How to make bookmark tree open dynamically when moving in the content?

Intro: When viewing a PDF-file with a bookmark tree, I can unfold(open) nodes in the bookmark tree and make the view window jump to the corresponding destination.
If the bookmark tree is open (unfolded) I can observe a selection mark moving downwards in the bookmark tree as I move down in the content.
Question: Is it possible to make the folded bookmark (outline) tree open dynamically as I move down in the content? I would like to see the bookmark tree unfold automatically and move the highlight to the bookmark (outline) node for the bookmark position nearest to (above) the view point in the content window.

You are talking about two different completely unrelated things here: The
initial view (which can be modified in an epilogue.ps file) and the actual
bookmark setup (which is done in the PostScript file, and not in the
epilogue file). You can change which navigation pane gets displayed
when the PDF file is opened, but only the application that creates the
bookmarks as access to he setting that defines if the bookmark is expanded
or not.
By the time the epilogue file runs, you don't "know" which bookmarks were
created. You can know that if you redefine the pdfmark command in
PostScript, and then modify the parameters that are passed to the real
pdfmark operator.
Another option would be to add JavaScript that controls the state of your
bookmarks that gets executed the first time the document is opened. This
will however only work in Adobe Acrobat, not the free Reader (the open
property is read-only in Reader).
The simplest way to get your bookmarks in the correct state, is to create
your PDF files and then run an action on them to expand the bookmark tree.

We won't be able to put the address from a formula into the same cell that you enter the customer's name. We can put the address in the cell under the customers name.
First let's take James advice and concatenate the address in the address table.
Here is the formula in G2
=CONCATENATE(B2&"

It shows this way because after I clicked on B2 and typed [&"] (no brackets) I typed option-return
This gives you your new line. Then I typed the closing ". I repeated this for the rest of the address.
Next we want to bring this to your order sheet. I prefer using the two formulas OFFSET and MATCH instead of VLOOKUP.
base tells OFFSETwhere to start counting from. Click A1.
row-offset is for the row. we will use MATCH() -1 to give us the row.
What MATCH does is give you the row number where something is found and you can specify an exact match. I usually construct the MATCH formula first and then cut and paste it into OFFSET. MATCH looks like this: MATCH(A2,Table 1::A,0). A2 is what we are looking for, Table 1A::A is where we are looking (the entire column A), and 0 means we want an exact match. Can you see it inside the OFFSET formula? Notice that we had to subtract 1 from its result.
column-offset tells OFFSET which column A=0 so we want 6.
we ignore "rows", "colomns" we don't need them.
If this seems like too much, just break it down into small pieces.

This question has never be adequately answered as I searched these forums.
I have examined bookmark properties and they are atleast of three implementation styles.
1. The one made on UI have no javascript and no named destination.
2. The one made using this script are
this.bookmarkRoot.createChild("chapter 1: Making a Javascript Bookmark", "this.pageNum=15");
3. There are also some which have no javascript but use a named destination.
I want to make the style 1 programmatically as the style 2 require javascript turned ON, which is a security risk as its now common info that there are hackers who know how to exploit and are unfortunately smarter than adobe's security brains, certainly smarter than simpletons and newbies like us.
I can right click on a type 2 and reset its destination and it becomes type 1.
How to make type 1 bookmark programmatically ... a very reasonable question ? And if you know this, perhaps shed light on how to make type 3 also.

I did not know that there are more than one APIs available.
Can you name some of the API's that are available ?
I have looked at the plugin guide and read some on how to make a callback and so on and understand that there are many plugins which make their methods available and various layers AS AV PD COS.
I also have some idea how the java based eye text can do some things .. and done a few.
If you consider the UI as an API, then I really prefer to make from the javascript console, bookmarks which dont need javascript for their OPERATION.
Hitherto, the only bookmarks I know how to make from js console need a js code fragment and are not to my requirements.
To this newbie, if you list the options available, the API's out there and what they provide, it would help making the decision.
I am seeing the mechanics of the process in one example that has AVPageViewToViewDest ( )

WIth upgrade I no longer can right click on a bookmark to open in new tab, only the "open" choice if available to me. How to correct please ?

Hi,I found some user still connected the VPN evenif they dose not use the VPN resouse.
I try to set a "idle timeout" for the VPN configuration.
We use PIX515 8.0.3 and CISCO ACS 4.2 for the VPN's connection and authentication,and the user use cisco vpn client for the connection.
I have tried many methods,but all failured.
First,I configed "vpn-idel-timeout 5" on PIX.It can not worked.
so,I add Radius(CISCO VPN 3000/ASA/PIX 7.0+) attribute "[026/3076/050] Authenticated-User-Idle-Timeout" on CISCO ACS,It still not worked.
And I also add IETF RADIUS Attributes "[028] Idle-Timeout" on group setting on ACS,it always not worked.
i found in vpn client's statistics,it always has some byte sended or received, i thought it maybe IPsec keepalive message or Radius message.
This maybe the reason because the PIX or ACS think the vpn user is keep working.
Can someone tell me how to make a "idle time out"?

I just installed Safari 4. With Safari 3 when I clicked on a WMV file on a web site it would automatically open in Windows Media Player. I liked this arrangement just fine. When I installed Safari 4, instead of this happening WMV files started to download instead. I installed Flip4Mac and now they play in QuickTime but I don't like the controls... i.e. I cannot adjust the volume except from the keyboard.
Is there any way to make WMV files open in Windows Media Player the way they used to in Safari 3 instead of either downloading or opening in QuickTime with Flip4Mac?

Not very easy but it could be done.
If the file opens in QuickTime (via Flip4Mac) you can use the Movie Inspector window to "find" the URL. Then open that URL directly in WMP.
You could also dig through the page source code or use the Safari Activity window to find the URL.

Please do not double post the same question.
Just like I said before. Animate X scale and position. Set the anchor point of the left image to the left side. You can then use an expression or just generate keyframes for scale. When you flip to the next screen then animate position. Easy basic animation except for the bounce. Key framing the bounce so that it looks natural takes a lot of experience or an expression.

There is no single click solution to this problem and it is not an effect, it is an animation.

It could be that you have Restore Windows turned on system preferences>General. If that's not it, go to system preferences>users and groups>your account>log in items and make sure it's not in there.
