How to set ListBox Option Group name

Question

hi,
i populate h:selectOneListBox and it's done well, now i want to put optionGroup Label but it is not set,
i try using SelectItemGroup with selectItem but it also not set.
my jsp code

For your BG to be visible in the Organization LOV, you need to have a classification on Operating Unit.
But even then you wont be able to change the format.
ICX: Date format mask can only be changed at site level.
