what to do or where to start all I know is in the top right hand corner where the signal bar is it says GPRS and WIFI ! I don't want WIFI as I don't have a wireless connection and would like to get the settings for my curve so I can browse the internet and go on Facebook etc and BBM!! I've clicked on the internet logo in the menu bar but it just say's hotspot browser.. but wont let me browse!! Some one please help me !!

[8i] Need help with some workday calculations

At the beginning of the month, I got help with a workday calculation in: [8i] Help with function with parameters (for workday calculation)
Now, as it turns out, I was able to locate a function in the database that does what I want, however, it is much slower to use the function than to join two copies of the CALN table (Please see referenced thread for details. I can copy them to this thread if necessary.) I need to verify that the pre-existing function has 'DETERMINISTIC' in it, as I would guess that if it doesn't, it would be much slower than it could be.
But now, I've come across a situation where I have to do multiple workday calculations in the same query--enough that I have to join 6 copies of my CALN table. I can't imagine that is at all efficient. I believe it was Frank K. who said (in the original thread) that if the function was slow, I should consider alternatives. Can anyone help me identify some of those alternatives? I'm definitely at that point now. (This query is one I'm using as the base for a report in Oracle BI, and let's just say it doesn't like my query, even though my syntax appears to be correct, and I would guess that joining 6 copies of one table is at least partly to blame for this).
Note: I'm working with Oracle 8i

Need help with correction inscript for duplication on regular basis

Hi,
I am using Oracle 10.2.0.4 on Win 2008 R2. We have Archive mode enabled and no rman catalog is used. I have a requirement where i have to duplicate prod sevrer on regular basis to development server.
I have created few batch files so that the entire process in automated. Stored all the scripts in c:\script\clone\ directory.+
I have taken the backup copy of password and spfile from prod server and copied to the development server in same location.
These are the scripts i run in order:

shutdown immediate
startup nomount

When the duplication process in about to finish, i get below error:

When i press exit, this window closes and i can run the alter database open resetlogs;+ command from a new sql prompt. I check online and some suggest there might be a window open with system user connected. Please suggest any changes in the script.

Hello;
Having another session with system user will cause rman to throw this error. For example another session used to start up database in nomount mode still being active.
Duriing the cloning process the rman session needs to be exclusively connected to the auxiliary instance (no other session are allowed).

Really Need Help with Some Basics!

I've done Adobe's flash tutorials, and made a numbef of
animations, and feel comfortable with that, but am having trouble
finding a good source on how to best implement a full flash site
for the web. Is there an Adobe tutorial I am missing?
Specifically, I've made an animation using the new Flash
screens feature, but am having a few problems with it. For one, the
animation is 443 kb for the full animation. Is this acceptable if I
add a preloader? (website is for a Swiss audience only - so pretty
good bandwidth)

I've also had some problems with the navigation. Forward and
Back work, but I can't get the buttons to work (is this a limiation
in the "linear" screens feature?)
Or would someone divide this up in some way. I've though of
different possibilities like using frames (which I haven't touched
for years) and having buttons in an simple html frame, which then
opens and plays the flash files in the frame just below it. Or
would Iframes be a way of proceeding? Or is there something else I
am missing. I would be very curious to hear how you experts would
proceed with putting together a site like the one above!

Now, I'm going to try and explain what I did as best I can.
But please understand that I do not know very much about
actionscript, I just know how to feel my way through syntax and
where code should and shouldn't be.
First, I renamed the slides on the left. b-b-q ----> bbq1,
and so forth. This is what I believe was the main problem for the
buttons not working. My guess is you may have used the instance
name somewhere and that could affect it. The second part to the
main reason why your buttons weren't working is that you had
different code on the word buttons than the code on the picture
buttons. The code on the word buttons was the correct code. So, I
copied and pasted that code on each of the word buttons AND each of
the picture buttons, correspondingly. Then I changed each code to
match up with the new names for the slides. Doing this alone fixed
all the buttons so everything worked correctly. I also found that
you had actionscript associated with the bbq slide. If you click on
the slide on the left, you'll see the actionscript, I deleted that
as it was unnecessary. Also, make sure to use the "Auto format"
button in the actionscript plane, it's very useful for keeping
things looks clean and consistent. I did that for all the code.
Aside from this, I found nothing else wrong.
I'd also like to point out that I've never used slides
before. In fact, I only became aware of them after looking at your
file. They look like a useful feature if you're going to have many
simple pages, but I think it'd be much easier to do what you're
doing now...just have each button point to a frame (or set of
frames) in the timeline. These slides seem a little cumbersome for
a small project, not to mention I'm sure you'll have no problems
whatsoever using the frames method instead of slides.
