How do I create a 'member log-in' page? Easy instructions please!

(I'm still relatively new to dreamweaver, so *please* post easy-to-follow instructions if possible)
I'm in the process of updating the company site, and it's going very well considering I knew only the extreme basics of Dreamweaver going into it. I updated everything requested by the boss, but now she asked me to - IF POSSIBLE - create a new section of the site for "members (employees) only."
Any help with this? I tried a google search for tutorials but couldn't find anything very useful. FYI I'm running windows 7, adobe suite cs3, and have Microsoft access (and don't mind downloading new software if need be - I read something about mySQL? or something like that...)

needing multiple usernames and passwords is going to force you into using a database type log in system. There is no "simple" way to accomplish this. You can also use java, ajax and a number of other types. But for the most secure you want to use a server sided language like ColdFusion, PHP, ASP, etc. That's where your server configuration comes in. What server sided language will it support? That's a good place to start.
Another good place to start is do you know anything about code to write some on your own? DW does some coding for you, there are plug ins but it is always best to be able to understand the code.
you can always look through the DW exchange for a small log in system that might be easy for you to change to your needs.

*** IMPORTANT: To be able to see the Contents folder, you must Right-Click (Ctrl-Click if you don't have a right button) on the filename "Adobe Acrobat Pro.app", then select Show Package Contents from the pop-down menu. The Contents folder will appear in a new window and you can navigate to Contents/Resources/JavaScripts, and put the “UVSAR_selectiveFlatten.js” into the JavaScripts folder.
Once you've done that, restart Acrobat Pro and you'll find the "Flatten" option in your Edit menu. VERY handy! Tip: might want to save your original PDF file as a different version just to be safe---once you flatten the PDF, it can't be undone, so either just print and don't save, or save as different version if need be.

www.karincrona.com is just a wrapper page containing a frameset that hosts your real pages in frames.
It appears that this page was generated by a tool called "ORT - Ovh Redirect Technology".
Displaying the pages inside a frame will not change the URL displayed in the web browser.
If you'd like your page to have nice URLs like www.karincrona.com/about.html, you'll need to get rid of the frame wrapper, and move the domain name to the webhost where your pages are being served.
If you want to keep the wrapper page, you may want to investigate if the ORT tool you're using provides any way of getting a URL to an individual page to show in the browser bar.

As was already mentioned there is the rules/profiles through configuration applet, but if you want to use a custom HCSF, HCST, JSP, etc., and then add it to the menu you will need a component that makes use of the navBuilder JavaScript API.
Then you add a resource file to your component and add something like this to that resource:

How can I create a one image per page caption sheet that includes the description in Bridge?

I am trying to find a way to create a one-image-per-page caption sheet for my workflow. I currently place each image into Word and copy the description onto the document, then repeat for each image. I am hoping that there is a way to automate this process using Bridge. I know that it can be done using Lightroom, however, that is not currently an option for me. Is this something that can be done or am I bound, like Sisyphus to Microsoft Word? I have a very limited grasp of scripting, but I feel like this is possible.

To create a NetBoot image, you could just put the cluster node in target mode and attach it to your PowerBook. Then use SIU to create the NetBoot image.
If you're trying to create a backup image of the disk, use hdiutil, or put in in target mode and create the image with Disk Utility.

How do I create a Radio Log Summary?

Because of licensing requirements, I need to submit an annual summary report of the songs played by the University campus radio to the local intellectual property agencies. The logs are taken from MegaSeg software.
After importing the tab-delimited log file into Numbers, I deleted unwanted columns and rows (log entries) and left with these columns: Date, Duration, Song Title, Artist, Composer, Lyricist. In the final summary report, I need these columns: Date, Duration, Song Title, Artist, Composer, Lyricist, Number of Times Played.
Before processing, I have sorted in ascending order by the Date column followed by the Song Title colums. Somehow I need to read the second row and compare its Song Title and the previous row Song Title. If it don't match, I need to output the entire previous row entry to a new table and put a number "1" into the new table Number of Times Played column, then read the next row entry.
On the other hand, if the Song Title matched, I need to somehow inform the COUNTA function to read the next row entry and count again.
Does it make sense? The final summary report just need to list a unique Song Title for that particular day with the appropriate Number of Times Played filled in.

You may want to compare not just the song title but also the artist before you say it's the same song. But, going with just the title, here's an idea on how to do it if this is going to be a printed report:
Column B is your song title. Column C is a running total for each song. I assume that if a song is on the list from MegaSeg then it has played at least once. Column D finds the highest number for a given song.
EDIT: Something is not letting the less than and greater than signs show up in this post. In the formulas below, it should be if B3 is less than or greater than "", and same for B2.

D2=IF(B2"", IF(C3>C2,"",C2),"")
Then you can use the reorganize/sort feature to hide all rows that don't have a number in column D. This will work for a printed report or a PDF but probably won't completely do the trick if you need to export it as an Excel spreadsheet.
I would recommend you create another column where you compare title and artist and set it to TRUE if they are the same then adjust the IF statement in column C accordingly based on this new column.

Apple has only the most basic of log info. I doubt that you will find what you are looking for.
If you are using AirPort Utility for Windows......
Open AirPort Utility, click the AirPort, and click Manual Setup
Click the Advanced (gear) icon
Click the Logging & Statistics tab
Click Logs and Statistics near the bottom of the window
If you are asking about AirPort Utility in Lion or Mountain Lion......there are no logs.
