How to make session invalid when user refresh the page?

I have a <form> in a JSP file that has another JSP file as an action.
I have main.jsp that has <form> with action.jsp file as an action.
Now when I submit the <form>, request forwarded to action.jsp and it will take the action. But this file is taking so long, hence user refresh the page again and again, hence duplicate request processing is occuring.
I want to prevent this.

I'm trying some new things with some widgets (compositions) and I'd like to make certain anchor links also refresh my page (on the mobile version of my website). I tried putting the entire link in instead of just selecting my anchor (.com/mypage#myanchor) but that only works the first time (maybe because the user already is on .com/mypage#myanchor ?)

Im experimenting with some different versions of a mobile version of my website. In this one I'm trying to put all content (everything except the header and footer) in a composition slideshow. I made the triggers invisible and placed them over my menu buttons in the header, so that the content scrolls horizontally. I like this because people only need to load 1 page (my mobile version only has about 6 pages) and they can also swipe between content, like my product pages.
This all worked out fine, but now every "page" is the same length (because in reality its just one page with a slideshow on it). So now I had to add content to some pages (like home and about us) to kinda fill all space (the pages with my products on it have alot more content). I decided to put pages together, like put "about us" on the same page as "home". I made an anchor and linked to that anchor with my "about us" menu button. But, as "about us" is on slide 1 with home, the slideshow must also reset when people click it (otherwise you would only scroll down on the wrong slide). If I make my website refresh the slideshow resets (it would also work if i open the link in a new window, but that'd be very annoying).

navigation aid. It has three panels. When you refresh the page the
panel goes back to the default pane... Is there a way of
controlling this so that the browser can remember the pane that is
open (say set a variable, cookie, other?)

Safari 6.1 freezes and then can't connect to the server when I refresh the page

Hi everyone.
I have a Mid 2010 13" Macbook. It is running the following..
Processor: 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
Memory: 4GB 1067 MHz DDR3
Graphics NVIDIA GeForce 320M 256 MB
Software OS X 10.8.5 (12F45)
Hard Drive: 320GB
Recently Safari has been acting up. Everything will be working fine but then it will freeze and when I switch to another tab that tab will be white, as will all other tabs when I switch to them. When I refresh the page it force refreshes all other pages but on a lot of the pages (Facebook, Twitter, google, Gmail, mostly things with a password I think) it says that it can't make a secure connection to the server. I tried switching to Chrome and the same thing happened and then I switched to the Guest User and the same thing happened.
It has also been telling me that I have no more space on the startup disk but I'm not sure how that can be the case. I currently have 272GB free of a 319GB hard drive so I'm not sure what the problem is here! When I restart the mac everything is fine again but I have noticed it is taking longer for the mac to start up now. I have repaired disk permissions, I have reset Safari and cleared the history. I have downloaded OmniDiskSweeper and it has told me that the highest usage is in Spotify caches and my Gmail folder. So I deleted the Spotify caches and deleted all my emails. I then tried to delete the mail folder in Finder but when I do it just builds itself back up again.
When I used Disk Utility to verify the disk it found no issues.
I tried to shut down and restart it to run the hardware test but it doesn't boot up, it just takes a lot longer to reach the log in screen.
I don't know what else to try! Any help would be welcomed.

Try this DNS server ..
Open System Preferences > Network > Advanced > DNS
Click + and type:
208.67.222.222
Click + again and do the same.
208.67.220.220
Click OK.
Quit and relaunch Safari to test.

When I load an index.html file, the page looks fine, but when I refresh, the page shrinks.

I am using Dreamweaver. I open an index.html file in Firefox and it looks fine. When I make changes, and then refresh in Firefox, the page will shrink. If I close out Firefox and open the file in Firefox, it's fine until it's refreshed and then it shrinks again.
The file has one background image that is 1024px by 768px. I made sure the browser was completely open and I have a 27 inch monitor, so there is no reason for it to shrink down.
I've opened the same file in Chrome and Explorer and this doesn't happen.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox hoping this would help, but it didn't.
Suggestions on how to make this stop?

My google calander won't let me add new events; my pandora won't load; and a youtube video pops up randomly on both these sights when I refresh the page.help!!

These seem to be problems with firefox, but I am not computer savvy so I don't know for sure. I have cleared history, cache, cookies and rebooted the computer. Other users of the computer said it was acting funny but provided no details. Sometimes also a tab just randomly closes. Any help would be appreciated.

How to make an item be remembered once the page is changed?

For my school project I am trying to create a drag and drop product on Adobe Flash CS4 using Action Script 3.0.
I have three keyframes:
- The first one has tops to be dragged and dropped onto the model
-The second one has skirts/trousers to be dragged and dropped onto the model
-The third has shoes to be dragged and dropped onto the model
But once the top has been dragged and droped and the next button is selected displaying the skirts/trousers, the top which has been dragged and dropped onto the model is no longer displayed.
Does anyone know what coding I need to add to get each item of clothing to be remembered once it has been dragged and dropped onto the model, so it is visible on the following pages?

I'm so sorry, this is probably a really silly question but how can I make the items of clothing hidden on the layers where I don't want them seen?
I am also having real problems with my 'next' button in the second key frame.
I am recieving two errors for this button and have tried everything that I can think of, so was wondering if you were able to have a look at my coding for this button and tell me if it is correct bearing in mind that the button is on the second keyframe but should take you to the third.
The first error I am recieving is:
'TypeError: Error #1010: A term is undefined and has no properties'
for the line

-The nextButtonBottoms is the button leading from the second to the third key frame-

-This line is for my next button on the first keyframe which leads to the second one and only appears when it is selected-
On the first keyframe, there is also a next button (with a different instance name) which leads to the second keyframe which works fine so I used the same coding for the next button leading from the second to third keyframe but changed the instance name. This is where I then recieved the errors so cannot view the rest of my pages which come after this one.

Cleanup the validation errors when refresh the page

I have registration page and I did apply some validation rules on each form field, when I start the application and try to get the validation errors, and i got validation error accordingly. Now when I refresh the page, the validations errors are not cleaning, is there any way to cleanup errors?
those are fixed until we put correct values in the form fields?

Hi Crystal,
Based on the error message ”TASK ERROR:The file "C:\tempfile\data.xml" was not found. Please verify the file path and try again."”, we can infer that the issue is caused by the file path is incorrect.
To troubleshoot this issue, please double-check the relevant file data.xml exists in the current server file path. And also make sure the current user or proxy account has required permissions to access the file and the folder that contains the file.

Newbie help - refreshing the page and validating?

When entering a userID and password, how would I make the values in the textbox disappear when I refresh the page/press F5?
Also how would I check the 2 textboxes in a jsp page, if their empty/null and if they are redirect them to that same page?

Firefox does not load the iframes until i refresh the page once i refresh the page it does work fine any idea y its so.....

What happens if you exit Firefox and startup in your old profile and install GM 1.14 beta? Does that rescue your original setup?

Your code example cannot work because the "session" scope
doesn't exist until your application scope is defined. So you have
to handle this manually. Here's how you can get it done. First,
define your application to the maximum sessiontimeout you want to
have.

Then, I don't know how you are doing your login
authentication but when you have authenticated the user, you need
to define the userid and the most recent activity in the session.
Also determine your timeout value based on the userid. See example:

How to make top level navigation not refresh

Hello Guys,
I have a question concerning on my External Facing Portal, my boss wants that when I click on a tab or a link in the Top Level Navigation , to load the content in the Content Area without refreshing the whole page, What I want is that when I click on a tab or link of the Top Level Navigation , the Top Level Navigation and the MasterHead not to refresh and that the content be loaded and refreshed only in the Content Area. The only way I know to do this is by making a frameset of my page and to make the masterhead and toplevel navigation a frame and the detalied navigation a frame and the content area a frame, and in the links to put the target property to the name of the content area frame, but I don't know if this is possible to do in the portal, I see that all is embedded and I don't know how to make a frameset like this in the portal.
Any highlights to solve this will sure be appreciated.

Hi,
When you are implementing External Facing Portal, i think you have used Light Framework Page. In Light Framework Page, only one Framework has been used, so when you click on the top level navigation, the whole page will get refresh, so there is no otherway as of my knowledge. If you use standard framework page in portal, it is possible to do (i.e. the content area only get refresh) and the concept of your External Facing Portal is eliminated here.

No way to do it directly in the report. You need to work with signature image file using any graphic software to increase its contrast. The easiest probably would be to use Paintbrush and change the image to black-and-white, then save back as jpeg file.
