HT1420 it says i have to pay 35$ a year!!!! Im not doin that for like only 2 songs to sync! but now it says i have all ready purchased the **** song, and cant purchase it again, whats with apple? money hungry? do you just do that so you can get ur damned

Most of the people on these forums, including myself, are fellow users - you're not talking to iTunes Support here.
As you've posted from the authorise/deauthorise page then assuming that is what you are trying to do then you should be able to authorise (or deauthorise) an account on an individual computer via the Store drop-down menu - if you are using a PC with iTunes 11 then Alt-S should get the Store menu to appear e.g. (screenshot from a Mac)
You can also, once every 12 months, deauthorise all computers via your account (Store > View Account menu option).
